THE BEST GUEST RELATIONS AGENT
Pros:

The guest relations agent, Kawtar, provided an excellent level of service throughout our stay. She took great care of us and made sure we were comfortable at all times. She also followed up to check if everything in our room was going well, which showed great attention to detail and genuine care for guests.

Her kindness and professionalism made our experience very pleasant and memorable.

Staff member Rabia was very friendly and the hotel breakfast was great!
Pros:

The front desk lady, Rabia, was very helpful. The hotel property was extremely clean and landscaping looked great. The breakfast was great and the breakfast staff were extremely attentive and kind. The gym was great and the sauna/cold plunge pool were a lot of fun. The little waiting area outside the sauna with the pebbles was extremely beautiful and I had to sit down for a few to take it all in. The hotel lobby area was beautiful and the bathroom and my room were absolutely immaculately clean. I don't think I have seen a hotel bathroom that clean. The hotel is fairly close to the interesting stuff in Rabat and has a nice park right outside it (Hyatt Park or something) that you can go walk around or go running into. The little mall area of the hotel is really pretty to walk around for about five minutes. The little sweet treats the hotel had waiting upon check-in were nice. The room also had a balcony that you could actually walk out on to and even sit in a little chair and enjoy the evening. Very beautiful property and hotel overall. The cleaning lady staff were also very nice ladies.

Cons:

The massages at the hotel were overpriced so I didn't get one. At the price I paid, access to a type of club room is something I expected, as well.
