In spite of the above incident I would recommend this place and would stay again, Ty!
Pros:

Clean, friendly, good location and rapid service.

Cons:

It’s not that I didn’t like but I think they should check all is in working conditions before giving a room. We got to the room after 1AM and flushed the toilet 🚽 to see it overflow all over the floor. But I must say that I called front desk and even though it was almost 2 in the morning maintenance came and solved the problem and had new towels since I used them on the floor.

Pros:

Bela vista, quarto espaçoso

Cons:

Aquecedor não funcionava bem, quarto antigo, normalmente nos estados unidos não possuem luz suficiente usam muito abajur e estava quebrado um deles ano funcionava. A Tv é antiga e não funcionava nem conectava no Wi-Fi. O Wi-Fi é terrível.

Good location, Helpful staff, Nice view, if your windows face at the lake

Cons:

The hotel is a tired and the air conditioners are noisy. The windows are not opened, I prefer a fresh air, so this is a disadvantage for me.

Great overall
Pros:

The staff is amazing and the atmosphere is great. The rooms were okay—cleanliness could be better—but overall it’s worth the value. Special shout-out to Ivo for his great service; he got US a room away from the elevator to avoid the noise.

Pros:

Good location for Universal Parks. Room was good, bathroom a bit tired, shower head needed a good clean.
Don’t eat there, breakfast was cold and not worth the money - eat out. Check out was 11am but they cut off access to internet and TV well before check out. The draft coming out the air conditioning unit was terrible as the cover was broken and despite the light being turned off, every time the fridge kicked in the light flashed blue (room 609)
