Good location, terrible hotel.
Pros:

Great location and the roof top terrace was great. Nice breakfast.

Cons:

Internet was terrible. Cut out and had to religious in every fifteen minutes. Television wasn’t internet connected, sky tv didn’t work. One or two channels off a bad antenna. The bed was terrible, the floor would have been more comfortable. Sheets had so much starch they were like sand paper.

Pros:

It was prefect position with attractions on door step along with lovely restaurant and more restaurants right on the doorstep. The roof top bar is stunning with views of the Leaning Tower of Pisa 🥰

Wonderful base to explore Florence and all its beauty. No noise at night despite central location.
Pros:

Brilliant location, lovely room and comfortable bed. Breakfast croissants were fantastic delivered to your door! Staff were incredibly helpful in making enquiries and booking restaurants.

Obsługa bardzo miła, bardzo dobra lokalizacja ale za tą cenę liczyłem na coś więcej.

Śniadanie kontynentalne. Liczyłem jednak na coś więcej.

Cons:

Dostaliśmy uczulenia z partnerką od razu po pierwszej nocy w hotelu... Możliwe że stosują jakiś agresywny środek do prania.
Ciężko dostępne gniazdka elektryczne.
Aby napełnić wannę do pełna trzeba by było lać wodę chyba 2-3 godziny.

Ein tolles Hotel in bester Lage von Pisa
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig, unser Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war bequem. Morgens haben wir ein leckeres Frühstück genossen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, konnten im Hotel parken und haben den Tag abends mit dem herrlichen Blick auf dem Dachbalkon bei einem Cocktail ausklingen lassen.
