Perfect hotel for a group of guys. Not so much if I was going with my wife.
Pros:

rooms were big and cleaned daily

Cons:

The pool bar never opened. Was told it was a franchises and it wasn't under their control. Was one of the reasons I chose the hotel. The basement bar was very basic but served a purpose. Was a lot further away from South Beach than I thought

Cons:

the room was not as it appeared to be advertised and was not very clean. There was timber rot on the doorframes and the balcony was dirty with used towels left on the other side of the wall and were still there on leaving. The room wasn't cleaned daily and neither were the towels changed. This was only done after telling reception.
The pool bar remained closed during the day that resulted in some guests purchasing alcohol from the local store.
The hotel overall was in a very substandard condition and could be doing with an upgrade.
I would not recommend or consider using again.

Le manque de propreté dans l'hôtel. ainsi que notre chambre , les lits sont fait mais c'est tout, du sable dans salle de bain n'a pas été enlevé
La baignoire était très abîmée et les robinets très difficile à manipuler, nous nous sommes plaind et avons changé de chambre, la elle était tellement humide que tout nos vêtements étaient humides, Meme ceux laisses dans la valise

Contrairement aux photos sur booking il y a un bar près de la piscine mais il était fermé
Les abords de la piscine, tables près des transat et même la première marge de la piscine étaient d'une saleté extrême
Les transats de la plage étaient tout à fait déformé une catastrophe

Pas de bar accessible au sein de l'hôtel, il fallait sortir de l'hôtel

Une honte .

De plus un mail de booking m'a indiqué que ma carte de crédit n'était pas validé et donc la réservation était annulée...alors que le paiement a bien fait sur ma carte
J'ai pris contact par écrit avec booking, avec l’hotel pour clarifier, je n'ai jamais reçu de réponses
C'est une connaissance américaine qui a appelé l’hotel qui a confirmé que la réservation était annulée alors qu'elle était totalement payée
