1st room, found some trash by the bed. And towels were dirty/ had stains. And tv did not work. Had to move to 2nd room, where again found another piece of trash and just overall not very neat, hole behind shower head. Hole under cabinet in bathroom. Propety needs some updates!
The room was much bigger than a regular hotel room. Reminds me of the condos we stay at the beach. Minus the kitchen. Liked that the curtains were blackout curtains. Made it so much easier to sleep.
The inside pool jacuzzi was cold.
Breakfast was satisfactory and pool facilities were enjoyable. Beds were very comfortable. Good location to our event.
Difficulty of unlocking the door and bathroom smelled like a sewer despite being visually clean.
It was very sloppy.
I am still waiting on a refund. The pool was not usable the entire stay.
Very poorly maintained. We had a living suite area however unable to use as heat did not reach that room. Couch had nasty stains and water only worked in hot for one of the faucets
Pool and the room was very big and the breakfast
Happy with all
Breakfast was good buit nothing great and did see a bug {cockroach} in bathroom in the morning.
Indoor pool was fine.. and breakfast was good.
Room was dirty, bathroom had Nats and found a roach. Shower was dirty and broken ceiling tiles in bathroom were moldy and falling . Back doorknob was falling off and looked like someone tried to break in from the back balcony . Hot tub was not hot and the jets weren't working properly. Outside pool was too small, too many people for that size pool. Phone in room wasn't working and looked as the someone had burnt the cords.
This place exceeded my expectations. It was clean and very comfortable. Beds were very comfy and cozy. I really liked the fact that it was close to attractions I planned on going to (Soaky Mountain) and also next to plenty of stores for any of my needs. Breakfast was great. I felt safe and the staff was friendly. Great price for my room. Overall wonderful experience! Will definitely return!
I wish the pools would've been open a little longer. After a long day of walking and fun, it would've been nice to come back to the hotel and be able to get in the hot tub or go for a swim in one of the pools. I understand rooms are located in the indoor pool section, but as long as the noise is kept to a minimum, I feel the pools and hot tub should be available for guests to use. Closing the pools at 9:30 p.m. seems a fuzz early. Maybe consider keeping the pools open until at least 11 p.m.
The customer service was great, everyone i interacted with were nice people
- Spiders everywhere outside our room and balcony (literally a couple dozen spiders)
- The carpet in the room made the bottom of our feet black
- The comforter and a couple of washcloths had stains on them
Very clean and very peaceful…
Overall the room is old, but it looked to be updated. Looked clean
The bathroom was really dirty.
