Air condition didn’t work in probably the hottest week of the year, when we complained we were told it’s broken and will be fixed tomorrow the day we were checking out.
Rooms refurbished however stale smell and bathrooms outdated.
Staff in Casablanca extremely rude.

מלון מצוין שהינו בחדר עם נוף לנהר שהיה נפלא. שירות מצוין של כל הצוות במיוחד של marketa שעשתה הכל על מנת שהשהות שלנו תהייה נפלאה. תמיד זמינה מייעצת ומלאת שמחת חיים. החדר מסודר כל יום ובמקרר יש מים ושתיה נוספת ללא תשלום (מתחלף כל 3 ימים) הצוות הפתיע אותנו ביין ופירות ליום ההולדת ובנסיעה בחזור ארזו לנו ארוחת בוקר נפלאה. המיקום של המלון מצוין 15 דקות הליכה ברגל לכל האתרים , לא השתמשנו בתחבורה ציבורית. ארוחת הבוקר מגוונת וטעימה. ממליצים בחום.
המקלחת- דרוש רענון והבריכה קצת קטנה.

The service was excellent!
The spa and pool were lovely.
The view from the rooftop was great (but not always accessible if there’s a private event).
The location was nice as it wasn’t in the busy center but close enough to attractions.
Our initial room had issues but they moved us to a better room and were very apologetic.
The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable.
The towels were thin.
The AC wasn’t particularly strong.

Location was great, walkable distance to all sites. Rooms were large and clean. We also loved the pool!
Room - excellent! very comfort, large, great view of the castle. Breakfast - Very good, a lot of choices. Cealeness - perfect! Location - great, very close to almost anywhere by foot (old city - 10 minutes, Jewish square - 5 minutes, Karl bridge - 15 min). we didn't use any taxi or bus.

My experience was great! I have to give the upmost regards to a very special lady, she is the manager, her name is Marketa. she goes above and beyond for her customers! I cannot recommend her enough! she was absolutely fantastic, quick and efficient! She made my last day in Prague one of the BEST!!! thank you Marketa for your kindess and hospitality! <3

I loved the entire experience and would entirely recommend to other people. Location is superb and one of the managers, Makaela ( I believe ) was exceptionally nice to us throughout our stay

I have a 1-week stay coming up at the President Hotel Prague in a few days and I have been trying to get in touch with the hotel for the past 5 days regarding some details of my stay. All I get is a AI assistant answering all the available phone numbers and emails and never put you through to an actual person who can help me. I have emailed my contact details and left my phone number with the AI assistant, but no contact from the hotel. An absolute joke really for a so-called 5-star hotel. Now I have been left to scramble to find another hotel at the last minute.
