We love coming here, but we’re considering a different option next time due to the last two times.
Pros:

We liked the breakfast and location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They acknowledged our loyalty and made things right when our initial room was dirty.

Cons:

This was the second time we had to get a different room because the first one was dirty (hairs in the bed, makeup stain on a pillow, literal snot and boogers on surfaces, crumbs on the floor).. you could just tell it wasn’t cleaned right. The second room was much cleaner but the bathroom had beard clippings from a previous guest. The elevators are a little sketchy, and we had to deal with potent marijuana odor.

Loved the communication, we requested a room close to the pool due to my husband having trouble walking far distances and they were able to accommodate us. The pool and hot tub was the main reason for us staying there. And it did not disappoint. Hot tub was amazing. And the pool water was warm and I will definitely go back and stay for this reason. However once we got there we found everything else to be just as good. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was amazing with may choices.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I didn’t like.

Staff were polite and attempted to help with the room condition

Cons:

Our room had no air conditioning. Indoor poolside room. AC was broken. At first, we were told it was warm because of the pool. Room beside us, same side had AC and was very comfortable. Staff came to the room after 2nd call. We were provided with an industrial fan. Very loud. Had to turn it off and leave the door open. It's not safe for us.

We did receive some points and a refund for the pet charge. 50$

Staff were nice but totally unprepared for this dilemma. We did check in at 530pm. Informed them of the issue promptly. 8pm fan was delivered after the second call and room visit. No other rooms were available. I was hoping for a full refund!

they didn’t refill the liquid shampoo,soap in the shower glad i brought my own plus didn’t have extra coffee or coffee cups in the room to make was empty!!! other than that the room was very clean

Loud noisy fan and front desk was unable to explain how to turn it off.
Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was very loud and could not be turned off! There was no information about how to use the air conditioning and so I unplugged it. The breakfast was mediocre. Besides these issues, our stary was OK.
The best thing about the hotel was that it was next door to a terrific Italian restaurant.
