Good
Pros:

Solo nos quedamos una noche. Las intalaciones son agradables. La habitacion comoda. el bano me parecio super lindo.

Cons:

El desayuno. Si bien hay muchas opciones ya que es una carta abierta con muchas alternativas. la preparacion de la misma no cumple mis gustos. Igual podrian ser mas facil tener una estacion y que se pueda pedir huevos al gusto , mas sencillo pero mas ricos en su preparacion

La agradable piscina que es lo mejor que puedes tener si te alojas en Cartagena para paliar el calor.
La habitación la mejor que hemos tenido en nuestro viaje por Colombia, personal atento y discreto. Hotel muy tranquilo y bonito.

Cons:

Solo una pega, si no pones el modo Dry del aire acondicionado la humedad cubre todas las paredes, sábanas y suelo de la habitación.

the pool was ok , location as expected...price is very high for the quality, rooms can be noisy , no place to hang clothes, bathroom is primitive, room had no windows, would never return there for $120 usd per night maybe $50

Ótima experiência em casa histórica bem preservada
Pros:

Equipe muito amigável e prestativa em dar informações. A casa é histórica e mantém muitas das características originais - como as vigas do teto, incríveis! Café da manhã simples mas justo, cama muito confortável e banheiro limpo e charmoso.

Cons:

Não afetou em nada a nossa estadia, porque viajamos como casal. Mas tudo indica que é um hotel preparado a receber pessoas que vão a Cartagena festar - como por exemplo recomendações de baladas na recepção e limite de decibéis nos quartos. De novo, não tivemos nenhuma questão de ruído e nem com os outros hóspedes, mas acho que vale a sinalização.

Charming but rustic boutique hotel with very friendly staff – however, mosquitoes, small beds and a disappointing breakf
Pros:

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When we arrived to find a dirty room with ants, we were immediately and without any fuss given a new room – something we really appreciated. The location in Cartagena’s historic center is great.

Cons:

The rooms are very rustic and old-fashioned – not for everyone. The doors have gaps through which mosquitoes can enter at night, which noticeably disturbed our sleep. The beds are also very short – definitely an issue for taller guests. The breakfast was unfortunately a real disappointment, despite being praised in other reviews – it simply didn’t meet our expectations.

Muy bonito espacio, con un talento humano cálido y muy amable. Desayuno espectacular.

La decoración del Hotel y la comodidad de las habitaciones. El talento humano fue muy pero muy amable.

Cons:

Creo que es posible mejorar la señal de televisión. En la habitación que ocupamos no nos fue posible ver los canales nacionales.

Excelente todooo, el personal fue demasiado amable, en especial destaco la atención de Justin en la recepción. Nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue amena gracias al personal, la atención, las instalaciones y la comida. Volvería cada vez que tenga la oportunidad de visitar Cartagena y sin duda lo recomendaría.

Pros:

I loved the pool, the staff and the location

Cons:

I didn’t like that my room didn’t have a window. The sheets were changed but the bed was made everyday. And the towels I had on the floor were removed everyday as well. Not the cleanest spot, but the staff and location kind of made up for it

Hotel lindo, confortável e bem localizado
Pros:

Em uma localização excelente, o hotel ocupa uma construção típica e muito charmosa. O quarto e o banheiro eram bem amplos. A cama era confortável e o ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente (o que é essencial em uma cidade quente como Cartagena). Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e solícitos. O café da manhã é no sistema de menu a la carte (com opções deliciosas), porém era possível consumidor frutas e café à vontade.
