Quiet, clean, nice breakfast, staff friendly.
Loved the "condo/hotel" concept here. We had a party of 5 and everyone had beds with 3 bathrooms to share. The breakfast was amazing with lots of options and the coffee was great and very hot! The pool was heated and the spa was perfect after walking miles at the parks. Very family friendly and the ART picks up on site. Making it very convenient. Kitchen was fully stocked and when there was no wine opener but wine glasses...they brought us one! Staff was so friendly and nice. Highly recommend if you want to save money and cook dinners and if you want separate yet together rooms. (We stayed in the bi level)
Only downfall was the bathroom could use more hooks and the room needed another mirror. With multiple people staying there it would be great to have an extra mirror (downstairs) while the bathroom is occupied. Also, they give dishwasher pods but no dish soap or rag. Just a hand towel, so recommend bringing that stuff or use a bathroom rag.
The breakfast was good. Needed more fresh fruit and bacon.
The pillows were too fat needed a variety of types
Close to Toy Story lot and food/shopping. Good breakfast.
Dirty. Dirt in corners of room. Found a few roaches. No housekeeping even thought it is advertised on the 3rd day. We stayed Sunday to Thursday and did not receive it. Had to call front desk for towels and hand them take overflowing garbage. For the price we shouldn’t have had overflowing garbage especially with bug issues already.
The location was good walking to and from the park.
We booked this with a kitchen so that we could have the ability to make meals for a toddler going back and forth to the park. The stove, oven and fridge worked but there was no backing sheet provided, the random broiling dish was dirty and there was no dish soap and only one dishwasher pod. We could not even wash the handful of dirty dishes that were put away dirty to make our first meal. The front desk did not have any dish soap for us to use to clean it, we had to DoorDash dish soap a brush and pans to even use the facility. Also the floor (carpet and hard floors) were disgusting. There were sticky spots all over the carpet and the hard floor had spots that we had to clean up when we got there. We are not sure if the beds were changed as one of the adult guests in my party woke up with a candy wrapper stuck to her from the supposedly clean bed on the first night (no candy was consumed by us in the room). To top it all off, they were doing construction in the room next to ours and under ours during our stay so napping a toddler was difficult during any point of the day. The food that is free (even though you pay a $35 resort fee for it) is meh at best. Eggs were cold, there was no fruit by 8am, the oatmeal was crunchy and the gluten free bread provided on request was clearly frozen and soggy when they brought it out. Staff was unhelpful to the point of being rude when asked about the bus timing. Parking us provided but tight once we had parking we did not move our vehicle for fear of not being able to find another spot.
The distance to Disneyland was convenient. The working fireplace was great. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. A great time was had by all.
I can't think of anything that I didn't like.
This extended stay property is in a good location (around a 15 minute walk to the Disney entrance). The room had all the basics you need for a comfortable stay. While the room was showing a little wear and could use some minor updates, everything was functional. The staff were nice and helpful, which made the overall experience positive. A solid option if you’re looking for convenience and value.
Location and space. Easy walk to Disney and restaurants. Breakfast was a nice feature.
rooms are a little outdated. We had our heater breakdown, but staff repaired it same day while we were out.
Parqueadero, instalaciónes
Clean and very friendly staff. Great customer service.
Clean caring and good location. Very professional staff!
Everyone that had breakfast thought it was good.
The beds were comfortable.
It was a great location for an event at House of Blues.
Fast and easy check-in and check-out.
There was a spider in our room. My companions are certain it was a brown recluse, but we couldn't get a good pic. There were spider webs in the space off the kitchen that has HVAC equipment in it.
The room was close to the road (Clementine) and we heard a lot of sirens.
We asked for towels one night well before the cut-off time. They weren't delivered and when I called back after 10pm, no one answered. We walked over and got them from the front desk.
You're paying for location, and it wasn't worth the price.
The wifi is painfully slow.
The space was perfect for my husband & I. We stayed 3 nights & it was very convenient to Uber or walk to Disneyland.
