Nice parking lot
After a nightmare travel experience & some challenging times as a caregiver. I got stuck in SLC for the night.
A little disappointed on arrival as we’d chosen the hotel specifically because it was advertised their restaurant was open until 10pm. We’d had a long day of travel and thinking we’d made it just in time by 9:50pm we were informed that the grills had been turned off and the kitchen closes at 9:30pm. Not life threatening, but would be great if hotels could be consistent with what is advertised as this was something important to us choosing this property in this instance. Particularly as we knew we’d be arriving late in the evening. That said, the staff were pleasant and the rooms were fine.
Very clean, comfortable bed. Pleasant staff, wonderful complimentary breakfast and the gentleman staffing the breakfast was quite busy keeping everything stocked but had a big smile and very friendly. The complimentary shuttle to and from the airport was such a great perk.

The hotel was luxurious with a pool, hot tub, sauna, proximity to the airport and the Salt Lake, nice breakfast, nice staff, and comfortable room.

The room was very quiet, very clean, easily accessible and good parking. Did not appreciate the cleaning staff tapping on the door and opening it at 9am, AND before I had a chance to respond, when checkout is 11am. I usually associate this with cheap 1-star hotels, not a 3-star hotel.
We checked in very late. Attendant was pleasant and helpful. Shuttle driver was also pleasant.
Nice and clean room/bathroom. Only problem with our stay was the laundry room wasn’t working properly. We were able to wash our load, but the dryer barely worked. We tried to restart the load but then it completely stopped. Half our clothes were damp

COME JUST FOR THE STAFF ALONE. Absolutely the sweetest people everrr!!!!! The hotel was super cute and homey as well. Very clean and cute.
After a long day of driving, this hotel was a welcome site. The front desk staff were friendly and quickly checked us in so we could get some sleep. The room was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable. Great place to stay!
I didn't like that there were only 2 towels and that the bathroom vanity was so small. Other than that, the room was great. Clean, larger, Comfortable bed and great shuttle service to airport.
First time staying here really made a great impression
