Pour le prix et le « standing » 5 étoiles je ne recommande pas, odeurs désagréables dans la suite, literie pas à la hauteur du tout, linge de lit bouloché, oreillers pas confortable, c’était vraiment passable mais limite limite.

Adam Hotel: Great Stay with Mixed Impressions
Pros:

This charming hotel is perfectly situated in a great neighborhood in Tunis with easy access to everything. The beach, historical Carthage sites, the Medina, and the airport are all within a quick 20-minute taxi ride, and convenient amenities like a mall and supermarket are right nearby. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade from a 3-bedroom suite to a spacious 4-bedroom duplex.

The included breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options every morning. The restaurant staff were wonderfully attentive, and having a dedicated chef on hand to prepare fresh, custom omelettes and crêpes made breakfast a highlight of each day.

A special mention must go to Marwa at reception, who truly made our stay memorable. Always welcoming and professional with a warm smile on her face, she resolved any questions we had remarkably fast. She went out of her way to help us arrange local activities and gave fantastic personalised recommendations on places to visit. She is truly an asset to Adam Hotel.

Cons:

While advertised as a 5-star hotel, the property does not currently meet that standard. It may have been a 5-star venue when it first opened, but a noticeable lack of ongoing maintenance lets it down—for instance, there was a completely broken window, frame and all, left sitting on the floor of the staircase landing, which was dangerous for families and guests staying there who needed to use the staircase for emergency access.


​Additionally, we faced two significant issues during our stay regarding power supply. Tunis experienced daily power disruptions due to extreme heat reaching up to 45°C, and the hotel’s backup generator was not powerful enough to maintain full electricity and air conditioning across the property. During one outage, the air conditioning in our apartment completely shut down. While the issue was eventually resolved after speaking firmly with the manager at reception, it disrupted our comfort and should not happen at this price point.
