Above what I expected.
Pros:

Omar in the restaurant was exceptional !!

Cons:

I was charged for parking (10.00)and did not use parking we were dropped off by friends.

Cons:

I don't like that this Hotel has tried to charge my credit card 8 times after my stay. My stay was pre-paid through booking days before I arrived. This is a travesty.

Great perks for platinum members
And affordable for the family to be a Marriot ! I will definitely be back again

Everything was amazing, comfortable and staff was over helpful I enjoyed everything.

Pros:

a very depressing hotel... terrible decor, rooms felt old and outdated...

Cons:

the 2 people at the reception took 30 min to check me in although everything was already paid for... they said they had to re enter everything, in fact they changed me double and then had to call them to get a refund. They charged me for a car I did not have... honestly not good

The hotel was disgusting. The rooms were musty smelling. Dust and dirt in the rooms. Had to ask for toliet paper. Food was terrible. Unbelievable for a Marriott. Truly poor.

Pros:

The coffee maker and tv did not work. Staff did not explain internet access. Just handed me a key. Didnt even say room number. There was a dirty fork in the floor behind the tv. I found it while troubleshooting tv.
