The stay was excellent. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
Clean and very nice
Just the front desk clerk didn’t acknowledge I was standing and she just asked Yes ? Like one word and I replied with I have a reservation and she’s like what ? And I repeated I made a reservation then she asked what’s your name . She was just rude and needs to work on her customer service honestly.
Love the breakfast. Love the vibe. Love the location and the lively area.Suite is very affordable and felt private and safe. Not my first time staying here. I am from OC but moved to AZ 4 years ago. This is my go-to hotel.
Parking isn't directly connected to hotel and is way too expensive.
Very nice
Had a smell like sewer in the bathroom and did not get house keeping.
Extremely clean, super nice ! Easy parking very close
Clean
The location was fantastic only 10 min walk to the theme parks
The room we were allocated was facing the car park ramp and the air conditioning units we’re situated there making it very loud during the night.
The kitchen
I requested to stay at the room I previously stayed and the girl didn’t acknowledge my request and I as nor even given options of a similar room. I felt very disappointed
Very clean, spacious, staff went above and beyond for us
I wish it was closer but I mean you can only be so close. Also parking was kind of expensive
Location
Staff not friendly
We had to fight with the front desk at arrival to get a decent room, as the the first two rooms we got had unusable "sleeping sofas," which was supposed to sleep one extra guest. That sofa bed was so disgusting and uncomfortable that a homeless person refused to sleep on it. The third room that was offered to us at least has a second bed, but still... We had the depressing view over an air conditioner and an indoor parking, at almost 500 dollars a night, we expected something a bit better!
That it is close to Disney
The rooms had a horrible plumbing pipe smell
