A tasteful, pleasant and friendly experience !
Pros:

The free drinking water and juices, the breakfast ! All was very qualitative and tasteful!
The personnel is absolutely lovely, helpful. We really appreciate our stay !

Cons:

The pool was too cold, which is a bit of a paradox considering the hot climate of Chiang Mai !

Great choice for vacation
Pros:

Service mind of the staff, receptionists. Unlimited provided load of drinking water at lobby. Free mask

Cons:

Cleanliness of housekeeping, they did not clean properly especially in living space in the suite and they talked too loud in the morning. Space for having breakfast at lobby and Car park are limited.

Super Hotel in toller Lage - komfortabel und absolut zu empfehlen
Pros:

Personal war super nett, Frühstück war sehr lecker. Außerdem wird unbegrenzt Wasser zur Verfügung gestellt. Lage war perfekt um unsere Thailandreise zu beginnen.

Cons:

Die Böden waren manchmal etwas dreckig aber dass lässt sich kaum vermeiden (es wurde trotzdem häufig gewischt)
