Overall very good stay.
Pros:

Good location for our visit to Burlington and Stowe. Breakfast was good and convenient. The coffee was really good and the afternoon cookies were a big hit!

Cons:

The rooms were not very sound proof. you could hear everything in the hall and adjorning room. The doors slammed when closing no matter what you tried to do. Luckily I had earplugs.

Horrible and cold
Pros:

Cons:

They gave us a room that they knew had no heat. Tried to sleep but it was too cold at around 40*. Called the desk and she said she knew the heat wasn’t working. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Manager never got back to me about this problem

C’était difficile de se servir, il fallait attendre car le repas était rare, le personnel semblait dépassé. Le petit déjeuner prend la note la plus basse de nous séjours soit 2 sur 5

Pros:

Yes, when I booked on booking.com I pot in Burlington , Colorado and I don't know how it want to you. I called to try to get this reverse at your hotel, twice! And Angel was the 1st person I talked with and they hung up on me and then I called back and Maria said I need to talk with Booking which I said I did and they told me to call you. So I need this reverse ASAP and I'm still waiting because someone does not know how to do their job.

Great staff!
Pros:

We stayed here for one night on a family trip. Every single hotel staff member was friendly and helpful. Some of the best hotel staff we have ever encountered and we travel a lot. The room was clean and breakfast was wonderful! Would stay here again for sure.
