El hotel es hermoso, la decoración es preciosa, los restaurantes muy buenos, el rooftop de los más lindos de Medellín.
Pros:

El ambiente, los restaurantes y el desayuno, la ubicación es perfecta. La amabilidad y atención de todo el personal!

Cons:

Las habitaciones son lindas, pero me hicieron falta cajones para guardar ropa, y un clóset para colgar. En la noche hay un poco de ruido por los pasillos o la calle.

Pretty amazing place to stay in Medellin
Pros:

A pretty amazing property. Attention to detail is really good everywhere. There are multiple eating areas, all open air, and a great atmosphere all around. We did not use it but liked the rooftop pool.
Our room was an M - nice balcony, comfortable facilities and quirky but fun.
Fantastic location. Could not beat it and yet feels like you are in the middle of a jungle - not just inside the hotel but outside on the street. So close to restaurants and cafes.

Cons:

A lot going on within the design of our room and whilst it looked cool, was not that practical to use. Little useful areas to layout a suitcase, with not much usable area to hang or layout clothes. A bugbear of many hotel rooms - you have to experiment to work out the light switches.

Disappointing Stay – Overhyped and Poorly Managed
Cons:

My stay at Click Clack Hotel Medellín fell well below the expectations created by its reputation. I genuinely don’t understand the level of hype around this hotel, and now I see why it holds a fairly average rating despite its popularity on social media.

Overall, I would classify this as a very basic hotel. While some common areas are visually appealing, others clearly need updating and renovation. The gym, in particular, is misleading—it consists of only two treadmills and a small set of dumbbells, which is far from what one would expect from a hotel positioned at this level.

The food across the restaurants was also quite basic, lacking both quality and memorable experience. As for the service, while staff can be friendly at times, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism. On multiple occasions, employees seemed more engaged in joking among themselves than in attending to guests.

However, the most concerning part of my stay happened at checkout. After completing the process and leaving the hotel with my luggage to head to a nearby hotel where friends were staying (while calling an Uber), a security employee ran after me, shouting to verify whether I had paid and implying that I might be taking something from the hotel. This was an extremely embarrassing and uncomfortable situation. As someone who travels frequently, I have never experienced anything like this.

This incident reflects not only poor internal coordination but also a completely unacceptable customer experience. Unfortunately, it overshadowed any positive aspects of the stay.

I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it.
