La nostra camera con vista mare era proprio bella! Materasso top (il topper è più grande del letto matrimoniale ma è molto comodo). Il cibo era spaziale e noi siamo piuttosto pretenziosi.. i dolci incredibili! Una varietà eccellente ed hanno cucinato quello che ho chiesto per la mia bimba di 8 mesi ogni giorno. Tutti i dipendenti era disponibili e sorridenti e la soluzione all inclusive è veramente top!
Anche l’animazione dell’hotel è stata molto apprezzata (ciao Giada!!) e ci sono ogni giorno tantissime attività da fare!
La spiaggia davanti e la piscina bellissima dell’hotel hanno reso questa nostra vacanza veramente unica. Pertanto, consiglio vivamente questo hotel la vostra vacanza anche con bimbi piccoli come la mia bambina.

I had a deep tissue massage with Xara and couldn’t recommend her more. She was so professional and knew exactly what she was doing. The facilities were clean and super relaxing, would definitely come again!

Nicole gave a great cupping experience + massage. Would highly recommend!

В аэропорту по прилету - встречают с табличкой, и сразу ведут на трансфер до отеля. У отеля по приезду сразу встречает девушка и всё рассказывает. Обратно так же в назначенное время ждал трансфер - всё очень удобно, не нужно ни о чем думать и переживать.

Sorry a long review, but before we came to Electra palace i was always looking for honest reviews so i wanted to do my own for anyone who's considering this hotel :)

Hotel & Facilities
* The hotel was exceptionally clean and smelled lovely throughout.
* Beautiful, modern resort with well-maintained facilities.
* The refillable water bottles and water stations were a thoughtful and environmentally friendly touch.
* Aircraft flying overhead were not an issue at all, despite concerns raised in some other reviews.
* Evening entertainment was enjoyable and provided something for everyone.
* The kids' club and playground were excellent and perfect for young children.
* The ice cream station and deli/Aperol bar were a great addition and offered a welcome alternative to the buffet at lunchtime.
* While the hotel is excellent overall, I would agree with other reviews that it feels more like a strong 4-star resort than a true 5-star experience.

Rooms
* Beautiful, clean and modern rooms.
* Loved that the mini fridge was stocked and included on arrival.
* The welcome snacks were a lovely touch.
* Appreciated the option to have twin beds converted into a king-size bed.
* Beds were very comfortable.
* No mirror above the chair/vanity area, which would have been useful.
Staff & Service

* Front-of-house staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
* Pool waiters provided excellent service.

Food & Restaurants
* The food was lovely, with plenty of choice at every meal and something to suit everyone.
* If you plan to dine in the à la carte restaurants, make sure to book a couple of weeks before your holiday. We missed out on the Italian restaurant as it was fully booked for the entire week.
* The Greek restaurant was excellent. I particularly loved the starters, as they gave us the opportunity to try dishes that I probably wouldn't have chosen myself.

Bars & Drinks
* The QR code system for ordering drinks directly to your sunbed during the day was fantastic and very convenient.
* Pool bar service in the evenings could be improved.
* At times guests were only able to order two drinks at once.
* If you remembered an additional drink after ordering, you often had to rejoin the queue.
* Drinks felt watered down. I assume this may be to discourage excessive drinking early in the day, but given the cost of the holiday, I would expect better-quality drinks and cocktails.
* More bar staff are needed in the evenings, as queues can become very long and take away from the overall experience.
* Table service in the evenings would be a great addition and would help reduce queues and improve the overall guest experience.

Overall
* We would happily return, but a few small improvements—particularly around the evening bar service and drinks quality—would help the hotel better meet 5-star expectations.
* Overall, it was a fantastic family holiday with great facilities, friendly staff, excellent food and a very clean, modern environment.

We loved this hotel ,staff lovely friendly and helpful ,food was amazing ,drinks were always available not long queues ,we had a beach front room, little noisy in day as near extractor fan for kitchen, but out most of day so didn't bother saying anything ,we have booked for next year .

Good location from the airport

We thoroughly enjoyed our 11 night stay at Electra Palace. The rooms were spotless and modern with a great pool view. The pool area was immaculate and one of the best parts of the hotel, never had to fight for sunbeds as they enforced the no reserving bed rule which we loved to see. There was cabana beds, sun loungers, beds in the pool and bean bags so plenty options to sunbathe. There was table service at all bars and on all the sun loungers/cabanas. The cocktails were fantastic for an all inclusive and there was a huge selection and you can also request cocktails not on the menu. The food through the day was amazing, we loved the bakery for iced coffees and fresh bakes/sandwichs, the staff were very friendly. The ice cream parlour was a treat too. The Italian for lunch was great and lots of options, not so much options in the evening though. The greek restaurant and wine bar were a nice change and great experience. The buffet food was a bit repetitive but we are not picky eaters so didn't bother us and we always got something. The desserts were by far the best part! The beach was nice and a good place to watch the sunset. We played tennis in the morning which was good, you have to book this at reception. The rainbow bar across the road from the hotel was ideal for watching sport with friendly staff. The hotel had a big screen up to watch the world cup. We never used the spa but we went down for a look and it was spotlessly clean and the spa ladies were friendly. There was a shuttle bus from the hotel which you can book via QR code which takes you to various places, we went to Rhodes old town for 4 euros each. There was an option to extend your check out time for a fee but we chose to use the free shower room which you can book when checking out and you get 30 minutes to use this. Overall it was a fantastic hotel with fantastic facilities and we would definitely come back!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable as soon as I arrived. Every member of the team was polite, helpful, and always happy to assist with any questions or requests.

The hotel itself was immaculate. My room and all of the public areas were spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for to a very high standard. The attention to cleanliness really stood out. I liked that any time of the day I went to get a sun-bed even if it was mid morning or in the afternoon there was always sun-beds free and never towels being put on sun-beds and not being used. We stayed in a sea view room which the views was incredible.

The restaurant was another highlight of my visit. The food was delicious, there was a great variety on the menu, and everything I tried was excellent. The drinks were equally impressive, with a good selection available and expertly prepared.

Overall, this hotel provides outstanding service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and drinks, and exceptional cleanliness. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I look forward to returning in the future.I definitely think this hotel lives up to its 5 Star standard

Came back for our 4th visit to Electra Palace, and it was a great stay again! We had a sea front room with beautiful views every morning, bliss! The food was good as always with plenty of selection depending on your tastes. Drinks varied depending on the bar and the person serving them as to the strength, there were a few issues with ordering on the bar code as initially it wouldn’t register our booking and then when sorted there were sometimes long waits for drinks - usually because there was only one person working each bar - would suggest at least two people to make this a quicker experience. Room was clean and kept clean all week, staff were all friendly and helpful all week. I still stand by previous reviews I’ve made that they could do with a dedicated adults only area but other than that I have no complaints really for the week!

Just returned from 10 days at Electra Palace. A great hotel, great selection of pools outside. We went as a family of 3 with a 4 year old and there was plenty to do with him. The kids club went above and beyond can’t thank them all enough! They were open all morning and evening and our son loved all the girls.
Beach on your doorstep with a lovely sunset at night with life music.
Would recommend and come back.

We’ve just arrived back from another lovely visit to the palace. I have given the hotel 5 stars due to knowing that this hotel usually delivers better. Again we arrived and was given the wrong room which we hadn’t booked. We were not able to move rooms into the correct room until the next day. It was very annoying knowing that the week previous I had emailed the hotel asking to make sure we got the room we had booked due to this happening twice before on previous stays. We arrived into what they said was an upgraded room( it wasn’t it was over the kitchen area which smelt of grease so unable to use the balcony). I wasn’t happy with this room so I refused it then was located in another room still not being the one I had booked and being given a double bed to share with my cousin which wasn’t ideal but we took this room until the next day when the room we had booked was available. We had to wait over an hour for our luggage to come to our room. We couldn’t unpack and start to enjoy our holiday until the next day when finally we was given the right room. Guest relation staff were amazing and so helpful and guaranteed me that we would get the right room and also my daughter that was arriving a few days later would get the room that she booked. They were great and couldn’t have been anymore helpful than they was. It was the lady guest relation that sorted out the issues for us 10/10 for her service. On the note about rooms our housekeeper wasn’t good at all.We never had our coffee and milk replaced the whole week and even after asking reception it still didn’t happen. Our bed was only changed once even though we placed a card on the bed for this to happen. No pools towels left on 2 occasion and on one occasion only 1 towels left. The floor in our room wasn’t cleaned the whole week we was there. I’ve never experienced this in previous visits to the hotel. Anyway they were the negatives to our holiday. Food as great as usually always hot with plenty of choice. Drinks were good and also some branded brands. Music around the pool this year was slightly lower than last year which was so much better than it blasting out like it did last year. Pool staff were great and love that they remove towels that are left on empty beds even though some people wasn’t happy with this. If you claim a bed then use it! Beach bar and area immaculate as always. Staff wonderful and always so friendly and welcoming. This was my 4th trip to the Electra palace and due back again in may. The negative points here are easily solvable and hope they take note of trying to give people the correct rooms on arrival. This hasn’t put me off the hotel at all, we love it and would highly recommend. Thankyou all for a lovely weeks stay again :-)
