Pros:

Неплохой отель в самой непосредственной близости от моря, прогулочного променада и пляжа. Всё понравилось, но в номере очень высокая слышимость. Звукоизоляция стены, отделяющей от коридора, совсем плохая, а стена эта во всю комнату, а не только у входной двери в номер. Других неудобств не обнаружил.

Pros:

I booked it for my parents for their holiday in Sochi. They were very satisfied! Perfect location, polite staff, clean, very accommodating. Just the wifi signal was a bit tricky sometimes but not too bad.

Уютное гнездышко
Pros:

Идеальное сочетание: расстояние до моря + расстояние до трассы Формула 1 (Сочи-парк) + умеренная стоимость номера. Персонал очень доброжелателен (путешествую много- давно не встречал).WiFi- отличный. Завтраки из 5 вариантов (через неделю надоест), зато можно вкусно и неназойливо пообедать и поужинать (даже на свежем воздухе). Чем выше, тем лучше вид (из стандарта видно только стену соседнего здания). Все новое и чистое. Дают пляжные полотенца. Уборка ежесуточно. Есть чайник в номере и кулер в коридоре. Есть сейф в номере.
