24 hour shuttle was perfect.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Very good airport shuttle service.

Cons:

I chose this hotel because they offered the shuttle and a restaurant. I would not have booked if I knew the restaurant was closed.

So accommodating and convenient
Pros:

BW windjammer is great and very accommodating. Restaurant is great but we stayed on a Monday. There are easily accessible restaurants along the strip. Best was that they provide a hospital shuttle and 24 hour airport shuttle. I don’t know of any other hotel that does in the area. We will always stay here

Overall a good experience - location was perfect for graduation weekend at UVM.
Pros:

Close to UVM and highway. Staff was very professional and pleasant. Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Everything was fine except bathrooms need updating. Make more rooms with queen size beds available. Full size not large enough for two adults.

Going downhill
Pros:

I’ve stayed here many times over many years but my last stay was literally the last. The room was just cramped, felt dirty and smelled bad. Cars and busses idling right outside the room window added to the interior noise of creaky floors and old plumbing. They redid the rooms a few years ago but everything is again showing age and the duvet on my bed was truly disgusting. While the staff are very nice and I’m sure trying hard to keep this relic operating, I checked out early and went to a newer hotel in town.

The staff was very friendly. The windjammer is nice and the parking is good

Cons:

This property used to be very well but is now quite rundown. There were noises at all hours from the hallway and slamming doors. The room was clean, but just. there were signs of wear all over the room.
