No A/C y no blackout

Ubicación

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no enfría.
No tienen blackout y hay una pantalla de publicidad digital al frente, entra la luz de esa pantalla toda la noche, no se duerme bien

Empleado de recepción deshonesto - habitación limpia

Me pareció deshonesto que el empleado de la recepcion me quisiera cobrar 35% mas que la tarifa que aparecía en booking y me dijera que estaban llenos y que si reservaba por booking me rebotaría un mensaje diciendo que no había porque booking no estaba actualizado .
Esto me hizo reservar en otro sitio ( pagar y no quedarme porque estaba sucio el lugar )implicándome un pago ( estoy pidiendo devolución ), tiempo y transportes, para finalmente terminar reservando en booking y llamar al hotel NH a preguntar si la reserva estaba de verdad confirmada dado lo que este empleado del hotel me dijo deliberadamente que booking estaba desactualizado , me confirmaron la reserva desde el hotel NH y allí me quedé en una habitación bastante fea de vista pero al menos limpia .

I’m in a love hate with Cali Royal , and as their prices climb I’m seeing other options that are maybe a better value .
Pros:

Location is great . Property is clean but could use some upgrading in the rooms .

Cons:

Since 2021 , I have visited this hotel at least 10 times and it is one of my favorites but the food is going down . Every time I am there it gets worse , the breakfast isn’t nearly as good as the first visit and now has less offerings . Prices for the food offerings is also very overpriced . Luckily there is a mall within about a six minute walk and also a very nice supermarket even closer.

Alles ist 30 jahre alt und teilweise bzw komplett kaputt
