DO NOT STAY HERE ITS UNSAFE
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

I arrived at 1am and was given a room with a beeping fire alarm. The front desk sent a very creepy maintenance man up to my room at 1:30am who then proceeded to tell me via google translate that he didnt know how to fix the fire alarm. We then requested another room and was given a room with an adjourning door that would not close or lock while the other room was also occupied. I then no longer felt safe staying here and then lady at the front desk told me she could not give me a refund so I could stay elsewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL NOT BE SAFE.

The staff in the restaurants are amazing. Rachel was super sweet and helpful and Clean who made omelets to order very nice.

Cons:

Night restaurant food bland and my ac did not work the first night. The lady switched my room but said in the notes I was lying about the ac when i requested compensation. Meanwhile the maintenance worker who did not speak English and used google translate to communicate is the one who requested room to be changed because a technician would have to come to fix it. Upon checking out I expressed this to management and she only offered a refund if the resort fee for one night which was 16 bucks. But overall I still enjoyed my stay.

Disappointing but restaurant staff are super stars.
Pros:

The staff in the cafe/shop/ restaurant and for breakfast are the only saving grace for this property. They were bubbly and friendly. Helpful in every way. They deserve a boost in pay.

Cons:

It smelled like mold in the corridors, it needs a deep cleaning of the rooms, air conditioning rattles and can’t be healthy. One large luggage carrier for the entire complex and the staff never knows where it is and does care or assist guests. Have towels dumped in the bathroom and other towels not removed was insane. The bin is too small. Room cleaned every 4 days is a joke.
