Freundesgruppe zur Pragbesichtigung
Pros:

Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und praktisch eingerichtet. Das Personal war freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Hotel liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, nur wenige Gehminuten von verschiedenen Straßenbahnlinien und einer U - Bahnstation entfernt.
Die geschlossenen Fenster schützen sehr gut vor dem Straßenlärm und über die Klimaanlage kann die Zimmertemperatur reguliert werden.

Cons:

In den Zimmern nach vorn zur Straßenseite kann man nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen.

Lage super, Hotel Okay
Pros:

Lage sehr gut, Personal sehr nett, Stiegenhaus ist schön, öffentlich und mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar

Cons:

Überdachte Parkplätze sind einfach Parkplätze unter einer Brücke, ohne zusätzlichen Schutz. Vorhänge und Bad waren etwas dreckig (Badfugen sind in den Ecken schwarz). Frühstück ist minimalistisch

1.Komunikácia na recepcii….. neochota, arogancia…..
2. Zavadzajuce informácie o poskytovanych službách, výhovorky na Booking…..
3. Deklarovane parkovanie v cene nie je pravdive ,nutne doplácať bez možnosti oficiálnej fakturácie,alebo potvrdenia z pokladne - boli sme na služobnej ceste
4. Nátlak personálu na kopírovanie platobnej karty…. Tak takéto praktiky sme ešte nezažili, na otázku z akého dôvodu ??? Nám bolo povedané, že keby sme niečo skonzumovali v reštaurácii ,alebo ,nedajbože vypili niečo z minibaru a akože sme to zabudli zaplatiť…..
5. Po odmietnuti kopírovania platobnej karty , ako aj po zaplateni pobytu ihneď pri príchode celkovej ceny pobytu s navysenymi poplatkami hotela ,bez oficiálnych dokladov o zaplatení ,začal nátlak na zloženie kaucie vo výške 300 eur, čo už bolo fakt nehorázne!
Tuto situáciu sme riešili s riadením hotela, načo pán, tváriaci sa ako ochranka pripomínajúca praktiky vyhadzovačov v 80 rokov, sa začal vyhraźať, že si nás bude lustrovať v Bratislavě….. tak toto už nemalo hranice….no hotové ŠTB😱😱😱
Takéto správanie personálu ponižuje dôstojnosť hostí a porušuje právne normy!
Akoby zabúdali kto je hosť a kto platí….

6. Hotel so 4 stars si v apartmáne by si určite zaslúžil mat aspoň konvicu na prípravu čaju alebo kávy…. Keď nie už normálny kavovar
7. Hygiena hlavne kúpeľne …. No jednym slovom katastrofa….. urobili sme si fotodokumentáciu ako dokaz…..
Hlavne WC po zdvihnutí sedacej dosky , ktorá zo spodu bola špinavá …. sprchovy kút no des a hruza …..keby som mala so sebou tampóny na odoberanie vzoriek s možnosťou kultivácie bola by tam celá ZOO záhrada….😱😱😱
8. Po takomto zistení po príchode sme radšej ani nechodili na raňajky hoci sme ich mali zaplatené …..🥶🥶🥶 samozrejme peniaze nám nevrátili….
9. Toto je hotel ktorý nepatrí do kategórie ktorú deklaruje …. Max 2 +
10. Naše odporúčanie je hľadajte si určite iný hotel…..
11. Jedine pozitívum umelecké reprodukcie na stenách….

Lage, Bequemes Bett (wenn man unter 180cm ist)

Cons:

Bett für mich zu klein (bin 192cm)
Frühstücksraum zu klein sehr warm und schlecht belüftet
Im Bad fehlen Haken, für die Dusche eine Befestigung
Im Zimmer fehlt eine Garderobe ein Papierkorb

Clean, functional & well-located, but a bit more basic than expected
Pros:

Great location, clean, helpful receptionist

Cons:

My room was quite dated: warm but aircon disabled, so quite noisy from traffic with windows open; no kettle; hand-held shower in bath; TV missing multiple channels.
Gym was "pay as you go": I missed that it was not included when booking.
Breakfast quality & choices were limited.

Pros:

Blisko do centrum, pieszo około 10 minut, hotel czysty, obsługa miła, można płacić za wszystko kartą, obsługa rozumie język polski, śniadanie ok, blisko do metra,
