La ubicación, la cama y la piscina.

Cons:

No sale apenas agua de los grifos del lavabo y la ducha. La que sale del grifo del lavabo es caliente. El persona lverifica antes de tu marcha que lo que dices sobre posibles consumos de la nevera de la habitación es cierto, poniendo en duda tú palabra. Esto es bastante desagradable. Me perdieron una prenda en la lavandería, que resultó ser muy cara (40.000 pesos el kilo de ropa).

Son molt amables tots, des de les noies de l'esmorzar fins a les persones de la recepció. Esta molt ben situat i cuiden molt tots els detalls. La zona de la piscina es bonica i agradable. I l'esmorzar es molt complert. Es un lloc molt recomanable

Encantada con Cartagena en casa Bugò

Desayuno delicioso, Trato increible amable y super especial de el sr. Justin Guillermo quien me ayudó en todo momento con mi comòdidad en Cartagena y en el hotel! Ademàs del personal del desayuno. Mil gracias por estos servicios!

Comfortable and clean room but unfriendly staff.

Comfortable rooms, beautiful historic building.

Cons:

The daytime reception staff need some customer support training. 2h after breakfast and after I had already checked out and planning my connection to the airport, I start feeling really sick (foodpoisoning). I told the receptionist that I might need to stay one more night, she asked me how I feel and I said I need to sit cause I had tunnelvision at that point. She didn't offer any water, advice to health care or anything like that. She just asked me to pay the room for the extra night upfront.
At check out they also ask you if you consumed any snacks, and when you reply they say "wait before you leave, we have to check". So absurd, just go check first, without bothering to ask me if i need to wait 5min for this anyway.
Never seen such weird folks at reception, and it's the only accommodation in Colombia this has happened to me. In all other places people have been very professional.
(The cleaning lady and the night-shift receptionist were very nice and helpful though!)
Also, the place had mosquitos due to the abundance or running water and lack of wind streams in the inner yard.

Emplacement proche de tout, la piscine, la gentillesse du personnel au petit déjeuner. La literie excellente. La mise a disposition d'eau et de café gratuitement.

Cons:

Le personnel de la réception pourrait être plus souriant. Les bruits de préparation du petit déjeuner très tôt le matin.

Cons:

O quarto que ficamos tinha um cheiro de umidade e mofo horrível. Difícil de respirar. Para pessoas com alguma espécie de alergia, acho até perigoso. Também não gostei de encontrar pedrinhas dentro da pia do banheiro como parte da decoração. Achei totalmente anti-higiênico porque você escova os dentes, lava o rosto, etc e a água fica um pouco empossada dentro da pia, bem como entre essas pedras dentro da pia, que eu não tenho certeza se são retiradas ee lavadas a cada mudança de hóspede.

Ótimo café da manhã, conforto e boa localização.

Cons:

A avaliação só não foi melhor porque nos mostraram um cardápio de itens para consumação (bebidas alcoólicas) com determinados valores, mas quando fomos fazer o check-out os valores eram praticamente o dobro do que foi mostrado. O funcionário disse apenas que o cardápio estava desatualizado e que nos mostrou por engano (?).
