Disappointed
Pros:

Cons:

It was a chaos when I got there , spend about 30 minutes for parking, because there was 2 events? If someone had said something beforehand, we could have been prepared, but no one said anything!!!
Rooms were not very nice, shower was leaking water while the handle was off, we communicated with the front desk, yet they still didn't care.

It’s a good value for the dollar and you can’t beat the location

I felt very disappointed with the poor cleanliness, unpleasant smell, and lack of proper maintenance

The breakfast was good!

Cons:

My stay at this hotel was disappointing overall. The carpets in front of the elevators were noticeably dirty, and while the ones inside the room were slightly better, they still didn’t feel clean. The room also had an unpleasant smell that made it uncomfortable.

Additionally, the toilet would randomly flush on its own from time to time, which seemed like a maintenance issue. The metal fixtures in the bathroom, especially the towel holders, were loose and not properly secured.

I also believe that parking should be free for guests, as charging extra for it only adds to the overall disappointment of the stay.

Overall, the hotel needs better maintenance and cleanliness standards.
