Extremely convenient if your main focus is Universal with clean, quiet rooms and friendly staff.
Pros:

Location was great being just a 20 min walk to the attractions entrance. Convenient with bridge over the freeway was just outside the parking lot. There was a delicious hot pot restaurant just a 5min walk from the hotel entrance.

Cons:

Front desk staff didn't have alot of information about taxi services. No shuttle to Disney theme parks.

Habitacion amplia, buena ubicacion a 20 min caminando del citywalk de universal. Hermosa piscina, regalan cookies calentitas.

Pros:

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Cleaning staff kept all the little extras topped up like bottled water, clean towels and cups. Beds were the most comfortable i have ever slept in, breakfast was superb and staff were very attentive and friendly

Pros:

Great location across the street from Universal Studios and close to great places to eat. The room was spacious, clean and beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Beautiful fountain and lots of seating in the courtyard. It was a nice place to stay.

Cons:

I thought breakfast was included but it was at an extra price and you have to pay extra for parking. Still a nice place to stay.

I didn’t like when they block or restrict a certain channel that I enjoy watching when I’m there and that channel is USA

Buena atención y buena ubicación
Pros:

Sii lindo y cómodo , mi vista daba a los parques de universal 🥰 Dios mío las galletas que daban en recepción deliciosas y las recepcionistas super amables 10/10

Cons:

El primer día el agua de la ducha se filtró pero súper luego supe poner la cortina para que no se filtrara más , el último día me dejaron la puerta de la habitación abierta gracias a Dios no se perdió nada.
