Hotel worth the price with great location
Pros:

Huge room and bathroom, plenty of space for working as well. Excellent location in the old town at a walking distance from the railway station. Very nice breakfast in a nice setting and really friendly staff.

Bör se över sina bokningsvillkor
Pros:

Bra frukost. Synd dock med det fina frukostrummet längst in som har potential att bli vackert möblerat. Nu stod där möbler av helt olika stil och slitna bord som inte passade in i den fina lokalen. Personalen i receptionen var trevlig men helhetsupplevelsen förstördes av bokningen samt rummet.

Cons:

Vi hade bokat med booking och fyllt i att vi reste med husdjur. När vi kom fram fanns inget rum anpassat för hund till oss och vi blev hänvisade till en rumskategori som inte levde upp till den kategori vi bokat. Rummet var placerat i en konferensavdelning och vi vaknade flertalet gånger under natten av berusade gäster som slängde i dörrar och var högljudda. Rummet var mycket lyhört, slitet och med trasiga strömavbrytare som låg slängt på ett bord. Vattenglas var inte rena och när vi bad om en hundskål för hunden fick vi en som absolut inte var ren! Vi har rest på flertalet andra Radisson i Europa med hund och alltid fått fina rum och välomstpaket till hunden. Konstigt att det kan skilja sig så från Sverige där man blir hänvisad till sämre rum än man bokat med förklaringen att hund inte får tas med i rum som har matta. Radisson i Malmö bör se över detta och uppdatera sina villkor så att man ej kan boka premiumrum om det ej är möjligt. Vi betalade trots detta fullpris för ett rum vi inte bokat samt även 300 kr extra för hunden.
