Mooi hotel met ruime schone kamers en mooi zwembad
Pros:

de kamer was ruim en de badkamer en bed prima

Cons:

er was 1,5 dag onderhoud / schoonmaak acties in het zwembad. geen gebruik kunnen maken van het zwembad is wel jammer bij 30 graden.

No me gustó la atención del personal, no me indicaron los servicios que ofrecia el hotel, me tocó varias veces preguntar donde quedaba para colocar la tarjeta del aire acondicionado, ni la clave del Wifi me entregaron

The room was humid, ac vent did not appear to be clean. And the carpet in the room is not pleasant. Makes the room feel unsanitized

La ubicacion del Hotel esta en una buena zona, la cama era cómoda y el personal se esfuerza en dar un buen servicio

Cons:

El hotel necesita una renovación urgente las alfombras, sillones están viejos y tienen manchas y olores desagradables. El aire acondicionada del lobby no funcionaba. El gimnasio es bastante basico y el area de la piscina es antigua. No me volvería a quedar por la relación precio vs calidad.

Unacceptable front desk service.
Pros:

Receptionists -0; are a shame to the Nh Hotels. Do not answer the phone, put calls on hold and never answer or hung up. Takes multiple times to get a response, if you get anyone to answer simply pass the bucket to someone else.

Accommodations and location are great.
