Would recommend this hotel for a good holiday.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, central to everywhere. The room was quite roomy with a very large bed and a good shower. Even though it doesn’t do breakfast there are so many breakfast options very close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The wifi wasn’t great.

3rd visit in a great location!
Pros:

Location is just great! Pool is refreshing. The restaurant CHILL is delicious and what a great spot to watch the world go by!

Cons:

The elevator was broken for the first 4 days of our stay. We were on the fourth floor..and I was recovering from back surgery. We asked for a partial refund and were denied. On the 5th day they offered to move us to the 2nd floor, and then the elevator was repaired 1 hour later 🤨😠.
Also when housekeeping made the beds, they don’t fit the top sheet all the way to the bottom of the bed. As we’re tall it was quite annoying and weird.

Nice location in the heart of the old city.

L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le cœur de Chiang Mai. Il est très agréable et calme. Petit restaurant sous l’hôtel, on y mange très bien.

Okay but overpriced for what you get
Pros:

Great location, adequate room. Older but clean.

Cons:

Not very welcoming. 4 of us arrived and checked in with not much more than a smile. Elevator was out of service. No offer to help with luggage up to 2nd floor.

Super nice location with great restaurants and cafes nearby, comfortable and clean- super recommended!
Pros:

Such a nice location with a small but beautiful garden, great to sit down in the evening a just people watch. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and the value for money is great!
