Jairo is a great bartender
Pros:

I will only come here when I visit Orlando. Be sure to stop by the bar and see bartender Jairo. He is incredible. He is friendly, accommodating and makes a killer old fashion.

Pros:

Staff were super friendly! We had two dogs stay with us and many staff stopped to say hello! It was a super short walk to several restaurants and very short drive to Disney World.

Pros:

Love the property but the beds not comfortable anymore this is the only hotel I come to in Orlando so I do no that something changed about the beds. But other then that I over love this place. I will be Coming back again

Pros:

It was clean. Ac worked very good. Housekeeping did good job. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved that it had a mini fridge. Great location, close to Disney Springs and Disney entrance. The 24 hour market shop in lobby was very nice for small snacks, drinks, and small sandwiches.

Cons:

Had to wait long periods of time when in lobby at front desk as they only have one person working the desk. We did not like that the hallways on our floor smelt like weed smoke odor. At times, the weed smoke smell would be strong at the entry of our bathroom near room door and inside our room, which we highly disliked. When we first got into our room it had a cigarette odor. We sprayed it with some air freshener and we did not smell that odor again for the remainder of our stay in the room. Needs more or brighter parking lot lighting. The interior hallways leading to the rooms were loud; if anyone was walking down them talking, it sounded like they were in your room. We could see light around our entry room door and the door did not shut properly. We had to push on it for it to latch and shut the door properly. So we did double check the entry room door often or just locked it behind ourselves after entering. The tv was strange as you could not flip through the channels normally with the channel up or down button but had to manually push in the numbers to change the channels. And the only way to look at the channel guide was to push numbers 30 and wait for it to cycle itself through the guide. Before we accidentally found the guide by typing in channel 30, we thought we only had 2 channels. The two balcony chairs are old and discolored. The complimentary small soap, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are very basic and do not make you feel clean. I would recommend upgrading to a little better brand of complimentary products.

Pros:

I enjoyed the food, and drinks however I was ecstatic, about how Quiet & relaxing it is. The tv selection was enjoyable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Slept very well. I will most definitely return. Thank you everyone!

Cons:

It was smaller than expected. The photographer definitely knew what he was doing. I believe I would’ve enjoyed a room with a shower then, a bathroom. Overall I was pleased. I will still return.
