Stayed when we visited Burlington
Pros:

Our tour booked us into this hotel when we visited Burlington. It's a smoke-free hotel that is pet-friendly and has a complimentary hot breakfast, which we found to be tasty. There is also a snack shop, and this hotel has its own restaurant. There is free parking for guests, free-wifi, both indoor and outdoor pools, and a fitness center, plus other guest friendly features.
We were comfortable in our rooms, and if I felt safe. Since Burlington is close to the Canadian border, this hotel also offers currency exchange.

Pros:

Staff was friendly and willing to assist if necessary.

Cons:

The breakfast, there wasn't any non-pork meats offered. The pancake maker put out little disks that were hard to eat. But the staff was attentive, the creamer was out and it was replaced right away.

We had a pleasant stay, the room was clean, the food was good.
Pros:

We liked the pool, the breakfast was nice, and the room was clean and smelled fresh. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The lobby was inviting.

Cons:

Booking told us that it would be a double queen room. However, when we checked in and got into the room we found that it was a double full. Because we went through booking we could not change our room. Also, the soda was stale and close to outdated.

Only place I'll stay in South Burlington
Pros:

The room was clean and a great size for my husband and me. The bed was more comfy than my bed at home!! The staff was so helpful and friendly with all of my questions and concerns.

Cons:

Nothing. Loved everything.

very good stay beds were very comfortable, staff was very customerservice top notch !
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent except for the bacon it was a little stringy, but the scrambled eggs were exceptional. The pancakes could be a little thicker.

Cons:

had to walk a little while to get to the room maybe offer a wheelchair for older people.

I will stay at BWs again :)
Pros:

I don't recall booking a quiet room, but it was great nonetheless. The breakfast was a great start to.our busy days. The pools were great! My husband lkked the fitness area. I think we'll definitely be back!

Cons:

BW needs to invest in central air.. our room was at over 70% humidity. Central air would help withthis as this much humidity will no doubt be a problem. The staff was great and supplied us with a dehumidifier~

Their website advertises a restaurant and cocktail lounge as part of their facilities. They were both closed during my stay. The water pressure in the bathroom was completely inadequate. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast was below par.

Booked a handicap room for
my 15 year old son. Room was at the end of three hallways away from main lobby and elevator. Room was disgusting. Smelled so bad that we literally had to turn around and walk out immediately. Asked for another room and did not have another handicap room. The rooms were so small we could barely fit his wheelchair. So this is how the hotel treats people with disabilities? Provide them with sub par rooms and also wonder if because we booked through this site? We also ate at the restaurant and my son’s meal was very good. My sandwich tasted like the meat was old and trying to cover with other flavors.

Dans l’ensemble c’était très bien, lits confortables, salle de bain très bien, bien équipé, micro-ondes, frigo etc.

Cons:

Pros:

I stayed here to attend a show at Higher Ground, and the location was perfect- walking distance to the venue and easy access off the highway. Check-in was simple and the room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

My room was near a stairwell, and I could hear other guests running up/down the stairs and through the hallway (it sounded like children) at various hours, which limited my sleep quality and was annoying.
