Pros:

Comfortable hotel with amazing, kind staff and super comfortable beds. The location is perfect - close to the city center but away from the crowds at the same time, with a beautiful view of the river. The rooftop bar is amazing, especially to cool off during a heatwave. The staff made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay perfect.

Der Service, die kleinen Details, das Frühstück und besonders Karel, der sich täglich freute, seine Deutschkenntnisse anzuwenden.

Cons:

Eine outdoor-Sitzgelegenheit wäre wünschenswert. Die Skybar bietet zwar einen wunderschönen Blick über Prag, die Getränkepreise haben uns allerdings von einem zweiten Besuch abgehalten.

Terrific location
Pros:

Absolutely terrific location, we walked everywhere (with the occasional Uber when we headed further out, or had time constraints).
The foyer was lovely with areas to sit and relax. The rooftop bar was also a great place to sit.
Our suite was fabulous with a great view of the river and well lit with natural light.
The wellness area was lovely.

Cons:

It would be nice to have a better hairdryer that also did not require you constantly holding a button (this would be uncomfortable and difficult for people with arthritic hands).
Larger mugs for a cup of tea, there were only the little coffee cups.

Pros:

Excellent hotel, the staff is amazing, helpful and friendly. Location is very good, a short walking distance to the old city square.
The room and the view were also spectacular.
We also visited the spa area that is designed for relaxation, and the rooftop bar with great service, great drinks and a great view of the river and the city.
100% will recommend to friends and family, and will definitely come back next time I am in Prague.
