I liked location of the hotel. Mostly, I liked professionalism of the staff. I asked them to assist me on several occasions and they helped me very efficiently and professionally.

I will definitely stay here again if the price stays reasonable.
Pros:

The location was perfect for the aquarium, IMAX, and Discovery Museum, all of which we visited with 2 young children. The 2 BR suite was great with the kids and allowed us all to sleep well. We loved the kitchen and never ate out in the 3 days we were there. Breakfast offerings were ample and very good. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Being allowed to park until 4 pm on the day of departure was an added perk.

Cons:

The pool looked a little cloudy. An automatic door would be helpful when trying to wrestle a stroller with 2 kids into and out of the place.

Pros:

Great location! Easy access to everywhere downtown and a quick drive to Lookout mountain from there.

Cons:

Busy week, so parking was a slight issue. But overall wonderful experience.

Perfect value stay to be close to everything and have extra space to spread out with the kids.

The walls were a thin and the “queen” beds are a little under sized.

The location is easy to get to and is close to the attractions.

Cons:

I don’t like that there are so many changes around the hotel, not as many kid friendly food options. Nothing negative about the hotel itself expect parking should be included.

Just ok...
Pros:

Breakfast was decent, the breakfast meats could have been better. Meat kinda reminded me of dogfood

Cons:

Room furniture was dated and worn out. Bed uncomfortable. Gas fireplace on the community patio didn't work.
