Ubicación, amabilidad y buen servicio
La ubicación … la piscina le faltan sillas para bronceo más cómodas …
Reservé en Booking y me dieron un precio y en el hotel me cobraron 60 mil más que lo que Booking me cobraba, luego en el restaurante pedí un arroz con pedazos de cerdo que decía en la la carta 50 mil y luego me cobraron 70 mil .. no creo que una coca cola valga 20 mil …. En la habitación dejé mi bolso como siempre con una trampa para saber si me esculcan y confirmado no sé qué estaban buscando pero me esculcaron el bolso ….. una habitación de 352 mil una noche y no tenía ni siquiera un secador de pelo …. No me parece la verdad …..

Me gusto la atención del servicio de comidas muy amables , excelente atención y la varidedad en la comida deliciosa. El servicio de aseo no se que paso pero llegue a la habitación la tercera noche y no habian tendido la cama ni hecho aseo. Un día a solicite el servicio de secador en la mañana y se demoraron 25 minutos para subirlo a la habitación. El servicio de recepción muy amables y buen sercicio.

Lo servicios de jacuzzi en la noche. Solicité 3 veces q me calienten en agua. Dijeron que no estaba el de mantenimiento. Q lo iban a intentar. Después de una hora decidimos con mi familia salir del jacuzzi por el frío.

Hotel viejo. Habitación viejas con humedad moho mal olor. Persianas de hace 20 años las ventanas no cierran bien así q es un peligro para los niños.
