Vi trivdes fantastiskt bra och reser vi tillbaka till Cancun så väljer vi samma hotell.
Pros:

Vi lagade egen frukost, allt fanns i köket förutom spis. Lugn rofylld miljö. Ingen konkurrens om solstolar. Inga stojande barn. Relativt nära til supermarket och restauranger. Rent och snyggt. Mycket trevlig och tilmöteskommande personal. Fri parkering direkt utanför rummet. Fin uteplats till rummet. Fin pool och bar. Städpersonalen fantastisk!

Cons:

Kunde tyvärr inte laga egen mat pga att det inte fanns spis. Duschen var inte så bra, dåligt vattentryck och tog lite tid innan varmvattnet kom, och svårt att blanda varmt och kallt pga separata kranar. Inte 100% fräscht, men väldigt rent och fint.

Would definitely book it again.
Pros:

The location is very good. We mostly walked or took an Uber to get around, but there’s also a bus station very close to the hotel.

We loved the pool and the surroundings. Very quiet with a lovely view over the lake. If you wake up at sunrise, you can even spot some crocodiles in the lake 👀

Cons:

The furniture is a bit outdated in some of the basic rooms but everything is clean.

Très agréable séjour, détente absolue, un petit cocon au calme malgré la proximité des plages et des infrastructures

La situation, la vue, le restaurant avec vue sur la lagune et le service de RAMIRO, super gentil et réactif! nous nous sommes sentis très à l’aise

Quiet and peaceful as it’s off the main hotel strip.
Nice pool and lagoon view. Lovely staff. Nice sized room. Had a little kitchenette and fridge & freezer which was super handy for storing food and water

Cons:

Rooms need more lighting. They’re quite dark. Bathrooms really need updating. At breakfast, they gave me toast but no butter or jam. When asked it took them so long to provide that the toast had gone cold. The wait staff were too busy having a chinwag instead of serving.

I paid almost £1k for my stay and I felt that it wasn’t worth the money
