The location, the check in process, the cleanliness

Cons:

I didnt like that the staff came knock at my door to check on an issue when they can just call. I felt extremely uncomfortable and vulnerble and when I mentioned it to the overnight front desk supervisor or manager i was made to feel like i had no right to feel that way. Also the night front desk manager or supervisor was VERY condescending. I COMPLETELY understand that my TV was loud and that I spoke a little loud. I acknowledged it and apologized a few times. I stated how uncomfortable I felt that the male floor supervisor or whoever he was coming to my door after a certain time to address the issue instead of calling me. I was not appropriately dressed, it was late. (HE WAS NOT INAPPROPRIATE AT ALL I MUST ADD. HE WAS KIND AND DIRECT. I WAS JUST A SINGLE WOMAN AND I WAS ALONE) again, it was late and to keep opening the door while being Semi exposed made me feel uncomfortable. The way it was handled was unprofessional. Again he did nothing wrong at all. The interaction with the front desk supervisor was the problem.

Our room was large and comfortable.
Loved the bathroom!

Worst room ever
Pros:

Valet was fast and friendly

Cons:

Reception desk staff were not so friendly. Acted as if I was bothering them with questions about the property. The room was super dated, dirty, lights didn't work, drain in shower clogged, no thermostat to control the a/c, electric cords laying on the floor, walls dirty. A very, very tired room. The worst room I've ever stayed in my entire life. Will not be back.

Dessa vez, não gostei de nada. A entrada do hotel é bonita, o lobby é bem bacana

Cons:

Eu não gostei dos quartos antigos. Eles tem quartos reformados e quartos antigos no hotel. Os quartos reformados são bons e os antigos são péssimos (colchão afundado, travesseiros de vento, chuveiro fraco e aparelhos que não saem da tomada direito). Funcionários da recepção sao bem antipaticos.

Pros:

Very nice hotel, beautiful clean, organized, well run. Friendly staff, clean room. Easy check in and out process. Comfortable bedding and linens. Breakfast was delicious, nice sit down area with attentive staff.

Cons:

Unfortunately we did order room service which arrived quickly but the food itself was definitely sub par. Nice to get room service, but not worth it if the food isn't good. We had booked a king bed, but they were out so we also ended up in two doubles.

We requested a room with sofa bed, but our room did not have a sofa bed. The staff was friendly and was able to bring in a roll-away bed

Great service and a reliably good stay
Pros:

Staff were excellent, especially the ladies serving at breakfast and Jorge at the front desk. The gym and pool area was sizeable and well equipped. There were several restaurants within walking distance.

Cons:

The rooms had a strange layout, only full beds, not queens and no drawers for clothing. Parking is expensive.
