Absolutely wonderful
Pros:

We stayed at the Carlsbad NM site and it was a wonderful stay. Missed the cavern reservation so had to stay two nights. Heather at the front desk was an angel. Helped in so many ways to make our stay a delight. Thank you for all you did. The rooms were clean, stocked and safe. That is all I require.

Pros:

They were fast to fix any mistakes. They made the girl is brand new, so she was still learning. So we were very understanding.

Cons:

It took almost an hour and a 1 to check-in. But like I said, the girl was new, and there were quite a few mistakes made.

Bad owner
Pros:

I rented a room at 2 am cause i didnt want to walk across town on a friday night after my shift at the front desk so im a customer at this point ac wasnt working so the am manager switched me rooms shortly after the owner sent a text to vacate the room i told her i was in the middle of a shower she said vacate the room or she was calling the cops then fired me and refuses to refund the money for the room
