Excellent, comfortable stay.
Pros:

Large, comfortable rooms. Very helpful staff. Excellent location. Beautiful spa. Reasonably priced massages.

Cons:

Room got quite hot (even in winter) but could open window to cool it down. Air Con worked but noisy and perhaps not the best temp control. Sky bar was quite expensive.

Personál byl naprosto vstřícný a usměvavý. Celkový výhled a blízkost k centru super!
Pros:

Snídaně byla naprosto nejlepší, jakou jsem kdy v Praze zažila. Tak úžasný výběr a tak bohatý bufet jsem dosud viděla jen v hotelech v Dubaji. Obrovská rozmanitost jídel, čerstvé suroviny, možnost udělání čerstvé omelety po celou dobu. Opravdu výjimečný gastronomický zážitek, který výrazně převyšuje běžný standard.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est super, le personnel est souriant et toujours disponible, le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et super bon, tout était très propre, la chambre confortable avec toutes les commodités nécessaires (le petit plus est le frigo avec les boissons gratuites en arrivant) et le spa pour se relaxer après une journée de visite est très agréable et paisible !
Le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment au top, je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés pour un citytrip à Prague !
Mon compagnon compte y revenir avec des potes !

Great hotel to stay - awesome location for Prague - Old Town
Pros:

The breakfast was really really awesome - everything is delicious, and the quality of the products are higher than expected.
The guest relations manager Marketa was incredible, always attended to our needs and help us get whatever we want - from good recommendations to various things we wanted even pregrnant massage and extra needs for our friend coming to hotel after us. We recommend her if you are in need in that Hotel.

Das Hotel lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man wird hier äußerst herzlich empfangen sowie während des Aufenthalts nett und bestmöglich betreut. Das Frühstück ist genial und auch die Lage des Hotels. Die bekanntesten Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man ganz bequem per Fuß erreichen. Einen ganz besonderen Dank an die liebevolle und stets hilfsbereite Marketa, die den Empfangsbereich fenomenal managt sowie mit Ihrer Ausstrahlung den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht.
