I give 1 star because of the nice guy at the front desk. Were 1 hr early and still give us our room. The cleanliness of the room is 0 star at all ypu can see in pictures. We ask for no smoking coz i have asthma. the room from outside you can smell the cigarette.. i never have problems to other travellodge before i have really good experiences but this trip is disappointing. No problem for parking they have alot of space surrounding the hotel.. We ended sleeping at the car coz alot of the nearby hotel have no vacancies. Lesson learned for me dont worry for about 50 dlls differences if you can enjoy your stay. 😔

Absolutely horrible!!!! Had to literally push the door open! After that, I wish I didn’t. Curtains were half torn down. One lamp was stained and disgusting. The other lamp was literally broken, but was the only one that really worked. Drawers were broken splatter on the wall that look like vomit. Thank God I bring my own sheets and it was for one night or we would’ve been out of there and it was already late. Hopefully there’s a place for me to post pictures. Absolutely stay away! My husband told me to sleep with the lights on. This keeps the cockroaches away! The chair looked like something from a dorm room that would be thrown out, and there was an outlet with Blackburn marks on it. Never again! Hilton all the way so much worth it.

Hotel was DIRTY AND NASTY. When we cancelled HOTELS.com act like they didn’t want to refund my money even when they talked to the HOTEL MANAGER WHO AGREED to a waiver. AFTER BEING A CUSTOMER WITH HOTELS.com Im
Never BOOKING WITH THEM AGAIN. Hotels.com finally decided to refund me but told me 7-10 business days. Good thing I saved the message from them and sent the messages and pictures to my BANK and filed a dispute. I DONT RECOMMEND NO ONE TO BOOK WITH HOTELS.com. They so quick to take your money but take forever to reimburse you your money. I explain how dirty the room was. Blood from previous customers holes in bed. Room was non-smoking but smelled like smoke.

The pictures don’t do it justice this place is so run down the paint is chipping every where you look, only one elevator works, they advertise free breakfast and then have a sign saying closed starting September it’s August so that didn’t make sense, phones in the room don’t work, employees are rude there were no towels in the room and had to go down to the front desk to get some the employee would only give me one even though we had a room booked for 3 people. Just stay away if you can help it. Also a lot of “adult activities” you get what I mean. Not meant for families.
