Dissappointed
Pros:

The pictures bear no relation to reality. Rooms tired. Annex is former hotel accessed via a bakery/ ice cream shop and band paying until early hours of the morning. Swimming pool dirty. Had to get moved to quieter room to get any sleep. At night the area is “ Benidorm” on south beach

Goede locatie in South Beach
Pros:

Geweldige locatie! Ruime kamer.

Cons:

De lawaai van de live muziek naast ons hotel tot vroege ochtend, maar kan natuurlijk niet anders het is tenslotte in South Beach.

Les chambres sentent le moisi et n’étaient pas très propres. On a passé 2 nuits, Obligés de réclamer des serviettes car pas remplacées.

The location is excellent!! Right across the street from the beach! In walking distance to do many restaurants, bars, and shopping.

Cons:

The room was $213 to rent for the night, which I felt was great! However, once I got there they charged me (not a hold like most hotels) $200 for “accidentals” and said they would refund that once we checked out and they inspected the room. We didn’t cause any damage to the room, but I was never refunded my $200!! I’m not staying here again because of this!

Seul point positif: l'emplacement

Cons:

Séjour très décevant dans cet hôtel censé être un 4 étoiles. La chambre était sale dès notre arrivée : le sol était sale, les draps et les serviettes étaient tachés, et la literie était très molle et peu confortable.

La salle de bain était en piteux état, avec plusieurs éléments abîmés qui semblaient sur le point de s’arracher, donnant une impression générale de manque d’entretien.

Le petit déjeuner n’est disponible qu’à partir de 9h30, ce qui est très tard, et il était en plus peu quantitatif et de qualité très moyenne.

Enfin, le personnel ne s’est pas montré particulièrement chaleureux.

Sa seule qualité est son emplacement, mais les prix élevés ne sont absolument pas justifiés au vu de la prestation générale. Hôtel non recommandé.

Hatalmas páratartalom a szobában. Még a tiszta ruhák is vizesek lettek másnapra. A törölközők és az ágynemű is nedvesek voltak az ott tartózkodás alatt. Túl hangos a zene az szomszédban, ez akadályozza az alvást. Borzasztó és drága parkolási lehetőségek az egész környéken.

It was an art deco style building which was what we wanted and was on Ocean Drive.

Cons:

Very noisy bar located between the two buildings of the hotel with very late night loud music. The hotel looked a little bit tired and needed smartening up.
