Aus ursprünglich zwei geplanten Nächten wurden bei uns vier und wir haben es keine Sekunde bereut!
Pros:

Die sehr zentrale Lage, die wundervolle Aussicht aus der Junior Suite, das sehr zuvorkommende Personal sowie das Frühstücksbuffet (welches bis 11:00 Uhr verfügbar ist - perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub).

Cons:

Zweimal hat es eine (nicht sehr grosse) Spinne von draussen ins Zimmer geschafft.

Pros:

We recently stayed for a two-night break to celebrate our wedding anniversary with some friends. The hotel was lovely, spotlessly clean, and the staff couldn't do enough for us.
We arrived during a bit of a heatwave, so the hotel kindly provided extra fans for our rooms, which made our stay much more comfortable. The location was perfect for everything we had planned, with everything within easy walking distance.
The spa was beautiful and incredibly relaxing. We opted for the couples' massage, which was fantastic and excellent value for money. We particularly enjoyed the Sky Bar.
Our only slight disappointment was on arrival at the Sky Bar, where there seemed to be a bit of a miscommunication. The hostesses told us they didn't have a table available, even though reception had advised that reservations weren't necessary. We decided to have a drink at the bar anyway, and once inside, it was clear there were plenty of tables available.
Within about five minutes, Patrik came over and insisted he had a better table for our group. It turned out to be a fantastic spot, and from that moment on, he made sure our glasses were never empty. His service was exceptional throughout the evening.
The cocktails were all fantastic, and the atmosphere and music made for a brilliant night. A special thank you to Patrik, who truly went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we look forward to returning.

Fra ankomst til vi desværre måtte sige på gensyn til dette lækre hotel i centrum af alt hvad skønne Prag byder på.
Service helt i top. Venlige service minded personale fra dørmand der hentede vores baggage til receptionisten
Vi ankom tidligt og de opbevarede vores baggage og havde sørget for vores værelse var klar før indcheknings tid.
Vi blev tilbudt en velkomst drink til lige at lande på .lækker detalje!
Morgenmaden som var meget varieret og noget for enhver smag.Supert lækkert!
Gå ikke glip af rooftop baren med fantastisk udsigt og drinks. Samt benyt spa og hvis du
Har lidt ondt i kroppen gives der en god 60min.massage af kyndig massør.
For at toppe oplevelsen var der pga min mands fødselsdag stilt bobler klar på værelset. Dette var en gave fra hotellet.
Minibar med vand og sodavand til gratis afbenyttelse dog uden alkohol.
Dette er en fin gestus tak!!
Vi kommer tilbage helt sikkert.
Det er her du skal bo i Prag.

Cons:

Vi var lidt udfordret mhs elevatoren da der er 2 man kan benytte til den etage vi boede på.
Den ene var et stykke væk men den anden lige udenfor vores dør.
Der kunne man godt ønske dette lige blev forklaret ved ankomst med numre og hvilken elevator der var nemmest at tage eks. 3 etage men at der fandtes en elevator hvor der stod 3b.
Ikke det store problem for os men kun hvis man evt ikke er så mobil gående.
