Great stay, good location and great staff who sorted our issue of noisy neighboring room quickly.
Pros:

Location was great and nice to have a pool for the price

Cons:

Some rooms are dormitories sleeping up to 12 people. The room next to ours was very noisy during the first night so we got moved for the rest of our stay. This room was much quieter but was not the deluxe room we had booked with a pool view.

Sehr zentrale Lage; Pool zum abkühlen nach Touren durch die Stadt; Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich nur wünschen kann (bis hin zur Mini-Bar); alle Zimmer haben Balkon; ein Aufzug

Personal freundlich, aber teilweise unaufmerksam und teilnahmslos.
Bett relativ hart.
Gebäude sehr hellhörig.
Man wird erst mit einer Mail, die man nach Buchung und Zahlung erhält, darüber informiert, dass das Hotel ein komplettes Nichtraucher-Hotel ist (im Sinne von: auch auf Balkonen oder im Aussenbereich darf nirgends geraucht werden).

Charmant et situation exceptionnelle
Pros:

L'hôtel est excessivement bien situé, peut-être au meilleur emplacement de la "vieille" ville de Chiang Mai. L'ambiance est très sympa, le balcon donnant sur les cours fleuries est charmant. La chambre est petite mais elle a du cachet. Le ménage est efficace. La présence d'une piscine, même si pas immense est un plus. De même pour le restaurant

Cons:

La chambre est vraiment petite et c'est compliqué de ranger ses affaires. Il faut "jongler" en permanence avec sa valise. L'absence de coffre fort est gênante, même si on ne se sent pas en insécurité. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de place à la piscine et certains transats sont vétustes.

A great option in the old town with a pool.
Pros:

A fantastic small hotel im the heart of the Old Town. Perfect location.
The room was spacious, immaculately clean, with small balconies, and cleaned every day.
The pool was the deciding factor in my choice, and a cold swim after a busy day was really refreshing.
There are lots of cafés, bars and restaurants nearby, but it's not too noisy.
The food served in their own restaurant Chill was good too. Som Tam and Chicken Satay made a delicious healthy lunch!
The staff were helpful without being obsequious. Definitely recommend for a budget price range.

Twijfel je? Niet doen, boeken!
Pros:

De locatie is écht perfect! En dan bedoel ik ook echt perfect. Overdag levendige straat, maar absoluut geen harde muziek of geluidsoverlast. Gezellige eettentjes tegenover het hotel waar je ook goed kunt ontbijten vanaf 8:00. 's avonds wordt het erg rustig in de straat en slaap je als een roos. De hoofdstraat is slechts 5 minuten lopen en daar vindt je direct allerlei marktjes waar je geweldig kunt eten en eventueel bars tot de latere uurtjes (totaal geen last van bij het hotel!). Aan het einde van de straat zit de Irish Pub met een prachtige tuin waar je heerlijk kunt zitten en onderweg voldoende massagesalons en een 7Eleven. Wij hadden een superior room en dat heeft alles wat je mag verwachten. Geen extreme luxe, maar prijs/kwaliteit zeker boven verwachting! Wij zouden dit hotel iedereen aanraden die een verblijf in Chiang Mai zoekt. Kers op de taart is het onwijs vriendelijke personeel dat letterlijk 24/7 beschikbaar is, zodra je je kamer verlaat vragen ze welk nummer je zit en wordt je kamer gelijk schoongemaakt als je dit wenst.

Cons:

Het zwembad is aan de kleine kant met relatief weinig ligbedden. Wil je echt graag hele dagen bij het zwembad liggen zal dit enigszins tegenvallen, maar het is een prima zwembad om even af te koelen en doet daarmee zijn taak. Sowieso zijn hele dagen bij het zwembad echt enorm zonde van je verblijf in Chiang Mai, dus ik zou het er zeker niet om laten.
