Pros:

El servicio increible. Las instalaciones, diferentes bares , restaurantea son experiencoas unicas dentro del mismo ecosistema.

Une véritable surprise haut de gamme à Medellín
Pros:

Une véritable claque. Cet hôtel est incroyable, avec une identité moderne, tendance, presque fashion, jusque dans les moindres détails. L’esthétique est travaillée, audacieuse, et d’un niveau que l’on trouve rarement, même en Europe. Honnêtement, cela nous a rappelé des établissements très haut de gamme à Paris.
L’hôtel propose plusieurs ambiances, plusieurs restaurants et plusieurs bars, chacun avec une vraie personnalité. On aurait aimé y rester plus longtemps pour tout découvrir.
Nous avions une suite : très spacieuse, confortable, parfaitement décorée. Le niveau est clairement “high level”.
Service impeccable, atmosphère vibrante mais élégante. Une vraie réussite.

el mejor hotel de medellín !!
Pros:

me sentí en casa el personal fue excelente conmigo, me apoyaron en toda mi estadía e inclusive estando enferma a la hora de mi check out me dejaron quedarme unas horas más para descansar y sentirme mejor mientras esperaba mi vuelo ! Me he quedado en su cadena en bogotá y definitivamente volvería a hacerlo en medellín

Cool place, but disappointing breakfast and horrible bed
Pros:

I liked the location, the vibe of the hotel (super cool), the variety of restaurants at the hotel and within walking distance.

Cons:

The bed was horrible, I stayed for 3 night and I did not sleep at all, I'm not sure if it was the topper or the mattress itself, but it was so uncomfortable.
They also need to figure out the breakfast situation, both mornings, It took over 25 minutes for me to get two plain scrambled eggs.
