Přístup personálu, velmi kvalitní snídaně. Dle našeho požadavku jsme měli opravdu skvělý výhled na Hradčany.
Problémy s WiFi a televizním příjmem, špatné splachování WC.

The room was spacious and generally clean. However, the carpet in the bedroom area needed a deep clean. The staff were generally helpful. The room looked out over the river. The location is good, near the old town and the boat quays. The breakfast was very good and catered for all tastes.
One day the bedroom wasn't cleaned. There was an Asian restaurant open in the evening, but the two evenings we had planned to eat there, it was closed because of catering for a large party. The upstairs cocktail bar served delicious snacks, but we did find the food and drink expensive.

Really enjoyed staying in The President hotel, first day we had a problem with the AC, so they upgraded our room on the spot, mini bar is free of charge and being restocked every 3 days, staff are really nice and professional, i will come back for sure.

Stay overall was good. Staff was amazing overall and cooperative. Ana was the highlight and she handled the reception amazingly well with the other staff. She was really sweet 😍
