Pros:

Front office staff is helpful, enthusiastic, collegial, and knowledgeable. Facilities support is timely, capable and follows up.

Cons:

Housekeeping is inconsistent, frequently unprepared/under-supplied, several are not able to communicate in English. TOTALLY INDIFFERENT WHEN CLEANING UPSTAIRS AS TO HOW MUCH THEY DISTURB DOWNSTAIRS GUESTS... IT'S APPALLING!!!!!

Thanksgiving stay
Pros:

I loved the stove AND oven! The full size refrigerator/freezer.

Cons:

The A/C was very loud and the bed was worn in at the middle leaving you feeling trapped unable to crawl out of bed. Not great got the back either. The $300 deposit plus $12/day parking seemed unnecessary high but not a deal breaker. For a Marriott property the bed should be comfortable and up to typical property standards.
