Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the pool was good.

Cons:

There was standing water all over the floor when we arrived. Breakfast the first morning was very sparse.

The location was good. Close access to the interstates.

Cons:

Some.staff was great, others were kind of rude. The television was not a smart device, could not access streamong apps.

Almost $200 a night for a dirty room. Took a shower and when I got in shower I saw 2 black footprints which were mine. The floor looked new and was about the only part of the room that didn't look dated. It was a dark floor so I guess it didn't show dirt until you got in the shower. The toilet was very low. I have never seen one that low in a motel. They did have a breakfast included which is probably nice for a family with kids.If there are only adults, go buy breakfast somewhere else. Room service did leave clean towels the second day without being ask. Personally, I will never stay in this motel again.

Pros:

Original reservation made through website ended up being Priceline charge on credit card which was charged in full as soon as the reservation was booked a month in advance. After one night in this dilapidated, filthy property ... when you pull up, there is a sign in the front "Do Not Leave Firearms in Your Car". Upon approaching the front desk. there was a customer complaining of bugs in her room and an inoperable toilet. We were prepared to leave at that point however the "hotel" which is really a motel, refused to refund the first night. CJ, the manager, agreed to refund the second night if we were not satisfied. The next morning, we awakened to a group of 8 on the outside walkway in a sitting in a circle nonchalantly smoking cannabis at 11:00 am the
morning, wafting smoke into our room through the 1 inch gap between the bottom of the door threshold. As a result, we checked out and were provided a letter from the front desk personnel, approved by the manager CJ by phone, that a full refund for the second night would be issues. no refund has been issued. It has been 2 weeks, no refund. Caveat Emptor !!!!!!!! Avoid this property and this chain of MOTELS at all costs.

I had a one night booked reservation and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel
Pros:

This place could’ve been a little cleaner, but the staff was absolutely horrendous

Cons:

There was a staff member named Dean, who was absolutely hostile and was the most rude staff member I’ve ever dealt with in my life

Tina at the front desk was great!

Cons:

I put a special request to have flowers in our room as it was an anniversary trip. I received a notification that it would be done. However when we arrived they were not there which is not surprising as it seemed our room was not assigned to us until we were at the front desk.

Cons:

Hotel needs remodel. One staff member that didn't allow early checkin when i arrived around 2am. She just chatted it up with someone in the back. She saw me when she came to the front desk through the window and ran back to around the corner. I called the phone and she said no early checkin and she can't store my luggage anywhere. I paid for early checkin. Her boss told me later that day that she was wrong.

Pros:

Location was great. Close to airport but quiet. Very comfy beds

Definitely could have used some attention to the bathroom door. Also noticed a gap in main door to room.

I had a wonderful stay my room was very comfortable everyone was very attentive I would definitely stay again. Laura at the Breakfast was very sweet and everything look very organized.
