Great hotel in great location
Pros:

Lovely room, good free breakfast. Great location 15 mins walk from Disney.

Awesome stay for families headed to Disney
Pros:

We love the Residence Inn! It’s our second time staying and we enjoy the spacious rooms, great views, amazing staff and breakfast included. It’s close enough to Disney to duck out for a rest then head back in after dark.

Pros:

It was close to the convention center

Cons:

The womens bathroom downstairs has a very strong and overwhelming mold smell and the breakfast was sub-par. The hotel didnt seem prepared for the number of people staying there due to the items that ran out during breakfast. Breakfast was from 7am to 10am and we were there at 730am.

Overall stay was great! Rooms spacious and kitchen was great. Excellent location to Disneyland and convenient stores.

Cons:

Thought maybe check in a little more seamless. Could not check in with two cards also could not use virtual card. Machine not updated for that process.

La chambre était propre.

Cons:

Hôtel très bruyant, au niveau des équipements intérieurs de la chambre (frigo et climatisation), et alentours (couloirs de hôtel et bâtiment à côté d'où provenait un grondement assez assourdissant, surtout le matin vers 7h.
Très fréquenté par les familles avec enfants, donc si vous voulez du calme, choisissez peut-être un autre emplacement.

I was comfortable and felt safe.
Pros:

Love the breakfast. Love the vibe. Love the location and the lively area.Suite is very affordable and felt private and safe. Not my first time staying here. I am from OC but moved to AZ 4 years ago. This is my go-to hotel.

Cons:

Parking isn't directly connected to hotel and is way too expensive.

I just love the hotel I always book it when I go to Disney
Pros:

Clean and very nice

Cons:

Just the front desk clerk didn’t acknowledge I was standing and she just asked Yes ? Like one word and I replied with I have a reservation and she’s like what ? And I repeated I made a reservation then she asked what’s your name . She was just rude and needs to work on her customer service honestly.
