Pros:

Check In and out was fast and well organized. Great Parking but expensive. Breakfast very good having all what you like and need. Very Friendly personnel.

Good location but otherwise not very memorable stay
Pros:

Good location, near centre. Executive room a decent size, clean and reasonably modern. Most of staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Spa facilities terrible (really small, not clean with limited options). Bathroom water temperature (taps and shower) fluctuated from super cold to super hot - thermostat not great. Room service food menu limited (doesn’t even have fruits). Breakfast menu very average. Some of staff weren’t as helpful or friendly as others. Many of the TV channels were “not in service”. No entertainment channels in english (only a few news channels). Overall not a 5 star experience (more like 3/4 star if comparing with a 5 star in other cities such as Dubai or London).

I’m honestly still a bit blown away by how good my stay at the Hilton Vienna was. Maybe everything just lined up perfectly this time, but it really felt like one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and big enough to actually relax in. The bed was perfect, the linens smelled incredibly fresh, and even the towels felt brand new. I had a lovely view from my room, which made waking up in the morning a little extra special.

Breakfast was great, and the bar served genuinely tasty drinks, not always a given in hotels. The location is right in the center but still quiet, which I appreciated more than I expected.

Z naszego pokoju zostały wyrzucone kartony i torby po zakupach wraz z rachunkami i workami na drogie obuwie. Wysyłałam prośbę o wystawienie faktury na nip i nie została wystawiona.

Restaurant Emile: Jeder Besuch von uns als Hotelgast wurde in der Rechnung mit 2x5.00 Euro Cover Charge (Eintrittsgebühr) berechnet , ohne das es irgendwo angekündigt wurde. Wir hatten 4x im Restaurant gegessen. Wir empfanden dies als sehr dreist!!!

Zum Hotelzimmer 716:
* Zimmerreinigung lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig
* Bei erster Ankunft im Zimmer noch Restmüll auf dem Waschtisch im Bad liegend
* Verschmutzte Wandfliesen im WC Bereich.
* Nicht mehr vorhandene Garderobe (Hakenleiste) im Eingangsbereich, obwohl vorhandene Dübel erkennen lassen das mal
eine vorhanden war.
* Haar Fön mit Wackelkontakt, offensichtlich im Anschlusskabel
