Cons:

AI system to speak to reception, house keeping, basically anything was a nightmare. Human interaction is necessary in the Hospitality industry. You come on holiday knowing that a hotel has people and you pay a certain amount to enjoy services offered with interacting with human beings otherwise the opposite of that is Isolation. Which we all dont want remember 2020 literally felt like that this is asking for more of it!

Très bon séjour, très belle destination
Pros:

Chambre confortable et propre.
Spa.
Buffet déjeuner très bien.
Le restaurant Chinois était très bon.

Cons:

Insonorisation insuffisante : au 5 étage, on entend la musique du roof top jusqu'à tard, ainsi que les bruits de voiture sur les pavés.

Pros:

Der Spa Bereich war sehr schön, wenn auch klein. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Zudem waren Sie sehr kulant bzgl. des Checkouts. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider gingen die elektornischen Karten nicht, sodass wir an einem Tag drei neue Karten gebraucht haben. Das Frühstück war etwas chaotisch und unorganisiert.

Cons:

Rezeption war schlecht besetzt und nicht sehr freundlich. Umso freundlicher war der Service und Hotelboy Schade auch , dass die Rooftop-Bar nicht zum Hotel gehört. Ginge freundlicher.

Perfect!
Pros:

Perfect location for visiting the beautiful city of Prague. Lovely spacious room with a view of the castle and the river. We highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Cons:

Just one suggestion. It would be helpful to have an alternative to Chinese restaurant in the evening for food although there are lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance. Love the Sky Bar. Fabulous Wellness area also but I forgot my swimming togs!!
