Lexington by Hotel RL Miami Beach

Las instalaciones anticuadas, las ventanas de la habitación no se abrían. Algunas zonas del hotel en malas condiciones. El personal poco amable en general, no todos. La recepción vacía si controlar la entrada. Ha q tocar para q vengan.

Le pessime condizioni del bagno, con servizi igienici inadeguati, tipo acqua stagnante in vasca, moscerini dappertutto, hanno inciso negativamente sul giudizio complessivo. In una delle 2 camere prenotate non funzionava l'impianto di condizionamento/riscaldamento, abbiamo passato un'intera notte a sollecitare la sistemazione e solo la mattina seguente, dopo varie richieste, abbiamo ottenuto il cambio camera, disponibile già dalla sera precedente (tra l'altro in quei giorni c'era stato un abbassamento delle temperature ed era freddissimo in camera). Mi auguro che la direzione possa intervenire per migliorare questi aspetti.

Actualmente el hotel está en remodelación, por lo que muchas áreas están cerradas y hay ruido de taladro todos los días desde las 8:30 AM, lo que no permite descansar. También se escucha mucho el ruido de otros huéspedes durante la noche.

En general, la experiencia no fue satisfactoria.

All but bad smells, renovations happening right next to my room, old facilities, everything dirty from the entrance to the elevator, hallways, and bar. There's no restaurant available (it's under renovation, with construction poles on top of the tables). The elevator is in bad shape and dirty, the walls are worn, the room has no ventilation, and it smells awful. I'm extremely upset! no entries available to the beach we have to get out and go to the beach.

Hotel en reparación. Con obreros en pileta y vestíbulo. Sucio el hall de entrada y los ascensores. En la habitación la Tv era vieja, no podía verse Netflix ni ninguna plataforma. Falta limpieza en la zona de la pileta. Mal mantenido en esa aera. La cordialidad en los empleados es muy poca, salvo las mucamas.

When we entered the room, there was this smell of dirty socks and sweat. The smell was overwhelming. We asked in reception if we could swap the rooms and the girl was very nice and understanding and offered us to check out new room. We changed the room.
The room itself was old, the bathroom seemed not clean, there was other people hair in the bathroom. The next day we found cockroach in the bathroom. Went downstairs to tell the personnel. They told me that the manager will talk to me. But after that situation we found another cockroach… that was turning point. The receptionist told us that they don’t have rooms we can go look for other hotel. I was surprised, where at 22PM I can find other hotel and not lose my money. The reception found a room for us, we changed the room for the third time. Thankfully no cockroaches.
Overall the hotel is old and dirty (carpet was smelly), and full of cockroaches, walls were very thin. In our third room refrigerator was non functional, it didn’t have outlets. I have stayed in 3 star hotels, and they were more better. So for this one not more than 2 stars.

camas chicas

The pool wasn't clean, and very few people were swimming. If memory serves, in seven days we only saw children swimming. The hotel grounds are still under construction. The poolside bar is closed, even though it should be included in the price.

The room was dirty, the bathroom door wouldn’t close, and the main room door had gaps in the frame, so hallway light poured into the room all night. The walls were also extremely thin—we could hear conversations from neighboring rooms clearly.

Because of these issues, we checked out early. The hotel/Booking.com confirmed in writing that the remaining unused nights would be refunded, but despite multiple follow-ups, the refund has not been processed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property.

A limpeza deixou a desejar, reforma no hotel, barulho, a cama era muito pequena para casal.

Nos habían dicho que el hotel se encargaría del transporte aeropuerto-hotel sin costo adicional, sin embargo no fue así.
El personal de recepción no hablaba español. En la mayoría de sitios de la ciudad el personal que atiende el público maneja el español menos allí.
El olor en las zonas comunes no es agradable.

Parecías en un arbyandby…….siepmpre l,a recepción sola no había a quien consultar ..allí te defiendes por si solo.
Hablaron de un desayuno que nunca se dio.
