Un bon hôtel pour un passage à Cartagene
Pros:

L’emplacement, la piscine est un vrai plus quand il fait très chaud sur Cartagene !

Cons:

La propreté, choix limité des petits déjeuner mais personnel très très sympathique et à l’écoute

Pros:

The ladies at breakfast , always smiling and very helpful even at reception when there was no one at reception , and the breakfast was excellent in its self

For us only the matress a little hard

Cons:

De te kleine kamer en was niet erg proper en voelde oud aan. Luidruchtig aan het zwembad in de avond als je kamer 3 hebt. Ook andere gasten maakten 's nachts bij aankomst veel lawaai.
Geen brood meer bij ontbijt. Ik vond hotel Curato veel beter en mooiere kamers + vrolijker personeel voor een veel economischer prijs. Dit hotel zou ik niemand aanraden. Echt verouderd en slordig. Onverschillig personeel aan de balie.

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado. Nuestro agradecimiento a Justin por su amabilidad y trato hacia nosotros a pesar de todos los inconvenientes que surgieron

Tuvimos inconvenientes la noche de la entrada: una de las habitaciones que teníamos reservada estaba ya ocupada por otra persona, q, ni siquiera, la persona de recepción sabía que estaba ahí, el motivo es q no acompañan a los huéspedes a su habitación y tienen las puertas abiertas de las habitaciones no ocupadas. Nos instalaron de forma provisional esa noche en otra habitación pero al acostarnos, las sábanas estaban sucias y con pelos. A pesar de ello, se esforzaron en solucionarlo y han cambiado el protocolo de check in. La piscina abre de 9 a 9. Nuestras habitaciones daban a la piscina y dejan estar a los huéspedes más tarde de esa hora , por lo que se oye todo el ruido desde la habitación.

Totally recommend it for your stay in Cartagena!
Pros:

We loved everything about this hotel! The experience started with the amazing staff, who provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was larger than expected and offered great facilities. However, the true highlight of our stay was the kindness and hospitality of the staff and the location of the hotel!

Wonderful stay in Cartagena!!!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially the staff did everything to make our stay pleasant. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect—convenient to the busy streets of Cartagena. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Quarto e café da manhã satisfatórios, além da piscina muito gostosa para relaxar. O lugar é uma delícia: pássaros cantando e flores. Funcionários educados, em especial a camareira e a cozinheira que fez questão de me fazer um drink no dia do meu aniversário. Muito obrigada!

Cons:

Quando termina a sua reserva, eles te permitem deixar as malas, mas você não tem mais acesso ao banheiro, que é numa área externa e comum aos hóspedes. Eu já viajei mais de 10 países e nunca passei por isso! Deveriam rever. Achei um absurdo.

Beautiful hotel! Well located near many restaurants but situated in a quiet street.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, loved the pool and colonial architecture. The hotel is well maintained and the staff is friendly, attentive and devoted. We enjoyed the facilities and definitely recommend this hotel!

Cons:

In can get quite noisy in the rooms near the kitchen/eating area. Breakfast prep starts around 6 am and if your room is near the kitchen, it will wake you up. We also encountered a water problem, but this was out of the hands of the staff (although we would have enjoyed some proactive communication about this). This didn’t impact our appreciation for this stay!
