There was no breakfast provided and the staff was rude when we asked if we could at least grab pre-packaged food items to go. She said “no I don’t work in food service”. We have requested a resolution from the hotel and bookings.com about this stay and neither one has offered to help in any way. Bookings.com actually has hung up on me 3 times and has left me on hold for a total of over 2 hours when requesting help on the matter.
The property was clean and it was in a great location. I got the reservation for my parents and they had a little trouble with the TV in their room but Kai, who was working the front desk was very helpful.
What I liked was the comfort of the bed in my room! Hampton Inns have the most comfortable beds of any hotels I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, the breakfast, which is usually excellent, was subpar this time.
The breakfast was not very good. This was uncharacteristic of what we have grown to expect from Hampton Inn. The scrambled eggs were powdery and bland. In fact, neither my wife nor I could eat them. We noticed other guests at breakfast making similar comments that morning as well. Also, there were no waffles available that morning either. It was disappointing.

Poor service and Mgmt problems !!! Had issues with the TV not working -had to change rooms !!! The doors stuck and we were told that was normal and just -PUSH HARD !!! No clean towels or clean room 2 of 3 days Last evening the police arrived to investigate a disturbing issue of a room being cancelled and the guest was crying in the lobby with 4 children and nowhere to GO!! We arrived at 4pm & we were switched to 3 different rooms because we arrived to find them all dirty. We had reservations for 2 rooms/2 nights. My mother was on a walker & we had a difficult time moving luggage & going floor to floor(only 1 elevator worked). Finally got our rooms & our toilet wouldn’t flush. They said they fixed it later the 1st night. We had to lift the lid in order to flush-so that was considered “fixed”.
When we arrived, there was no longer a king size room available, so we received a room with 2 queens. We called earlier in the day to say we would be late. It took 1/2 hour to check in. Staff could not apply Hilton #. Next morning talked to manager - she could not print a receipt to tell us how much we were charged. She said she would call to follow up and give us 30,000 points - nothing. Not one thing happened as we expected. Very disappointing and will not stay at this property again.

Mini fridge did not work in room, chair was stained in a very unappealing way, ice machine didn’t work, outside doors did not lock for safety.
Bed was extremely comfortable. Front desk personnel friendly.
TV didn’t work in the first room. Maintenance notified several times. After waiting an hour, I requested a new room. Second room had outside window so dirty, it barely filtered light into the room. I took a shower and the water never drained. Two hours later, water still had not drained. Place is run down. Breakfast had all the accessories for waffles but was told that neither waffle maker worked. Bread and pastries were very dry. I would not recommend this hotel.
