Pros:

The room was very nice

Cons:

We brought our family with us and checked to make sure the pool would be open.
The pool would be closed until the 15 th of May so we changed our plans and came on the 18th until 20th of May.
Bought the grandkids pool toys and my husband has health issues so he was going to use the pool and spa on the days we were going to Disneyland.
When we arrived the pool was closed and under construction.
The staff actually accused me of lying to them about checking on the pool being opened before we came.
So I had to show them my confirmation in my phone of the pool being opened on the 15th of May.
They didn't really care about our vacation being ruined.

They didn't advertise that the pool was broken.

They advertise they take you to Disney but they don't.

Staff not available. Don't answer phones. They are cool when there but seen short on staff.
