Stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10 years. Will stay again in the future.

The staff at the front desk were great. . The room was clean. Shuttle service was great.

Cons:

The elevator close to the front desk was broken. Had to walk to the back of the hotel to get the other elevator. Didn't like that. Didn't feel safe

May have upgrade to Motel 6 on my next trip.
Cons:

Worst maintained Hampton I have visited. A/C filter in the room did not exist. Congested all day and night due to dirty air. Bathroom sink did not drain. Shower door was stuck with shower head that should have been replaced years ago. Mattress extremely old giving us gramps throughout the night. The lobby where breakfast was swerved had dirty A/C supply vents as well as return vents. Ceiling tiles were stains from A/C condensation leaks. The staff was pleasant but shows lack of supervision from management.

Clean, safe and a good location close to the airport but not as advertised.
Pros:

We booked a queen room with a balcony; however, there was no balcony. Actually, there was no closet and minimal space for suitcases. The closet consisted of hooks on a wall behind a curtain.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the room was not as advertised.
