Pros:

Very nice building, beautiful hotel, great views, and a perfect location. The breakfast was good, it offers good value for money, and the friendly staff really tried their best to speak English. However, housekeeping needs to pay more attention to cleaning, especially the carpets and under the beds. Some urgent repairs are also needed in the wellness area (a missing sprinkler in the indoor pool, a missing shower tap, and uncollected drinking cups left from the night before).We stayed in room 329 and had an issue with our mattress. Although they claimed it was resolved, the problem returned on our second night. That is when the struggle began. We had to insist on getting the mattress repaired or replaced. While it was finally fixed that same second night, we received no apology, no compensation, and some odd looks from the hotel manager.Problems can always happen, but professional handling and good service are what keep customers happy.

Wonderful stay and an exceptional team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. The highlight was definitely the staff — everyone was extremely kind, helpful, attentive, and professional. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

We especially appreciated the room upgrade at no extra charge, as well as how accommodating the team was when we needed to extend our stay for a few additional hours. They were understanding, flexible, and genuinely tried to help us in every way.

A big thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and hospitality. It made our stay even more enjoyable. We would be very happy to come back again!

Velké zklamání z hotelu, který se prezentuje jako 5*.

Největší problém není samotná chyba personálu, ale fakt, že recepce opakovaně podává hostům nesprávné informace a člověk si běžné služby musí následně ověřovat přímo u managementu.

V našem případě recepce tvrdila, že není možné zajistit určité služby, zatímco vedení hotelu následně bez problému potvrdilo přesný opak.

Po předchozí stížnosti nám byla slíbená náprava i kompenzace. Při další návštěvě však personál o ničem nevěděl a vše se řešilo znovu od začátku.

U hotelu této kategorie očekávám, že pravá ruka ví, co dělá levá, a host nemusí po příjezdu řešit interní chaos mezi recepcí a vedením.

Po opakované zkušenosti bych tento hotel pro důležitý pobyt nebo pracovní schůzky rozhodně nedoporučila.

NEJHORŠÍ ZKUŠENOST V MEM ŽIVOTĚ!

Za mě rozhodně ne úroveň 5* hotelu.

Během několika dní jsme opakovaně dostávali na recepci informace, že něco „nejde“ — parkování auta, rezervace stolu na snídani pro více osob — aby následně management potvrdil, že to samozřejmě možné je.

Po první stížnosti se vedení omluvilo, nabídlo mi parkování a snídani zdarma a požádalo mě o smazání negativní recenze. Udělala jsem to, protože jsem věřila, že problém napraví.

O dva dny později? Stejný chaos. Personál dokonce nevěděl ani o kompenzaci, kterou mi management slíbil.

Nejhorší není chyba jednoho zaměstnance. Nejhorší je, když se stejné problémy opakují, recepce a vedení si protiřečí a sliby klientovi neplatí.

Pokud hledáte 5* servis, kde po příjezdu nemusíte řešit interní chaos hotelu a ověřovat si každou informaci přes management, osobně bych zvolila jiný hotel.

Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait, proche de tout, tout peut être fait à pied. La vue de la chambre sur la Vtlova est superbe! La chambre était très spacieuse et très propre, bien insonorisée. La literie était très confortable.
Le Spa est juste formidable! Hammam, sauna, très belle piscine et pièce pour faire du sport. Parfait !
Le personnel est très à l’écoute de nos besoins, merci à Ana une des réceptionniste qui a été très sympathique dès notre arrivée.
Marketa, la directrice de l’hôtel a été également très gentille et à l’écoute de nos besoins!
Un remerciement spécial à Karim, responsable de l’hôtel, merci pour sa gentillesse et sa générosité envers nous!
Je conseille vivement Cet hôtel!!
