Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay overall. Hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Only downside is $35 nightly parking fee. It felt quite expensive considering the parking gate was not functioning properly. We often had to wait several minutes just to exit the parking area or waited for others to try to exit.

Overall, I would probably not stay here again if I came back to Orlando
Pros:

The shuttle service to and from Universal, the pool and heated pool, being at the entrance of Universal.

Cons:

The breakfast items made multiple family members feel nauseous for most of the day and the water pressure when showering was just a trickle of water.
