Nice rooms, very well located, nice facilities.
The staff wasn’t very friendly. Also on the last day the cleaning staff didn’t close the door properly and my room was open all day.

Very friendly staff at check in free cookies nice touch, great room with a nice view. The swimming pool a bonus plenty beds and fresh towels. Marvellous location very handy for Universal and Seaworld,and shopping outlets.
The drinks prices at the pool bar where extortionate hence nobody brought them.
My wife and I stayed here 25 years ago on a Universal trip so we were excited to find the hotel online and book it for this stay. When we arrived, we found out that there was a $34/day parking charge that wasn't mentioned on the website when we booked. OK, a small set4back but we could move forward. We checked in and found ourselves in a group of 30-40 people waiting for the 1 working elevator........2 were not working and no signage either at the front desk or at the elevators. Once in our room, I sat at the desk chair after getting changed for dinner at City Walk only to find that the chair had something sticky on it that ruined the new golf shorts that I had brought. I don't know if it was slime, syrup from breakfast or something else but the stain on my shorts would not come out and the shower gel/shampoo/conditioner was empty. Had to call for refills even though it was our first shower upon arrival. Someone did not give the room a full cleaning before we arrived. The restaurants on site that they advertise and gave us a QR code for were not open during the advertised hours, (not during the afternoon, only opened in the evening). The location is great and Ubers are only $8 - $10 to and from City Walk unless you are in dynamic pricing. We won't be back here but hopefully some of you have a better experience.
Just checked out this morning this hotel is ok but not worth the 30$ resort fee for a shuttle I never used ,internet wifi that was subpar and a coffee I could get fraction of the price especially when you add the 20$ per day parking fee

A very nice hotel very close to the entrance to Universal Studios. The breakfast was standard and the rooms were clean and had very comfortable mattresses. If anyone needs a place to stay overnight during a trip to the park I recommend it. PS. Our room was overlooked Universal Studios but it's a bit too far to see anything. However the fireworks and drone show every evening made the view room worth the price.
The room was clean and comfortable. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash was nice. Loved the cookies. The breakfast buffet was very good.
We don't like paying that much to park. We know it is everywhere, all the time but it is too much.
Carlos was extremely helpful and kind. He brought up the luggage, helped us with setting up the ice and making sure we had all we needed. He was professional and offered top-notch service! Carlos is a phenomenal bellman. His kindness was much appreciated after a long trip.
