Loud noisy fan and front desk was unable to explain how to turn it off.
Cons:

The fan in the bathroom was very loud and could not be turned off! There was no information about how to use the air conditioning and so I unplugged it. The breakfast was mediocre. Besides these issues, our stary was OK.
The best thing about the hotel was that it was next door to a terrific Italian restaurant.

they didn’t refill the liquid shampoo,soap in the shower glad i brought my own plus didn’t have extra coffee or coffee cups in the room to make was empty!!! other than that the room was very clean

no comment i didn’t get a receipt after i check out !!

Pros:

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting family in Burlington. The location was perfect for us as our family was only a 4 minute drive. The room was spacious enough to unpack and be comfortable. I liked having the option of not having room service. I also loved the fresh ground coffee service machine, so much better than the usual coffee at hotels.

Everything was likeable.

Propreté et déjeuner excellent

Cons:

Le drain du bain etait très long à se vider, nous prenions notre bain dans 3 pouces d’eau, j’ai demandé qu’on regle le problème mais rien a été fait. L’eau de la piscine était pas clair et le plancher autour de la piscine etait pas propre.
