I will definitely stay here again if the price stays reasonable.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the aquarium, IMAX, and Discovery Museum, all of which we visited with 2 young children. The 2 BR suite was great with the kids and allowed us all to sleep well. We loved the kitchen and never ate out in the 3 days we were there. Breakfast offerings were ample and very good. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Being allowed to park until 4 pm on the day of departure was an added perk.

Cons:

The pool looked a little cloudy. An automatic door would be helpful when trying to wrestle a stroller with 2 kids into and out of the place.

We enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Great location! Easy access to everywhere downtown and a quick drive to Lookout mountain from there.

Cons:

Busy week, so parking was a slight issue. But overall wonderful experience.

Easy and close to everything.

The location is easy to get to and is close to the attractions.

Cons:

I don’t like that there are so many changes around the hotel, not as many kid friendly food options. Nothing negative about the hotel itself expect parking should be included.

Just ok...
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, the breakfast meats could have been better. Meat kinda reminded me of dogfood

Cons:

Room furniture was dated and worn out. Bed uncomfortable. Gas fireplace on the community patio didn't work.

Perfect location to explore downtown Chattanooga
Pros:

Location was great, staff was super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good. Sebastian was exceptionally helpful.

It was an amazing trip!!
Pros:

We had an amazing time at Residence Inn. It started with Chasity. She was the sweetest person. She made sure we were happy. She gave my man a razor because he forgot his. She also took the time to show us where we could eat. We felt very comfortable with her. The smile and welcoming conversation was everything. She also helped me get hot water for a little hot chocolate. She even asked how our stay was going. We truly appreciate Chasity for being so accommodating and wonderful. She is definitely an asset to Residence Inn. We can't wait to return and see Chasity. We are so thankful for a great visit to Chattanooga, and a great hotel with wonderful staff.

Excellent location, but lacks attention to detail in cleanliness.
Pros:

Room size was fantastic. We had the two bedroom suite and it was very convenient; however, it lacked cleanliness.

Cons:

The bathroom felt filthy with hairs on the floor and the sofa in the living room area was dirty.
