Excellent location and very friendly staff
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They truly made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent—very convenient and close to everything we needed. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The room was perfect and comfortable, Marketta made the stay so much brighter and happier and the spa was absolutely per

The room was spacious and comfortable and the location of the hotel was amazing. It was only a few minutes walk from the main attractions in Prague and there was a tram and bus station right outside too to get to any further away attractions. The hotel staff were lovely in particular Marketta who was very sweet and accommodating when we first arrived all the way through until we left. She was very smiley and friendly and brightened up our stay. She gave us a map and advised us on all the best attractions to visit in Prague which shows how above and beyond she goes for the hotels guests.

Alles in allem wunderbar. Wir können es nur weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war aussergewöhnlich! Es hat für jeden Geschmack etwas gegeben. Unglaublich gut. Das Zimmer war sauber, schön und das Bett sehr bequem! Lage ist auch top! Zu Fuss kann man alles erreichen!

Die Lage! Sehr gute Matraze!

Cons:

Nur ein Fahrstuhl für bestimmte Stockwerke. Junior Suite Layout mit Bett auf die Eingangstür schauend. Bad, Teppich, Ausstattung nicht mehr aktuell!
