La localización es estupenda y el personal muy amable especialmente Yulieth en recepcion

Cons:

Las instalaciones estan en regulares condiciones. Falta mantenimiento en todas las areas . Parece que lo van a remodelar

4 noches en el NH Royal de Ciudad Jardín en Cali

La ubicación, el personal, la piscina y el bar de afuera.

Cons:

La habitación, a pesar de ser una suite tenía un aire que nunca pude cuadrar para mi comodidad y además un poco viejo y con mucho sonido. Esto hizo que mi habitación no fuera tan buena como hubiera querido.

Debajo de uno de los muebles había papas y basura. No limpiaron allí antes de entregar la habitación. También maté una cucaracha en la entrada de la habitación.
