Had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Chiang Mai. The free rambutan was such a lovely surprise and definitely earned some bonus points. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely choose this hotel again the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

I've stayed at The Crew Hotel multiple times and keep coming back for a reason. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and consistently offers great value, but the standout feature for me is the breakfast. The breakfast selection is excellent, with plenty of choice and high-quality food that sets you up perfectly for the day.

What really makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. Every member of the team is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They always go out of their way to make guests feel comfortable, and their genuine warmth creates an atmosphere that makes you want to return.

I've stayed at this hotel several times and it has become my first choice whenever I'm in Chiang Mai. The location is excellent—close enough to the Old City, markets, restaurants, and attractions to walk almost everywhere, while still being quiet and peaceful at night.

The main reason I keep returning is the breakfast. The variety is fantastic, with a mix of Thai and Western options that changes regularly, and everything is fresh and well prepared. It's genuinely one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in Chiang Mai and something I look forward to every stay.

O hotel é bastante limpo, funxuonarios prestativos, uma das funcionarias com o nome Aung ajudo-nos muito para com algumas orientações dos locais que queriamos visitar na cidade.

Ein wunderschönes Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern. Die Lage ist ruhig und alle Spots sind fußläufig erreichbar. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hat sofort geholfen und auch bei einer Verletzung uns mit allem nötigen versorgt. Gratis Wasser und Obst sind den ganzen Tag zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich.

We had a very comfortable stay, the included breakfast was quite nice, and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was replenished frequently and really was suited to all tastes. Loved the fruit and yoghurt.
Location meant easy access to markets, massages and old part of Chiang Mai. Quite hot weather meant Grabs were easier and more comfortable to use. Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, loved the hot water and powerful shower. The staff were pleasant, polite and friendly. Even though the hotel was busy, gauging by number of people at breakfast, the hotel rooms were quiet and the hotel was peaceful. We were not disturbed by movement of people in the hotel. Our stay was comfortable and most refreshing. Excellent price performance.
