Good hotel accommodation
J’ai passé un séjour extrêmement agréable dans cet hôtel. Le service était vraiment au top et tout le personnel a été d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance incroyables.
J’ai malheureusement eu un accident à la piscine pendant mon séjour, et je tiens vraiment à souligner à quel point l’équipe a pris soin de moi. Je n’avais encore jamais vu un personnel aussi attentionné. Courtnay, en particulier, est restée avec moi tout le temps pour m’accompagner, me rassurer et s’assurer que tout allait bien.
L’hôtel nous a également offert un room service, une jolie carte avec un très beau message, ainsi qu’un late check-out. Toutes ces petites attentions m’ont énormément touchée.
Je remercie infiniment Courtnay ainsi que toute l’équipe pour leur gentillesse, leur professionnalisme et leur humanité. Malgré cet incident, je garde un excellent souvenir de mon séjour et je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter. ❤️
Chambre très spacieuse. Bon petit déjeuner. Salle de jeux sympa avec les enfants. Grande piscine. Salle de sport ouverte H24.
Sol de la piscine très glissant, vraiment dangereux. Sauna qui ne fonctionne qu’à moitié. Toilettes non séparées de la salle de bain. Poussière vraiment importante sous les lavabos. Parking privé de l’hôtel un peu cher.
Die Umgebung: In der nähe des Altstads
Rechnung für die den Parkplatz wurde nicht zugestellt, trotz Zusage Versprechen und mehrmalige Anforderung meinerseits. Die reguläre Rechnung für mein Aufenthalt und Übernachtung wurde an der Rezeption erst nach mehrmalige Aufforderung ausgehändigt. Mit der Aussage, wenn Sie bei booking gebucht haben geben wir keine Rechnung aus. Die Fenster im Zimmer könnte man nicht öffnen. Mein Zimmer war direckt neben der Aufzug und sehr laut. Aussicht von Fenster direckt auf die Abzugsanlage über die Küche des Restaurants. Beim Frühstück wurde mein Teller vom Putzpersonal hochgehoben um drunter die Thecke zu wischen. Das das Putzpersonal nicht eine Sekunde warten kann bis man sein Teller fertig hat befor man geht?? Unglaublich. Bin fast jede 2te Woche unterwechs und buche sehr oft über booking.com. So etwas habe ich nie erlebt. Der Parkplatz Einfahrt von der Strasse wenn man Ankommt ist Angegeben, Mann muss aber hintenrum reinfahren. Es gibt kein Hinweis. Musste die Leute auf der Strasse fragen.
Although car park was expensive but the location of the hotel worth the money!
