Prachtige locatie, elk detail klopt. De kamer was comfortabel en ruim. Alles was schoon, het bed lag goed. Het personeel was erg aardig, bij de receptie en ontbijt. Het ontbijt was erg goed, dat zou ik zeker bijboeken.
We vonden het jammer dat de wellness best aan de prijs is, ook voor gasten van het hotel.

Geen afstandsbediening die werkt, anders alles perfect
Prachtig gebouw, een oud klooster. Hele fijne sfeer, mooi design. Aardig personeel, alles is tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De kamer was heerlijk. Precies zoals je het wilt hebben. De buurt is super, met veel leuke barren en restaurants. We gaan zeker nog eens terugkomen.
everything about this hotel was excellent. gorgeous, stylish, considered, subtle design is evident everywhere you look. every staff member was helpful, friendly and personable. the food was delicious. the location while not being central had amazing transport links (tram, metro and bus) to all the places we wanted to visit. we became super familiar with the tramline number 4. if we return to Antwerp the August will definitely be our hotel of choice. the local area is full of wonderful achitecture to look at and many lovely places to eat and drink within a short walk
i have nothing to put in this box. there was nothing to not like in our opinion

Un petit souci avec le petit déjeuner , la carte est difficile à comprendre et le service d une lenteur …

Onwijs mooi hotel, rustige omgeving, heerlijk ontbijt we hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf.

Lovely hotel, beautifully designed by Vincent Van Duysen. Clean, minimalistic and comfortable rooms. Calm atmosphere. Dining options looked good too (wish I’d had a chance to try the bar and restaurant). Well outside of the city centre but good opportunity to explore the surrounding neighbourhood, which has beautiful architecture and nice cafe/bars.
There is no gym on site - the hotel has a partnership with an adjacent luxury fitness club (not included), but I would’ve liked better value options for a one-off gym session.

Toller Einrichtungsstil & sehr atmosphärisch! Eine für uns sehr aussergewöhnliche Aufmachung & man fühlt sich teilweise in die Zeit zurückversetzt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr lecker (wenn es auch eine Scheibe Brot mehr hätte sein können :))
Wir mussten leider das Zimmer wechseln weil unsere Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Das Personal reagierte aber sofort & buchte uns ein anderes Zimmer. In diesem Zimmer waren abends jedoch Probleme mit der Elektronik, aber auch hier hat man uns direkt weitergeholfen. Zuvor war ich leider auch noch Opfer eines Betrugsfalles geworden, da die Daten des Hotels gehackt wurden und u.a. Auch meine Daten geklaut wurden. Alles in allem aber Umstände für die das Hotel nichts kann!

Predominantly we thoroughly liked the staff, such a happy bunch of people who show great pride in what they do. Hôtel was clean ( spotless), really well appointed and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was great and the bar was super cool. We loved it at August!
