Tout. Le ménage n’a pas été fait durant mon séjour. Pas de bouteille d’eau. Chambre très très bruyante. Pas de chambre côté océan comme prévu. De la moisissure au plafond. C’est une honte de proposer un hébergement comme cela.

We wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. Didn’t feel comfortable or clean.
Pros:

The property was on the main strip which was very convenient.

Cons:

It was not well maintained. Everything looked dingy from the elevator to the hallway and especially our room. The flooring was not even and the wood planks were separated. The corners of the rooms were dirty. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well.

Nice location but there were some things that made me regret paying this much to stay here.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location to restaurants and the beach! Everything is within walking distance and you can enjoy music right outside of the hotel as well!

Cons:

Checking into the hotel was very stressful. I’m not sure if they were understaffed or not trained yet on how to check guests into the hotel. Unfortunately it took about 15 minutes for them to try and find my reservation that I made through booking.com. I finally get checked in and given my room key and I go up to my room to shower and the drain in the shower was clogged and the water would not go down the drain. It was not fixed during my stay because the staff could not understand that the drain was clogged and I did not want to stand in dirty water during my shower.

Een fantastische ervaring!
Pros:

Het buitenzwembad van onze hotelkamer. Echt subliem, het uitzicht op Ocean Drive en het strand, en dat vanuit je eigen zwembad het kan bijna niet mooier. Dit moet je zeker eens gedaan hebben in je leven :-)

אהבנו מאוד שזה שניה מהים ושהמלון מביא מגבות וכיסאות לים ולא צריך לשבת על החול או לדאוג למגבות מהחדר .
מיקום ממש טוב , מלא חנויות ומסעדות מסביב .
ויש אחלה מסעדה במלון ששם אוכלים ארוחות בוקר אבל גם הארוחות צהריים וערב היו ממש טובות!

Not the best
Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel and, overall, our experience was quite disappointing.
Upon arrival, we had booked and paid extra for a sea view room. However, the first room we were given was on the first floor, right next to the restaurant's service toilets and certainly not what we had expected. We had to change rooms several times before finally being given the sea view room we had paid for.
The hotel is located directly above a restaurant, which can be extremely noisy. Even in our sea view room, we could feel the vibrations from the loud music coming from the restaurant below, making it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay.
We were also disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bed sheets were stained when we arrived, and despite asking several times for them to be changed, the replacement sheets also had stains. In general, the facilities did not seem particularly clean or well maintained. The beach towels were old and worn out, and many of the amenities could benefit from being updated.
As for the staff, one of the receptionists was extremely kind and helpful, but unfortunately, we did not find the rest of the team particularly friendly or welcoming.
A word of caution regarding the swimming pool: do not rely on the pictures shown on the website. The reality is quite different, and the pool itself was not inviting enough for us to even consider using it.
The breakfast option was another disappointment. Rather than a proper buffet, you are only allowed to choose one set breakfast from a limited menu, which we did not feel was worth the price. To make matters worse, on our last morning, maintenance work on the plumbing started at 9 a.m., waking us up and creating unpleasant noise throughout breakfast.
Considering that this was the most expensive hotel we stayed in during our vacation, we do not believe it offers good value for money.
