Materasso eccellente. Colazione buona. Personale gentilissimo. Terrazza con bar riservata agli ospiti con vista strepitosa.

Cons:

Aggiungerei una tenda oscurante in camera, cosi' da non dover chiudere la serranda di notte.
Disturba un po' che si sentano le voci nella camera accanto.

It was just a stones throw away from the monuments so the location was excellent.
Many places to eat & some gift shops too, just on the same street.
Good size room & decent beds.

Cons:

I paid for a room with a view, I didn't get this it had fixed Bamboo shutters all over the window so couldn't see outside. Bit disappointed with that but as for a room to sleep in, can't fault. Couldn't work aircon.that could be us not knowing how to use.
I would suggest going up to the rooftop in the day as we went at night for dinner in hotel tower isn't lit up well so best pics in daylight. Hotel food was nice but over priced as expected.

Cons:

Var svårt att sova ostört, vi bodde med rummet mot gatan samma sida som ingången av hotellet. Var väldigt högljutt på natten från gatan.

Pros:

L'hôtel est situé à 2 minutes de la tour de Pise et à 20 min à pied de la gare.
La chambre est confortable avec un grand lit.
Le petit déjeuner est complet.

Once GRAND and could be again!
Pros:

Perfect location and rooftop bar with great view

Cons:

While the room was spacious and clean it was very sparse and dated. The same with the hotel in general. You can see the hotel was once GRAND but now needs a little investment. For example, needs additional power sockets
