Struttura confortevole e ottimo cibo
Pros:

Camera pulita, confortevole e molto ben insonorizzata.
Asciugamani morbidissimi.
Ottimo cibo sia a colazione che a cena con varie scelte anche per chi è celiaco o intollerante al lattosio.

OTTIMO HOTEL CON MERENDA E CENA INCLUSI.
Pros:

Hotel distante circa 2 km da Gamla Stan e dalla Stazione Centrale, percorribili a piedi o con i mezzi pubblici vicini.
L'hotel propone ad un prezzo ottimo una formula comprensiva di colazione a buffet, Fika (merenda 15-17) e cena (1800-2100) a buffet di buona qualità e ampia scelta, anche per veg o intolleranti e celiaci. Soluzione estremamente vantaggiosa dopo una giornata di escursioni, al freddo...
Camere pulite. Hotel attento all'ambiente che effettua scelte coraggiose che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Per esempio la stanza viene pulita a richiesta così come il cambio biancheria. Staff cordiale e disponibile che ci ha cambiato stanza per un problema tecnico alla condotta di areazione. Lo staff ci ha anche preparato la colazione da asporto, alle 5, il giorno della partenza.

Cons:

L'igiene nell'area ristorante deve essere migliorata. Sarebbe necessario introdurre tovaglie o almeno tovagliette di carta usa e getta. I tavoli andrebbero puliti con efficacia e più spesso. Ci sono centrotavola con evidenti segni di cibo antichi. La cucina è varia e abbondante e attenta alle varie esigenze: la disposizione del buffet però, nonostante le buone intenzioni, purtroppo favorisce la contaminazione tra alimenti. Il cibo destinato ai celiaci andrebbe completamente isolato in area separata per non vanificare l'importante sforzo della cucina. Purtroppo la maggior parte dei clienti non è attento e sensibile (in tanti toccano il cibo dei vassoi con le mani ..)
Alcune stanze sono un po' usurate dal tempo altre sono rinnovate e sicuramente più carine.

We travelled with our dog and appreciated that pets were welcome in common hotel areas, enhancing the homely atmosphere.

A wonderful surprise was the receptionist Ada arranging an Easter egg hunt for our children in the room, making us feel at home.

Viss bija lieliski- iespēja atstāt bagāžu pirms/pēc reğistrēŝanās viesnīcā,laipns personàls,brokastìs plašas izvèles iespèjas,dienas vidū iespèja ēst fiku,iekļautad vakariņas. Pieejama šobrìd tvakai pirts. Uz centru var aiziet kàjàm 25min vai ar metro,autobusu. Plašas,tīras istabiņas. Bezmaksas tèja,kafija vestibilà,galda spèles. Un Lieldienàs pàrsteigums bèrniem - zaķis paslèpis šokolàdes olas.

Pros:

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war mehr als ausreichend und vielfältig.
Das Abendessen war gut.

Cons:

Die Pasta (Ravioli und Penne) hat leider gar nicht gut geschmeckt. Es wäre fein gewesen, wenn man gefragt werden würde, ob man zum Abendessen etwas zu trinken wünsche.

Amazing hotel!
Pros:

We loved the hotel, the staff is great, they made us feel like “home”. Special thanks to Adda for everything. The food is also amazing (breakfast - dinner). The metro station is really close which is very convenient and there is also a supermarket next to the hotel. We will definitely come back, this will be our “home” in Stockholm!
