Probably nice when it’s fully open and you get the room you pay for
Pros:

It was in a great location with easy parking

Cons:

We wee told on the day of arrival that basically the whole of the hotel was closed and inaccessible. We had booked a superior room with a view and we were given a room with no view on the road side with no explanation or reduced rate.

Great location for visiting The Keys.
Pros:

Spotlessly clean. Room was spacious. Staff were super helpful. Lovely pool area.

Changed for the worse … nobody told us
Pros:

We stayed here 3 years ago. Loved it.

Great location. Great room.

This year …. Not so

Cons:

Without telling us they had changed / remodelled the rooms - now, no kitchen. No plates knives forks etc.

Just a bed and a loud aircon unit.

We had to spend the day finding alternative accommodation.

Staff were very helpful - management should hang their heads in shame.

Pros:

Goed zwembad en vriendelijk personeel. Max 2 nachten verblijven.

Cons:

De geur van het zeewier in de zomer was verschrikkelijk als de wind verkeerd zat!

Unless basic improvements I wouldnt stay there again
Pros:

The location is great walking distance to bars and shops.
Pool area was clean and comfortable
Reception staff very friendly and helpful

Cons:

This really needs some attention as it has put me off returning..
The beds are so noisy the wooden bases creek so badly, every time I turned over I was woken by the loud creaking. I have never stayed anywhere where the bed frame has been so noisy.
The fridge is rammed with things to purchase which leaves no room for your own drinks and snacks!
There is no mirror in the main room which makes getting ready to go out a problem as only a small mirror in the bathroom.
The shower pressure is a disgrace it practically dribbles out making it very difficult to rinse shampoo out of your hair!

Pros:

Posizione ottima, ha di fianco un diner dove fanno una abbondante colazione e a pochi passi anche da un ristorante di pesce fronte acqua dove si vede un tramonto splendido. Camere pulite e con tutto il necessario, piscina molto carina.

Perfect stay.

Answered any questions we had. Lovely clean comfy room
Pool area was fabulous, they also supply towels for pool use

Hotel di passaggio dopo key west e prima l’aereo da Miami. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Staff cordiale, camere enorm

שכחתי לעשות צ'ק אאוט בבוקר ונסעתי שעתיים לכיוון האי הדרומי של השרשרת. ברגע שהבנתי את הטעות. כתבתי להם בצ'ט והם היו ממש חמודים ואמרו שהכל טוב ואוכל להחזיר את המפתח מתי שחוזר בלי לחץ
