الفندق مرتب كل ما تحتاجه في دورة المياة موجود ما عدا الشطاف لا يوجد

Pros:

Customer service prior to the stay was diabolically bad - decor of the hotel is pretty basic and dated. Absolutely not worth the price of the stay. Not family friendly in the slightest. Only redeeming feature of the hotel is the doorman who's an absolute legend. The rest of the staff are rude and incompetent. Would not recommend staying here.

Everything went well. The location is perfect for exploring the city, the rooms are elegant and impeccably clean, and the service is truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and professional throughout. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the overall atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between classic charm and modern comfort. A wonderful stay that I would gladly repeat.
