We loved that hotel in the heart of El Poblano
Pros:

The design is awesome, so modern and unusual . Location is great - close to all bars and restaurants . It looks like a modern city in the jungle of plants . Front desk service is awesome .

Cons:

The only thing that bothered me was the shower . It is a black box with no hooks to put the towel inside and a bit inconvenient to turn the water on .

Improved 2nd Stay - Insuperable breakfast
Pros:

Second time visiting, we had a much better experience than the first time - most probably as the hotel was not fully booked as when we visited for Bad Bunny Concert - Superior Room is worth it, we enjoyed the sleep ritual and the breakfast is insuperable - we will be visiting for a third time

Cons:

Two things stills for a perfect stay, one not in the hotel control: 1) Staff and service is spotty, specially the guy in the lobby left us waiting more than 30mins for a request and then claim “he forgot” seeing as there 2) Pool bar and area with a lot of noise due to construction site next to the hotel

el servicio de los restaurantes y el rooftop, los meseros no son serviciales. en el rooftop cada vez que fuimos intentaban no darnos mesa a pesar de tener varias mesas disponibles. Siempre tuvimos que presionar y discutir para conseguir una mesa, nos dimos cuenta que cada vez que terminamos en el rooftop las "mismas mesas que nos negaron" seguian vacias y disponibles.
