Great Location and stay for sevierville area
Pros:

The hotel was in a great location to the Sevierville area. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is an older motel but that did not affect our room cleaniness. The pool was a plus for the kids. The check in was fast and an easy experiece. The staff was friendly to us.

Cons:

The outside of the hotel needs to be kept cleaner. The elevator floor was nasty the entire legnth of our stay. Which was 3 nights, it made us a little nerous that our room was going to reflect the outside. Parking is a little tight. The staff is there promptly to shut the pool down before closing time. It makes you feel rushed to get out and you cannot enjoy your last few moments in the pool. They also do not keep towels in the pool area restocked for you to use.

The location was good 👍

Cons:

The motel is very dated, the beds were also the mattresses were old spring mattresses and we didn't have any comfort in sleeping. The couch literally was falling in and the pull out bed was even worse. The room was inside the pool room and the room felt damp all the time and the chlorine smell would knock you down at times. The cabinet door fell off in the bathroom smashing my toe, and the TV in the bedroom didn't work.

Cons:

The jacuzzi room is falling apart. Button won't stay on , on tub. Jacuzzi need serious maintenance. Faucet falling apart. Bathroom is tiny with hardly any amenities. Room needs serious updates toilet chain keeps falling off. Room needs serious deep clean as well, our socks looked horrible after walking on the carpet

Pros:

The beds were comfortable. Cleaning staff very friendly. Breakfast was ok. The room layout was perfect.

Cons:

The hot tub was not hot, neither did the bubbles work in it. The indoor pool was very frigid almost as if it wasnt heated. The room smelled horrible upon arrival. We had 2 rooms and they both smelled. We had to go buy air freshener.

In the bathroom there was apparently a leak that has been there a while. The ceiling tile was falling down and they put toilet paper in the corners to keep it from falling. The vent fan was also being help by toilet paper to keep it from rattling. The bath tub also had hair on the walls. The pictures online are not current. They are probably from 20’years ago. Very deceiving and unacceptable to charge $200 a night.

There was a LOT of banging within the walls. Almost like water pipes knocking. Lasted all night. Wasn't the room(s) next door. And there is NO SEAL/WEATHER TREATMENT on the bottom or the side of the front door. Easily hear EVERYTHING outside and woke up freezing cold from the breeze under the door!

I didn't have high expectations for the price. It was about what I expected.
Pros:

It had an indoor pool. The room we had was right over the top of the indoor pool. I personally liked that because the kids could come to the room without walking outside in the cold.

Cons:

There was a dead roach in the cabinet by the refrigerator.
