Pros:

Das Hotel braucht dringend eine Renovierung. Da ist alles mindestens 30 Jahre zu alt ! Badezimmer katastrophal , Zimmer alt, Matratzen steinhart
Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls recht ….. verbesserungswürdig.
Insgesamt eine Enttäuschung.

Pros:

This was my second time staying here.. It's few minutes walk to Leaning Towe of Pisa. The view of Leaning Tower from Balcony is spectacular. Sraff was excellent who looked after us well.. Breakfast is first class and the hotel is spotless clean.

Excellent hotel in a perfect location
Pros:

Could not get a better location - A 2 minute walk to the Leaning Tower. There are lots of restaurants and a supermarket around the hotel. We had a great view of the tower from our room too. The Italian breakfast was really nice. One morning we took a trip and would have missed breakfast, but they put together breakfast bags for us to take with us. Our room was spacious and very clean.

Cons:

The windows are very thin and do let a lot of noise in to the room on a night - however ear plugs are provided!

Башня и собор видны из окна. Между помещением собора и башни можно зайти в номер и отдохнуть. Почти все очень удобно. Сантехника хорошая. Завтра вполне хорош. Персонал предупредительный.
The tower and the cathedral are well seen from the window. Between the visits to the cathedral and to the tower, you can go into your room and relax. Everything is comfortable (except the desk). The bathroom equipment is good. Breakfast is quite good. The staff is attentive.

Cons:

Главный минус номера - очень маленький стол. Работать на компьютере не удобно: локти висят. Столы надо поменять. На завтраке увеличить разнообразие горячего.
The main drawback of the room is the very small desk. It's uncomfortable to work on the computer: your elbows are hanging out. The desks need to be replaced. Increase the variety of hot dishes at breakfast.
