A vibrant, stylish stay with warm service and unforgettable design.
Pros:

I loved my stay at Click Clack Hotel Medellín. The design is unique and vibrant, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is incredibly warm and attentive. Great location and overall a stylish, memorable experience. I’d definitely stay again.

Estadía excelente en click clack
Pros:

La verdad es que reservamos por las fotos del diseño, que se veían increíbles, pero la experiencia fue mucho mejor en persona. La vibra del lugar es única, súper moderna y la ubicación en El Poblado es perfecta para salir a caminar y cenar.

Cons:

Aunque se que pagué por una habitación pequeña, me di cuenta que por un poco mas hubiera tenido una de mejor tamaño. Pero como mi estadía fué de 1 sola noche al final fué un tamaño justo.

A really different experience
Pros:

As soon as we arrived the hotel felt different- dark lighting, plants, open to the air, art. Staff had unusual uniforms. Rooms had lots of quirky extras. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff

Great ambiance, not that great a room, feels like low value for money.
Pros:

Really nice ambiance, especially in the lobby area.
Rooftop area was very nice too.
Room was clean.
Staff was friendly.
Food was ok.

Cons:

The room has a very moist/wet smell. There also no storage space whatsoever, just 6 hangers. No cabinet or drawers, which meant the only place to unpack things was on the floor - really not a great feeling for a 5-star hotel.. the bathroom had weird / poor lighting, so my girlfriend did her makeup in the main room by the entrance. The bathroom also lacked hangers/hooks for the towels - just 1 single hook to share between two people.
We tried using room service but the stuff we ordered never came despite both calling and requesting via WhatsApp. After 1 hour since first request I went to the lobby.
None of the above is devastating nor huge problems - but also stuff that drags down in my opinion when staying at a 5-star hotel.

El hotel es bueno. El personal te atiende bien. Comida rica, lugar con mucho ambiente, siempre lleno y divertido.
Pros:

El ambiente q tiene, diseño moderno. Algo fuera de lo normal

Cons:

Mi habitación era muy ruidosa. Ruido de la calle, autos, motos, ambulancias y discotecas aledañas. Las habitaciones aún las más grandes resultas pequeñas si te gustan lugares espaciosos. También son habitaciones oscuras.

Good but needs attention on service
Pros:

Excellent location. Very nice facilities. High Quality Breakfast despite of service time. Nice pool and pool bar to enjoy the afternoon, very high quality equipment at the gym

Cons:

1) Time to be seated and served at the breakfast too long, we wait almost 1h for breakfast - probably due to hotel being completely booked due to concert 2) Unresponsive staff to basic request like an iron machine and 3) Water filtration problem from the shower

Even when good value a lot of details not well managed for a 5 star property

המלון ממוקם מעולה, נוח מאוד להתנייד ממנו והכול מרגיש קרוב וזמין.
הצוות פשוט מצוין, שירותי, קשוב ונעים, ובאמת מרגיש שחשבו שם על כל הפרטים הקטנים ולא רק על הדברים הברורים מאליהם.

החוויה הכללית הייתה ברמה מאוד גבוהה.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת ואיכותית, כיף לפתוח ככה את היום.
המלון והחדרים מעוצבים בצורה מאוד יפה ומדויקת, ומי שאוהב עיצוב ואסתטיקה לגמרי יעריך את זה.
