Pros:

Location is amazing. Clean. Comfortable bed.
Helpful staff
Decent breakfast

Cons:

No complimentary water or tea/coffee in room.
Wifi kicks you every 10min and you have to re-register.
Only one power outlet in the room

The restaurant on level 5 with a marvellous view at sunset- see photos food was good
Next to leaning tower Pisa as only stayed 1 night

The bed was comfortable and the room clean. Good for one night’s stay.
Pros:

The location was great, a short walk away from the Cathedral.

Cons:

Hardly any plug sockets for charging phones etc. one was in the hall and we had to crawl under the desk to reach the other.
The view was of a wall.
We would have been disappointed if we were staying longer.

Not a happy ending
Pros:

Location, views from the top terrace were excellent. Room was good, but view was not as good as we were sold.

Cons:

Power cut! No running water, air-con or electricity for several hours. They tried to charge me for parking that I didn't have. I enquired about parking, but they didn't confirm after ignoring several messages from me to do this. Checked out before breakfast and arranged a breakfast box, which would have been a great service but didn't materialize. We had to conserve battery in our phones, due to the power cut and couldn't take the pictures we wanted. Asked for a discount due to 5hrs of discomfort in a 20hr stay and was blatantly ignored. Stayed in 5 hotels during a tour of Tuscany and this was the last and certainly put a damper on our holiday

Pros:

Niewątpliwym atutem jest położenie hotelu w centrum, blisko głównych atrakcji Pizy.
No i oczywiście widok z tarasu!

Cons:

Niestety pokoje w niskim standardzie i jeszcze mniejszych wymiarach. W ofercie pokój 19 m2, a w rzeczywistości 9 m2. Przy próbach zmiany pokoju otrzymaliśmy informację, że taki pokój wybraliśmy. Otóż tak jak powyżej - opis oferty zupełnie mija się z realiami. Zdjęcia pokoju z oferty … nie są zdjęciami tego pokoju. Hotel nadgryziony zębem ( zębami) czasu 😉 Konieczny remont!!!!

Las habitaciones muy viejas, en un entresuelo, camas muy machacadas.
Para cargar el móvil el único enchufe estaba a ras del suelo. Una pena!
