Très bien!
Pros:

Hôtel exceptionnel, le staff est vraiment adorable. Les lieux sont très beaux, la chambre également et la literie est très confortable. C’est un hôtel central, où tout est accessible que ce soit à pied ou en grab. Nous recommandons cet hôtel à tous.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être améliorer.

Pros:

Ahora mismo todo lo recuerdo negativo por el incidente que tuvimos con el personal.

Cons:

En las fotos se ve mucho mejor de lo que es en realidad, es bastante viejo y está muy descuidado, sobre todo las zonas comunes.

En el gimnasio hay aire acondicionado, pero no funciona, es una sala con cristaleras y es imposible entrenar.
La piscina podría estar mejor cuidada, pues las imágenes de booking, no reflejan la realidad.

En la habitación que nos tocó, fue casi imposible descansar por el sonido tan fuerte que hacía el aire acondicionado.

Por último y más importante, tenéis que llevar mucho cuidado con el personal, a nosotros nos robaron la tarjeta para abrir la puerta de la habitación, pues nos fuimos a una excursión y cuando volvimos, pedimos que nos la abrieran y ya no estaba, por ello, nos hicieron pagar 500bath.

El personal de limpieza también indicó que habíamos consumido una botella de agua y era totalmente falso.

No iba a poner este comentario, pero después del trato recibido por parte del personal, todos los viajeros deben conocer estas situación antes de elegir este hotel.

Estaba bastante bien ubicado y lo mejor del hotel, sin duda, sus trabajadores. Muy atentos y resolutivos.

La primera noche nos picaba todo y teníamos chinches de cama, que me llegaron a manchar un pantalón. No volvería a elegir este hotel.

L'hotel è situato in una tranquilla di Chiang Mai, ma con vicino diversi servizi come bar, ristoranti, supermercati e centri massaggi. La nostra camera era molto ampia e molto pulita, con un bagno veramente grande e con vista piscina in perfetto stile thailandese. Il personale molto gentile e la struttura anche nel complesso molto carina. Il buffet della colazione era abbastanza ricco. Consigliato per il soggiorno di qualche giorno a Chiang Mai!
