Great central location with views of the tower
Rooftop bar was closed for a private party. Restaurant and bar also not open
The breakfast was good, the bathroom was big and it was really well located.
The room was a bit old and had no sockets for charges near the bed
Location was amazing, staff were so helpful and beds so comfortable. The upstairs terrace and the breakfast also lovely.
We arrived after 10pm as our flight got delayed but it was really difficult to source food as every place was closed. If you are flying in late consider stopping to eat first.
The staff were friendly and the view was incredible

The glass of the room windows should be double glazed to reduce the noise from outside

Great location
The location was about a 3 minute walk to the tower of Pisa with restaurants all around. The shopping area was about a ten minute walk away so a very good location.
It was a bit dated and could do with refresh. I think it is misleading to rate this a 4 star.
