Really bad
Pros:

The only thing that the room was ok

Cons:

Eleveror was not working, dirty stairs and hallways and the boy in resepcion bad customer service in the morning we needed a cup of coffee and There were no cups, I wouldn't recomend this place to anyone

Clean, Friendly but location lacks.
Pros:

Very clean and updated.

Cons:

Elevator broken, location was not great. Receptionist stated immediately on arrival that they had been experiencing car break ins. It was an event weekend and we had really no other option to go. Vehicle ended up not being broken into, however the constant worry was there.

Overall it wasn’t a bad experience dealt with one front desk worker at night she didn’t really do much to help said she

The rooms where all just re done so they where all new and up to date

Cons:

Half the rooms dont have WiFi and the room I stayed in didn’t have any which resulted in no cable, few things weren’t clean in the room ( dog food on the floor, and brown stain on the shower curtain and cardboard folded under corner of the bed on the floor). Only one working elevator and low shower pressure

Disappointing after a 7-hr drive even to stay overnight at a half-way driving location for vacation.
Pros:

Room appointment was nice, but cramped; do not need a boxy wardrobe that steals floor space for suitcases.

Cons:

Poor, only free coffee; bagged processed muffins and cereal boxes available.
Noisy due to concert-goers up until 2AM; elevator running constant dinging sound.
Staff was unassertive.
Noticed iron gated fence around hotel which alerted me to its security concerns.
Depressed looking location.
Gym was out of use due to water leak on one side of the gym.
Nothing to do in the area; barely appealing to walk in the area; sketchy location.

Pros:

I liked the little kitchenette

Cons:

The elevator never worked and I didn’t have full size towels and the location was scary surrounding hotels with busted windows and homeless people everywhere I was nervous to stay in the area

Average.clean bed but carpet dirty
Pros:

Location around food shops

Cons:

The carpet's dirty.we checked under the sofa and it has rose petals probably from previous customer. Paper towel in the kitchen was not refilled.Asked for a extra after finishing it but the receptionist told us its not available..receptionist are not very helpful with the customers concern.
