I have been back to this hotel several times over the last two years and I find it extremely good and always enjoy staying. The staff are always very friendly and always willing to help. I do need to point out that there are two things though that continuously disappoint. 1) The kitchen. Waiting staff are great always polite but they continuously have to make excuses for the kitchen. Kids bolognaise took 1hr 10min and I ordered some Mussels one evening and they took over 50 min. Long wait times are a seem to be a norm 2) DISABLED PARKING. There is a ramp that takes you from the disabled parking to the main entrance. The top of the ramp is continuously blocked by parked cars (see photos.) They should put a barrier or create a no parking zone so that wheel chair users can at least gain access. I brought this up to reception and they realised there was a problem and felt bad in that they cannot always run out and ask people not to park there. MANAGEMENT PLEASE DO SOMETHING you will be doing something good for wheel chair users and also help out the staff at the front desk.
