The absolute worst stay.
Pros:

It wasn’t clean, I didn’t feel like they should be serving food in nastiness.

Cons:

The rooms had cockroaches, the bathrooms was absolutely disgusting.. I asked for a refund so I could go somewhere else and they could only do a room change.. This was the worse hotel that I’ve ever stayed and the manager was ok that they had cock roaches.. For the amount of Money me and my family paid for 2 rooms they should be able to take better care of their hotel.

It was good but could have been better with more cleanliness and a better view of the mountains.
Pros:

I liked the location and that it was close to stores.

Cons:

I didn’t like how it wasn’t really clean and they didn’t do a good job at keeping towels for the pools and indoor pool was freezing and not maintained. Lots of trash was left laying around the building. Our room was really dim only had lamps and one window.

Disappointing if a motel offers he to pull the pool should be heated

Like the living room, separate from the bedroom area

Cons:

The microwave wall plug was burnt. The sink in the kitchen area didn’t work. The bathtub had paint in it. No stopper to give a child a bath in the swimming pool was cold instead of warm it says heated. Pool is not heated.

We spent most of our time out of the room, but for the price and location it wasn’t a bad stay! The staff were kind, and

the room was so spacious and we loved that for our big family. We also loved that the beds were away from the window and front of the room, super dark in the mornings! We loved having an indoor and outdoor pool too.

Cons:

The carpet was a little outdated. The dining chair in the room had stains on it. The shower had someone’s hair in it. Breakfast was slim. The doors to the room had holes almost like the wood had rotted in spots.

The pool.

Cons:

Half of the outlets didn’t work and my medical son is required to be on humidity and none of the outlets by the beds worked, the fridge took a whole 24 hours to get cold , bathroom cabinet was broke, bath tub railing was ripped off and had holes in it. Carpet was very dirty my son had dirty knees from crawling around on it. Do not recommend this place.
