I booked a room two months early at this location. At check in I'm informed that there are no rooms available. Even though I had booking confirmation for months. Manager was extremely rude. The location itself looks like it belongs in a third world country. It was unbelievably dilapidated and dirty. Furthermore hotels.com then charged me a no show fee. For a room I never received. Going on a week now and customer service still has not refunded and has been zero help.
I booked 4 months in advance, but was unable to even check in. I was told they were at capacity and my reservation had been cancelled. I ask about my 2nd night and told “I’VE ALREADY TOLD YOU! YOUR ROOM HAS BEEN CANCELLED.”
The parking lot was essentially empty so it didn’t add up.
I then find that my credit card was charged 100% as a “no show.”
Also note that the lobby is closed from 10:00PM- 7:30AM, 3 of the listed phone numbers don’t work, reached someone who answered & transferred us to one of the dead numbers. Finally somehow reached the rude women who essentially told us to kick rocks and get lost.
Non stay got there with three others also with reservations and we were all told no reservations were made
Upon arrival, I was informed the payment and deposit was cash only. This seemed very shady. The room was not clean. It did not appear to have been swept, and there was some kind of yellow liquid dried onto the bathroom counter. The air conditioner worked, but not well, and never fully cooled the room. It was hot in the room overnight. The pillows provided were rock hard. We went out, and returned around midnight. Our room key stopped working, so we went to the front desk. No one was available to help or provide us with a new room key. Fortunately, one of us was in the room asleep, and we had to wake him up to open the door. Had someone not been there, I have no idea how we ever would have gotten back into our room.
I booked and paid months ago. Arrived today 2 hours before an event (3 pm) and without warning they cancelled my booking. I am having to sleep in my car because there is nothing else avaliable and it reached nearly 100⁰. After an hour of talking woth Expedia I was told Im sorry and you have $25 towards your next booking. As if Id ever risk something like this again woth Expedia or OYO. Thank god my child is not with me.
First, it’s not a hotel and barely can be labeled as a motel. You’ve seen similar looking places on episodes of Cops, The First 48.
$50 CASH deposit required at check in. She send us to the 7-11 but someone had stole their ATM.
Candy bar wrappers in room and blood in the bathroom.
Beds were sitting on what looked like church fellowship tables without the legs.
We went to the concert, skipped the alcohol and made the 1.5 drive home. Motel was $85 and parking would have been $65 so we needed almost even.
This was awful, I couldn’t even get checked in. I called the number listed with no answer.
Nothing was good about this property
Directions to the property were unclear, the property was not visible from the interstate and after driving around in circles for well over an hour we were greeted by a locked door and a NO VACANCIES sign with a phone number that went unanswered. I finally got a room nextdoor at the Roadway Inn, with an overnight staff, a very comfortable room and plenty of parking. To add insult to injury they charged me for the room at the OYO even though we were unable to stay there.
If there was a option for negative stats
When I got there, they told me.I did not have any reservation even though I had my confirmation.
The Property had bugs and she did not give me mu deposit back she claimed someone was smoking in there and i dont even smoke
No room. That’s all
Several of us could not check in. There was no one there. We called for help and got none. I then read some reviews where others had to sleep in their call. Fortunately, I found an alternative hotel
Did not get to stay, system issue and overbook rooms
worst attitude. dr*gs everywhere. bed bugs. other guest asking for money for s*xusl services. employees offering room numbers for “happy endings”. parking was minimal
Couldn't even get my room, claimed overbooked. Service was terrible, receptionist was gone for an hour before I could even talk to her, just to get a curt, rude explanation that I no longer have the room I payed for.
There was a no vacancy sign and the doors were locked.
Very comforting and convient..very pricey for this area.
They stole our money just look at the reviews. These people are stealing your money. Expedia rep booked this hotel for me and when my husband arrived, they have a note saying they’re not there after 11 so this is fraud they should not make you pay just to keep your money, don’t stay here. They are greedy and just take peoples money. They should not allow you to rent a room if they are not available. They have all horrible reviews.
