Im Innenhof des Hotels gibt es so viele kleine, liebevolle Details, und alles ist so schön. Man kann sich da nur wohlfühlen! Ganz wunderbar war auch der Pool im Innenhof - bei den Temperaturen bot er eine herrliche Abkühlung. Zudem ist die Lage des Hotels toll!
Für mich selbst - da ich Alleinreisende war - war es kein Problem, aber: Das Doppelzimmer, in dem ich war, bietet für zwei Personen wenig Platz für die Aufbewahrung der Kleidung etc.

My room was right next to the breakfast/Restaurant area, which meant that I felt I couldn’t have the curtains open due to privacy. It was also really loud in the morning when people were having breakfast or they were setting up breakfast - this was from about 6am onwards…
El desayuno es muy completo con varias opciones a la carta. la piscina es muy linda y agradable. La habitación fue lo mejor, super espaciosa y con techos altos.
El servicio de café y agua está en la recepción, sería más conveniente tenerlo en la habitación.
L’emplacement, la piscine est un vrai plus quand il fait très chaud sur Cartagene !

The ladies at breakfast , always smiling and very helpful even at reception when there was no one at reception , and the breakfast was excellent in its self

De te kleine kamer en was niet erg proper en voelde oud aan. Luidruchtig aan het zwembad in de avond als je kamer 3 hebt. Ook andere gasten maakten 's nachts bij aankomst veel lawaai.
Geen brood meer bij ontbijt. Ik vond hotel Curato veel beter en mooiere kamers + vrolijker personeel voor een veel economischer prijs. Dit hotel zou ik niemand aanraden. Echt verouderd en slordig. Onverschillig personeel aan de balie.
El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien ubicado. Nuestro agradecimiento a Justin por su amabilidad y trato hacia nosotros a pesar de todos los inconvenientes que surgieron
Tuvimos inconvenientes la noche de la entrada: una de las habitaciones que teníamos reservada estaba ya ocupada por otra persona, q, ni siquiera, la persona de recepción sabía que estaba ahí, el motivo es q no acompañan a los huéspedes a su habitación y tienen las puertas abiertas de las habitaciones no ocupadas. Nos instalaron de forma provisional esa noche en otra habitación pero al acostarnos, las sábanas estaban sucias y con pelos. A pesar de ello, se esforzaron en solucionarlo y han cambiado el protocolo de check in. La piscina abre de 9 a 9. Nuestras habitaciones daban a la piscina y dejan estar a los huéspedes más tarde de esa hora , por lo que se oye todo el ruido desde la habitación.

We loved everything about this hotel! The experience started with the amazing staff, who provided great recommendations for restaurants and things to see and do. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was larger than expected and offered great facilities. However, the true highlight of our stay was the kindness and hospitality of the staff and the location of the hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, especially the staff did everything to make our stay pleasant. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect—convenient to the busy streets of Cartagena. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
