Pros:

They were fast to fix any mistakes. They made the girl is brand new, so she was still learning. So we were very understanding.

Cons:

It took almost an hour and a 1 to check-in. But like I said, the girl was new, and there were quite a few mistakes made.

It would be very helpful if you had a variety of loft in pillows on your bed. I have neck issues and I could not use any of your pillows because they were way too big.

Wayyy too expensive for what they have to offer. Definition of bare minimum.

The only positive was free breakfast .

Cons:

To start off booking.com did not disclose that the pool and hot tub were not currently functional. I do not blame the hotel for this because their website clearly states it is closed at the moment but since I booked through booking.com I was pretty disappointed when I figured out the pool / hot tub was closed even though that’s the only reason I chose this hotel on the booking website. The staff was not necessarily rude but I was woke up at 7AM to loud carts and the cleaning crew. I understand they have a job to do but I could hear every noise the walls are paper thin and there is no sleeping in around here. They did have free breakfast but most of the time they ran out of food fast and it took forever for them to replace anything. Just overall not a satisfying experience. Just another side note and I don’t know the full story behind this but I also did see part of the cleaning crew messing with a door that had a do not disturb tag. This was very nerve wracking because I expect no one to be in there cleaning my room if I have that tag on the door so that made us paranoid the majority of our stay as well.
