Pros:

The staff was very friendly. The windjammer is nice and the parking is good

Cons:

This property used to be very well but is now quite rundown. There were noises at all hours from the hallway and slamming doors. The room was clean, but just. there were signs of wear all over the room.

The room was small, but clean. Location was ideal. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

There was a musty smell throughout the hallway and in the room, we opened a window.

Fantastic experience.
Pros:

We would stay here again. Clean and friendly with amenities we use including: lobby refreshments, complimentary full breakfast, on site restaurant, and pool.

Nice variety at breakfast. Quiet morning guests.
Would have liked the TV turned to news/weather.

Cons:

Faster toaster! Took longer for a bagel before my toast could go in the machine.

Pros:

Check in was quick and easy, staff was friendly and accommodating. Facility was clean and room was comfortable. Amenities were wonderful our kids loved the pool, and the workout area was clean and well maintained. Breakfast had a lot of choices. The Windjammer restaurant was wonderful! Great location, close to Burlington, dining and shopping.

Cons:

Signage to find the registration area in the parking lot was a little confusing since the front door is in the rear of the building. Maybe make the signs larger or a bright color.

Pros:

The staff!!! The friendliest, most helpful staff I've encountered in recent years. Last year we started at another WAY more expensive Burlington property and their staff was not it.
We chose to start here this time, as that's where our group was staying. I'm so glad we did!

Cons:

The only things I was questioning were 1) the ice machine curfew. I get it on a responsible adult level, but at the same time, I like COLD drinks.
And 2) the first night we were there and the following morning there were more selections available on the lobby coffee machine.

Quiet & clean enough to sleep.
Pros:

The staff was very nice.

Cons:

The place needs new floors. They all creak & the sound proofing between rooms is non-existant.
The bathroom I had was in need of repair on tile floor & tub caulking. A bit shabby for the price.

Pros:

Very convenient location nice size family room

Cons:

The security guard knocked on our door around 10:30 and said that he could hear us laughing from down the hallway and that we needed to stop playing the game we were playing. (It was a Saturday night we had checked in late and it was three children playing Uno.)

Fantastic for small families, travelers with pets, or in our case large groups with varied age range
Pros:

The staff was outstanding! Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast room attendant made our stay so enjoyable.
Everyone was so friendly, remembered our faces and went out of their way to make sure we had a good stay.

Cons:

On the first night of our arrival the coffee machine (which I LOVE by the way) had soo many choices of beverages. By Friday the selections had minimized much to the dismay of the cappicuino fans in the group. I am going to assume that with the age range of guests, it was decreased to minimize waste, but thats purely hypothesis.
