Great location but high price
Pros:

Location was great. It was clean. There was some dirty on towels, but it was OK.

Cons:

Staff was rude not helpful for everything but they always explained like AI sentences sorry can not do apologies and surprises. Price are different than booking when we arrive. Hotel booking prices changed in an hour. We needed to change every time cards and we got many cards. There was no water service properly. It’s not enough. One night when asked they said that waters run out.

Ein Art Deco Hotel halt, bisl „angestaubt“ aber sonst in Ordnung.

ok to get the south beach "art deco" experience, but will use modern hotel next time
Pros:

good location, nice pool {but small}

Cons:

iron was broken, took several requests and hours to replace,
door cards stop working if put anywhere near wallet or phone,
staff have a real, couldnt care less attitude.

Pros:

Location was great. They need to upgrade their A/C system, room was warm. Went to front desk inquiring to check for another room and I did check 4 different rooms with the maintenance man and none of the A/C worked properly.

Cons:

A/C system needs serious updating.

Location and restaurant are awesome.rooms were dirty, hotel staff rued other than one brunette women.
Pros:

The restaurant on site is awesome. And their staff was incredible.

Cons:

Check in we dealt with a very rude man. Wanted to overcharge me on early check in on both rooms when only getting one room early. Very short and rude

I didn’t expect this many issues for the amount I paid for the room
Pros:

Location and check in was quick and easy

Cons:

The room was dated .. in desperate need of renovations. The carpet was filthy huge red wine or juice stain … and several other huge nasty stains. No hot water in the shower and the toilet handle was broken we had to lift the entire top off the back of the toilet in order for flush it.

Pros:

Location was great, the reason I would stay again is the location. I really appreciated the choice of food venues, Examples include Ice cream and pizza shop attached, at least two restaurants and breakfast was good. We did not partake, but they even had a restaurant with a Hookah bar. Nice option if I was in to that.

Cons:

The elevator was kind of old and creaky. Our group would take the stairs down, and the elevator only up.

Ocean drive - Short stop
Pros:

The location is amazing - right on the famous Ocean drive!
There is a possibility of using the bicycle and chairs for the beach. Overall - nice experience.

Cons:

The main downside was the very late check-in time. Check-in only starts at 16:00, which felt quite late and made the day feel a bit wasted. It would be much better if the property could offer an earlier start or at least more flexibility for arriving guests.

Traumlage am Ocean – wieder ein grandioser Aufenthalt
Pros:

Zum zweiten Mal hier gewesen und wieder ein grandioser Aufenthalt! Diesmal sogar mit Zimmer direkt zur Oceanfront – einfach traumhaft. Die Lage mitten im Art-Déco-Viertel ist perfekt, und das Meer ist in weniger als zwei Minuten erreichbar. Besonders der morgendliche Frühsport entlang der Waterfront war ein echtes Highlight. Sollten wir wieder nach Miami reisen, kommen wir definitiv zurück!

Cons:

Eines der beiden Zimmer roch leider stark nach Cannabis. Der Geruch war so intensiv, dass Kleidung und Kissen ihn angenommen haben und er noch Tage später wahrnehmbar war.

- perfect location and amazing staff
- old building but worth for the location

Cons:

- the room keys were replace once or two times a day as the system will not recognize them
- breakfast basic but ok’ish - most of the times the coffee will come in a dirty ceramic cup/mug
- the pool was dirty and miserable water
- internet not working in the room
