No ART transit and no pool/spa April 2026
Pros:

The staff was nice

Cons:

The pool and spa were closed for construction and the ART shuttle to Disneyland is Bo longer available here, but are still listed on the website and booking channel. I have a severe disability and booked this specifically for the spa and ART transit services. They refused to respond to the booking sites request for information on this

Pros:

It was very comfortable I love that we can all stay in the same room and have two bathrooms love it. I liked how close it was to Disneyland and Garden Walk

Staff were excellent. Friendly and helpful. Room and grounds are dated. Price was reasonable. No on site transportation
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

No bus. Stair railing was loose. Bed was hard. Carpet nails were exposed between bed and bath. Ouch!

Distance to Disneyland was amazing.

Cons:

The pool and hot tubs were empty, they were doing construction on the building next door roof with people in it and disruptive to our rest after two long days in the park. The grills were not clean and the fire extinguisher is located on the wall behind the grill what good would this do in a fire? Also, the fire pit did not work and put a damper on our plans to eat outside on the patio.

Fantastico!!!! Super recomendado!!
Pros:

Fue uno de los mejores lugar donde nos alojamos en estados unidos. El personal es super amable y siempre están atentos a todo. El hotel es precioso y esta super limpio al igual que la habitación, que es muy cómoda y equipada
Esta a pocas cuadras de Disney asi que fuimos caminando con el cochecito pero tambien puedes tomar unos bus gratuitos que pasan todo el tiempo por la puerta. También hay muchos locales, bares y lugares para ir a pie.
La zona es preciosa y segura
No usamos la pileta porque estaba cerrada por arreglos (eso no lo sabiamos) pero la verdad por el clima no fue problema
Tiene estacionamiento incluido y el desayuno es muy completo
Super recomendamos!!!

Cons:

Somos de Argentina y acostumbramos a cocinar nuestra propia comida por lo que hubiese sido útil contar con mas cantidad de tenedores, cuchillos y platos. Pero no fue grave ya que al tener lavavajillas rápidamente podías limpiar y utilizar de nuevo

Good staff and location, not good otherwise
Pros:

All of the staff was 12/10, so friendly and attentive.

Cons:

The beds were very uncomfortable. You can hear your neighbors talking through the walls. There was mold on the ceiling in our bathroom. The couch had stains all over it.

Amazing 10/10
Pros:

Beautiful property. Feel very homey and the distance to everything is so close by! A 12 minute walk to Disney. The breakfast is amazing, sooo good and the staff were so accommodating and welcoming. I will be staying here next time I come for a visit to Disney!!
