The property was good for our stay with eight people in two units. It was only a ten minute walk to the Disneyland shuttle or 20 minutes to walk there.
The units had bedrooms, bathroom and lounge area, and kitchen with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There was also clothes washing facilities at the property.
Breakfast was okay, not quite what we would eat in Australia.
We were told that our rooms would be deep cleaned after 3 days, one of our rooms was but the second one wasn’t touched. The dirty laundry was left on the balcony of the room that was cleaned. I spoke to reception and was told that it would be done the next day. We came back from a day at Disneyland to find that it still wasn’t done, I was told that it wasn’t ’on the list’ , not a very efficient system, a hand written list on a piece of paper stuck to the wall. Our room was finally cleaned the next day.

The breakfast was amazing! Every morning we enjoyed waking up and knowing we were heading to the dining room for some delicious food. We loved the variety. The shuttle to Disney was super close and you can also just walk there. The only reason I used the shuttle on the way back was because we walked so much at Disney that the shuttle made sense to take since it left us right across the street from the hotel which was so convenient. The pool was such a great time too and it closed late. And we could see the Disney fireworks from our room every night lol it was such a great time and I will book again! Oh but the best part were the staff. Every single staff member from the people at the dining room to the people cleaning the rooms and the main desk, everyone was soooooooooo nice and sweet. And every morning we’d get morning greetings, and they were soooooooooo nice and helpful. I highly encourage yall to tip them. They do care and they take their jobs seriously with pride. Such an amazing staff. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable, clean and delicious.
There was a lot to like about this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool, laundry facilities, and the proximity to Disneyland. The rooms were also of a generous size, with good facilities for stays with families
If you are staying on the ground floor, then any movement upstairs gets amplified. On one night, a person upstairs checked in late, and were still moving around at 2am - presumably unpacking. They were trying to be quiet, but every footstep they took just reverberated downstairs. Didn't get to sleep until 3am that night. Fortunately that was only an issue for 1 night.
But the main problem was mosquitos. They were often present inside my room. I went to Wallmart to get bug spray and traps, but couldn't get rid of them. By the end of the trip my legs were covered in mosquito bites. While mosquitos are an issue in Southern California, it's much worse with this hotel due to the layout.
Spoke to the front desk, but got a sheepish response - clearly not the first person to mention it.
However, I think the hotel could do more to mitigate. When the sprinklers activate overnight, they leave lots of pools of standing water all over the place, due to uneven paving slabs and the soil around the slabs. Standing water is a breeding ground for mosquitos. The hotel could/should do work to reduce the amount of standing water their sprinkers leave, so this is on them.
When I look back on the trip and this hotel - it's my legs covered in mosquito bites that I am going to remember, rather than all the good points.
Room was very clean, friendly staff, hot breakfast every day and lots of options for that made it easy to feed our kids too. We also loved the kid friendly atmosphere. The pool, the smaller pool, the playground and the kids room inside the lobby helped us to not be stuck in our room at all with little ones when they needed to get out and play, we had options for that! Will definitely stay here again.

タオル交換、掃除が一度もなかった。朝食が毎日変わり映えしない。

Sofa bed was horrible, we had to call for pillows and the AC made a dripping noise the whole time it was on. There was a $50 charge to my card that takes 3-5 days to debit back to me. This was not advised by the staff.
