Kein Luxushotel aber Preis-Leistung gut
Pros:

Etwas außerhalb aber man ist mit dem Bus schnell in der Innenstadt.
Bequeme Betten, tolle Aussicht vom Zimmer.
Bezahlbares Parkhaus direkt nebendran, Preis-Leistung insgesamt gut.

Below 4 star expectations
Pros:

The personnel are mostly polite, attentive, and efficient. However, the overall service does not meet a 4-star standard, particularly regarding room amenities and consistency.

Upon arrival, we were informed that a room was ready but could not be provided at 10:00 unless an extra fee was paid. Later, another receptionist said it would be available at 12:30. This inconsistency is difficult to understand. If a room is ready, a more customer-focused approach would be expected.

While working in the piano bar, we were told, in a somewhat abrupt manner, that we could only stay if we consumed something. The tone was not aligned with expected hospitality standards.

Breakfast was inconsistent. On one day, we were moved to another breakfast area due to a group, with the assurance that it offered the same options. This was not the case, as key items such as scrambled eggs were missing.

There are also functional issues in the rooms. The bathroom allows significant water leakage during showers. This was reported in more than one room, indicating a broader issue.

Overall, despite courteous personnel, there are clear gaps in service consistency, customer orientation, and facility quality that do not align with a 4-star hotel standard.

Pros:

vue magnifique sur la ville depuis le 17è étage ,particulièrement au moment du coucher de soleil. La chambre est spacieuse et confortable. le petit déjeuner buffet est varié, avec un large choix de produits. Le restaurant sur le rooftop propose de service rapide er satisfaisant. les ascenseurs sont tres éfficaces et bien organisés, avec une distinction entre étages pairs et impairs, ce qui est particulièrement appreciable

Cons:

l'ouverture de la fenetre est très peu limité, ce qui limite fortement la circulation de l'air frais. Pour le reste rien à signaler

Pros:

Very good breakfast with a wide variety of tasty options to start the day right. The room was extremely comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were especially kind and welcoming.
