Great location!
Pros:

Nice hotel very close to most of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. We only stayed one night but didn't have any problems.

Would defiantly stay here again.
Pros:

The room was very clean. Loved the shower, easy to get in and out. Bed was comfortable and spacious. Quiet and good location. There was also an elevator as well as stairs. They were luggage carts to help guests with their luggage.

Cons:

The only item was the Wi-Fi. I wish it would have been faster to use my laptop instead of my phone for videos. Wi-Fi worked mainly for getting e-mails.

Amazing value
Pros:

Decent budget room. Close enough to what you want to be close to and an awesome pancake restaurant right next door, but they do offer breakfast which was just fine We ate breakfast at the hotel one day, and the restaurant the next. My wife works remotely, and she was able to work from here no issues. The stay was quiet, and we brought our dog which it always a +1/2 star. No complaints.

Cons:

I honestly have no complaints. Is this place perfect? No, but for the price you really can't complain in my opinion. I'd stay here again, and in fact I am next month.

A great choice

The location is wonderful. The Continental breakfast was small but very good. Our room was clean and comfortable. BONUS, the AC was great.
