DoubleTree by Hilton at the Entrance to Universal Orlando

Samurai the guest ambassador was absolutely amazing. I never knew of the perks we have as honor points and now we’re thinking of Hawaii thanks to her. Who knew you could level up your stay and find affordable travel options all over the globe? Samurai did and now we do too. So awesome! Thanks Samurai!!

Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially a gentleman name Gabriel. He was the first person who greeted us. Gabriel was very helpful and friendly which made me feel that our experience was going to be a good one, and it was. All the staff encountered were courteous. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy. The bed and pillows were very comfortable Over all great trip. Thank you Double Tree Universal. I will be booking this hotel again.

Hotel facilities were great, and the staff was wonderful. Special mention of Dornet and Tiosha (forgive me if I misspelled their names!): they were in the cafe where I got coffee and breakfast each morning, and they were superb, even when things got crazy busy.

Been here before and the experience is always the same. Great location and easy to get to. They have sufficient rooms and grounds to be able to get out and stretch. Service is great as they always aim to be helpful and over deliver. I do want to do a shout out to Jim at the restaurant during breakfast. He was so pleasant and kind and willing to be of service which speaks volumes. We need more Jim’s in the world. Thanks Jim!

Everyone was just so nice. I did get a lady named Pam at the front desk, she was so helpful and gave great service. The ladies working the coffee counter were amazing as well! They were non stop working they are all assets to that hotel. A nice shout out to the Universal studios lady and even the Avis was awesome! What a great group of people working there.

Great service and friendly experiences w Kaina and Suki at front desk and Luis in luggage services. This our 3rd or 4th trip here and we always feel so welcome! Early check in availability is always a plus, too 🙂

Overall great experience easy check-in process due to Linda and her hospitality as well as great service by the rest of the staff

Cercanía parques universal, incluido transporte a epic. Atencion del personal, limpieza de la habitación y amplitud y comodidad de la habitación. Tiene restaurantes en el hotel también cómodos y con buena atención. Rápidos y serviciales aunque el día que fuimos estaban todas las mesas ocupadas.

The location was good.

The location is very convenient if trying to visit any of the Universal Orlando Resort parks and City Walk.

This is very convenient for the universal parks we walked it and entered the valet entrance. Didn’t eat at the hotel
Millers nearby is nice
Fridays I wouldn’t go to again
There is a Mall about 20 mins walking distance
There were 3 of us in a room but cleaner only left 3 cups so just went to reception and got more coffee/cups and cookies.

There is no Starbucks now at the hotel but the ice cream shop was lovely

Would definitely consider again if visiting the parks

If your visiting Volcano Bay you get the shuttle from the parks car park you cannot get a taxi only shuttle buses attend. 🙃

My family stay here for one night and had a great experience. Ms. Linda at the front desk was very helpful and so sweet. She made us feel welcome and we will definitely be back.

Convenient location, nice pool with hot tub

The room was comfortable and clean. The people at the front desk were kind, helpful and informative. Jim was our waiter for the breakfast buffet and by the end of our meal I felt like we were friends. Super nice guy and great service!!!!
