I had a pleasant one-night stay betweek ski days in northern Vermont. Everything was good! The main entrance is well-marked on US 2 (just off I-89) and signage is good in the parking lot to direct people to the main entrance at the back of the building. Checkin was friendly and efficient. My room was just as expected and everything was clean, comfortable, and in working order. I forgot to go back to the lobby at 8 for the cookies they mentioned at checkin. My room was quiet. In the morning, the breakfast area was uncrowded, well-stocked, and the items I had were very good. Finally, checking out in the morning with another friendly staff member was just as quick and easy. I'd definitely stay again.

Déjeuner, bien pour nous. Chambre, la grandeur et la propreté est bien. Les lits sont très comfortable. La piscine est toujours aussi chaude ce qui est un gros point positif pour nous. La petite attention des biscuits à la réception c'est bien aussi.
La toile de la piscine doit être remplacée, elle est percée à plusieurs endroits.
Our tour booked us into this hotel when we visited Burlington. It's a smoke-free hotel that is pet-friendly and has a complimentary hot breakfast, which we found to be tasty. There is also a snack shop, and this hotel has its own restaurant. There is free parking for guests, free-wifi, both indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center, plus other guest friendly features.
We were comfortable in our rooms, and if I felt safe. Since Burlington is close to the Canadian border, this hotel also offers currency exchange.
Staff was friendly and willing to assist if necessary.
The breakfast, there wasn't any non-pork meats offered. The pancake maker put out little disks that were hard to eat. But the staff was attentive, the creamer was out and it was replaced right away.
We liked the pool, the breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The lobby was inviting.
Booking told us that it would be a double queen room. However, when we checked in and got into the room we found that it was a double full. Because we went through booking we could not change our room. Also, the soda was stale and close to outdated.
The room was clean and a great size for my husband and me. The bed was more comfy than my bed at home!! The staff was so helpful and friendly with all of my questions and concerns.

Their website advertises a restaurant and cocktail lounge as part of their facilities. They were both closed during my stay. The water pressure in the bathroom was completely inadequate. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was below par.
Great location. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool; breakfast was good.
