I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service and overall experience during my recent stay at your hotel, adam hotel suites, which markets itself as a five-star establishment. Regrettably, my experience fell far below the expected standards of luxury and hospitality, leaving me thoroughly disappointed.
Key Issues Encountered:
- Misleading Representation
The actual condition of the room and amenities did not match the photos or descriptions advertised. This lack of transparency is unacceptable for any reputable hotel, let alone one with a five-star rating.
-Unprofessional Staff Behavior
I was deeply disturbed to experience not one, but two separate incidents during my stay where hotel staff entered my room without knocking or obtaining permission. This constitutes a gross violation of basic guest privacy and demonstrates a shocking lack of professionalism.
When I questioned this inappropriate behavior, the staff offered only a flippant justification: "Sorry, I was checking the minibar." This response is completely inadequate for several reasons:Basic Hospitality Standards: Any reputable hotel, especially one with five-star aspirations, must train staff to always knock and wait for acknowledgment before entering a guest room - without exception.
The fact that this occurred twice indicates either willful disregard complete lack of proper staff training.
- Poor Room Condition & Maintenance
The room was poorly maintained, with dirty walls and a non-functional safety deposit box.
Basic amenities were missing in the kitchen , and the provided electric kettle was broken—an inconvenience that should never occur in a luxury hotel.
Subpar Breakfast Quality
The breakfast service was rated a 4/10 far below the standard expected of a five-star establishment.

It was a nice appartment, spacious, clean and confortable.
Its a dhame the full kitchen had no accessories whatsover, so the kitchen was usless.
I booked through Expedia. My flight arrived late . I was told that they are fully booked and room availability not updated in their expedia website. The front desk was trying to look for alternatives accommodation ( his Nawfal thank to him) . I ended up paying lot more than planned.during this time I have not lots of girls were coming with tight clothes and it seems using that hotel for dating! My wife, my daughter and myself felt very uncomfortable. I would not come to this place again. Good that I did not sleep in that place.
We are unable to recommend this hotel. We reserved a suite with a kitchen and balcony. One problem is the kitchen which is completely lacking anything to actually cook. It had no pots, pans, utensils, dishwater, etc. In other words the kitchen was useless. There was not even a microwave!
Then bathroom was also lacking. The shower was a cheap one with no room. Even for a thin person there is not enough room to shower!
We kept asking to change for a better suite and every day the hotel staff kept lying to us that the hotel was fully booked!
We would have left but it was completely nonrefundable.
Learn from our mistake - avoid.
The hotel was nice, clean and modern, workers in the cafeteria were extremely nice and helpful. On the other hand the appartement was poorly prepared, No guest directory that should contain all mandatory information that might interest the guests and enhance their stay was provided even after asking for it. The hotel didn't provide detailed insights into the variety of amenities available, receptionists were sometimes rude and condescending,
for the apartment, no brush for the toilets was there and there were 3 of them, no hand towels only big ones. The music in the cafeteria started in the afternoon and went till after midnight and was very loud.

Also the management ( Nader Gharbi ) he is fraudster , he sheared fake pictures for the Apartments in the OTA ,
From my position as a hotel owner in Germany , I can advise you that do not book in this disgusting hotel

It is past 1am and the hotel is holding a party with live music at its restaurant with a very high noise outdoor. We called the reception and it seems the neibourhood did the same but there was no consideration on that. We would not recommend for the noisy nights during weekdays if you are here for work.
Well rooms are clean except they need to make the shower bigger in room 502 it’s a shower box barely move inside room service is good most the employees are very kind and nice , restaurant not bad , morning breakfast buffet good , overall the hotel is great for few days business trip

Avoid Suite No. 503
I want for 2 nights for medical reasons, we couldn’t sleep we couldn’t relax we couldn’t do nothing. We were more stressed I’m so disappointed.
We are family of 6, and 2 of the three rooms had small beds that two people couldnt sleep on. We slept on the sofa, also we waited for about 1 hour at check-in. It's a good hotel, but this time, we weren't as much happy as before
The room lock is old metal key instead of plastic card

I booked a deluxe room, but the hotel decided to “upgrade” us to a huge 3-bedrooms apartment with a kitchen. And it was only two of us - me and my husband, so why would we need 3 bedrooms? When I thanked for the upgrade but asked to give us a normal room which I initially booked, they said that they didn’t have a room in that category anymore. It didn’t feel well to be honest. The breakfast was average. The cleanliness of room was bad, I saw a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the floors, disgusting. Location is ok, but depends on what you’re looking for. Otherwise the people are good and trying their best to deliver good service. But I honesty wouldn’t recommend the hotel.
