Vorsicht: Angaben auf Booking.com sind (teilweise) unzutreffend. Hier wurde angegeben, dass Haustiere erlaubt seien. Wir sind mit unserer Katze gereist, also war das für uns eine wesentliche Bedingung. Nachdem ich gebucht hatte, erklärte mir das Hotel, dass es sich bei der Angabe um einen Fehler handelt. Ich bat daraufhin um kostenlose Stornierung. Das Hotel lehnte dies ohne Begründung ab. Nun versuche ich, über den Booking.com-Streitbeilegungsmechanismus, mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Sehr unprofessionell und ärgerlich!
