From the moment I arrived, the setting alone takes your breath away — lush gardens, elegant architecture, and that perfect blend of French sophistication and warm Moroccan soul.
But what truly elevated this stay were two remarkable members of the team: Ilham and Hasna. These two ladies were simply outstanding. Attentive without being intrusive, warm without being overly familiar, and professional in every sense of the word. They anticipated needs before I even had to ask, and their genuine hospitality made me feel like a truly valued guest rather than just another room number. Their smiles and dedication are a real credit to the Sofitel name.
The property itself is stunning — the gardens are immaculate, the rooms beautifully appointed, and the overall atmosphere one of quiet, refined luxury. It’s the kind of place where you exhale the moment you walk in.
If you’re visiting Rabat and want a stay that combines world-class comfort with genuinely human hospitality, look no further. And if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Ilham and Hasna — you’re in for a treat.

Mooi hotel met een zeer goede dienstverlening.
Pros:

Een tophotel met een topservice. De kamer wordt meerdere keren op een dag schoongemaakt en bijgehouden, zeer fijn. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

Het hotel is iets verouderd. Er vonden werkzaamheden plaats in het hotel die gehorig waren. Dit is begrijpelijk. Er werd gewerkt tussen 10.30-19.00.
