Excellent value!!!
Pros:

The staff was excellent especially the lady that was working in the breakfast room. She was very helpful and very kind.

Cons:

Close to everything we needed. We were traveling through on our way south.

One night stay

Clean and comfortable. Stay on the back side if you can. It's very close to the road and the traffic noise w a s horrible.

Overall it was okay. I wouldn’t stay there again due to not being able to sleep well and the cleanliness.
Pros:

The property was a relatively convenient location to both Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Staff were nice. Rooms were mostly clean.

Cons:

You can tell it’s a somewhat renovated facility. The outside has more curb appeal than the inside. Rooms are still suffering from the 1980s. I did not find the beds very comfortable, and the pillows were just the same.
The towels, although visibly clean, had a smell of stale cooking grease and borax. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the television 2 rooms down just as clearly as I could hear mine. The breakfast is edible but less than “good”. I’m not sure I’ve ever had eggs, biscuits, and Italian sausage. Kind of a weird protein. They used crock pots instead of industrial warmers. At least the juice wasn’t watered down.

Cons:

Finding a bed bug in the bed when we woke up on the 8th of February 2026 to get ready to check out. I definitely put a damper on the weekend and sunk the review score. The incident was reported to the front desk

Pros:

We were a little disappointed with the variety of food for selection at breakfast

Cons:

Overall a little disappointing with the hotel facilities but due to unforeseen circumstances we did only stay two days- Friday 11th until Sunday 13th July We were booked to stay until Friday 24th July. Therefore we are looking for possible refund for 10days.

It was good beside the bathroom.
Pros:

Clean, beds were comfortable

Cons:

The walk-in showers need updated. My mom could not stand in it.. too slick and only one grab bar and the door does not latch. You can swing it in or out. The bathroom floor gets slick from the film it gets from the shower due to no exhaust fan in the bathroom

Wonderful and caring staff always.
Pros:

Very helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms and great breakfast. Love that the room had an refrigerator and microwave.

Cons:

People letting their dogs use the floor in front of the elevator doors to pee and not cleaning up after them. Not the staffs fault.
