Świetny hotel i bardzo przyjemna atmosfera. Personel był bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny przez cały pobyt. Ogromnym atutem są też niezwykle wygodne łóżka — można się naprawdę dobrze wyspać i odpocząć. Pobyt oceniam bardzo pozytywnie.
Die Lage ist Top die Zimmer sind sehr groß und das Frühstück gut
Leider wurde die Bezahlung des Parkplatz nicht direkt an der Rezeption bezahlt sondern an einem eigenen Terminel und dieser funktionierte nicht man musste komplett alles eingegeben bis zur Email aber auch hier ging leider auch nichts erst durch mehrmaliges melden dieses Problems konnten wir dann an der Rezeption bezahlen so das wir ausfahren konnten. Bei so einer Situation erwarte ich das man sofort handelt und den Kunden der echt sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel war nicht zu verägern.

Very good hotel with parking, the staff are very polite, specially the girl on the reception Larissa are very gentle and polite.
What a lovely hotel. We had a quick trip from the airport to the centre of Eindhoven and it was a 10 minute walk to the hotel. Staff amazing and helpful and the hotel and room was clean. There was a games room, pool and sauna which was fun. I would definitely stay at the Park Plaza again. My son and I had a great time. Thank you

2. Receptionist was very unfriendly
3. Room that I booked wasn't available, they offered us breakfast and a worse room.
I took it but she didn't mention the breakfast time so I checked out before breakfast was opened. Apart from this she was very unfriendly until she noticed that the room we booked wasn't available.
The room's AC was very bad and it was a corner room that had lots of noise.
Not going here again with so many options
