でもこれはホテルスタッフによって得られるものではないです。

Cons:

いくつかあります。1.ブッキングドットコムのホテル紹介欄に虚偽の記載がありました。私達は元々シラクーザ駅から夜行寝台に乗ってナポリへ向かいたい為にチェックアウト後も荷物預かりサービスを求めていましたが午前10時にチェックアウト後は荷物は預かれないと言われました。2.以前の宿泊者のコメントに同じことが書かれていましたが、浴室のシャワーヘッドが壊れていて、水が360°飛び散りました。また浴室の床もヌルヌルしていてシャワーを使う前に床を我々自身で清掃しないと使えませんでした。3. Whatsappでオーナーから一方的に10分近く怒鳴られました。私達は丁度レストランの予約時間が迫っていたので電話は途中で切りました。この最後の一件で私達の滞在は大変不愉快になりました。あり得ないことです、これは。お客様に対するホスピタリティ一切無しです。

A fantastic base to explore Siracusa from.
Pros:

Wonderful location, lovely apartment, great helpful staff, beautiful view of the water from the windows, comfortable bed. I’d certainly stay there again.

Cons:

The only small complaint is that the water pressure in the shower was very weak, which makes it hard to properly wash your hair and get the shampoo out.

I LOVEED the place.. the doors open in kitchen I cooked and played music.. watched the people go by.. Was a wonderful stay and helpful staff!

The bathroom was challenging. steep step... Also, almost slipped a few times from leak in shower . They need a night light . And fix Shower.. otherwise great!

Grandioser Aufenthalt
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Meer, Der Blick aus dem Fenster - grandios!!! 🤩 Es war alles da, was man sich nur wünscht. Kaffeemaschine, Wasser und Milch (!!) im Kühlschrank, Begrüßungsobst und Sweets.
Wir waren überwältigt.
Die Chefin herzlich und bemüht, das Frühstück mit toller Auswahl und pünktlich im Zimmer.
Zimmerservice kam täglich und war äußerst freundlich.
Parkserive sehr zu empfehlen. Alles PERFEKT!!!

Excellent accueil et sejour
Pros:

Nous avons été particulièrement bien accueillis par le personnel, adorables et prévenants, assurant une présence sur une grande partie de la journée. Propreté impeccable quotidienne et eau et jus mis à notre disposition chaque jour. Excellent établissement merci à toute l’équipe!

I thought the property advertised area was 120sqm. When we arrived, it was clear this area included the outside courtyard. I found this deceptive.
One of the upstairs couples muscled into the courtyard area on our second day and wouldn’t budge until my wife asked them to leave. This was uncomfortable.
Also, we found it noisy at night from people walking heavily and moving table and chairs. This happened at around 9:30pm each night.
Otherwise, the location was excellent. Being so close to the sea, and along from great restaurants was a treat.

Très agréable séjour à Syracuse qui nous a permis de visiter et profiter de Syracuse et sa région

L'emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Syracuse et d'Ortigia. Le service de valet pour la voiture était très efficace. L'appartement avec Jacuzzi est un plus très agréable.
