Everything was great! No complaints
It was quiet & they gave us water, when we checked in, was hot out, so that was so nice!
Reception staff were very nice, friendly, kind and helpful. The facility is in the midst of remodeling but have done a good job keeping that from interfering with the stay. The free water and free cookies were nice. Breakfast was very good.
Despite staying for three nights, the housekeeper never cleaned the room even though it was requested. But the reception staff and management were very kind and gave me a discount because of that, for which I was very thankful. So, its an issue with the housekeeper not with the hotel itself.

The staff we encountered were a great crew!! Very friendly and accommodating!! The hotel is under remodeling but we didn’t encounter any obstacles or noise.
My suggestions for making this a 5 stars -
The bathroom area needs a couple of towel bars. There was only a double hook on the door.
A little landscape maintenance is needed.
A quick vacuum in stairways to show off that new carpet.
If in the area - would certainly suggest to anyone to book a room here!!
Very clean
Dust and hair all over the bed and grossly in the shower when we walked in. we ran water in shower to get hair out. bed had hair on pillow (just two strands but we shook pillows out and placed on floor). We slept on top of sheets bc all grossed out. Talked to staff about cleaning room and no came as everything was left the same when we went to Fun city and then cleaning staff never came Saturday to regularly clean. Staff at front desk are nice tho this place is being remodeled and really understaffed and no cleaning
Marla at the desk was very hospitable and was on top of everything... 4 star for cleanliness due to having to ask for different sheets as ours had a stain on them... Hotel conditions a 4 star only due to repairs and maintenance work being done... Complimentary breakfast was very good and well maintained/clean... Will definitely look into staying here again if/when in the area for travel again.
The staff. The lobby and food area and the tables and chairs were clean! Room was clean. Especially the restroom: shower, toilet, floors. THANK YOU. We make our hotel reservations based first on overall cleanliness.
The room and bathroom were very clean. (There was some black mildew/mold around the caulking of the bathtub, but not a lot; a spray of bleach would have taken care of it.) The carpet appeared to be new. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.
Hard beds but nice rooms and a very friendly staff.
Parking is limited due to renovation construction on-site.
