Perfect location and brilliant staff members. Hotel is outdated but charming.
Pros:

Location and views from the top were superb! Staff was super friendly. Unfortunately we missed the opening hours of the rooftop bar but the views are great at any time of the day!

Cons:

Breakfast buffet was always half empty and you had to ask staff to refill. The hotel is quite outdated.

Perfect for sightseeing with very helpful and knowledgeable staff
Pros:

The hotel is perfectly sited for the leaning tower. The staff were incredibly helpful with advice on restaurants, airport transfers and general local knowledge.
