Δυστυχώς δεν ήταν ότι περίμενα
Pros:

Υπότιθεται είχε γίνει ανακαίνιση αλλά δυστυχώς τα κουφώματα ήταν άθλια όπως και το μπάνιο...Ο θόρυβος αν και ήμουν στον 6ο, λόγω παλιών κουφωμάτων ακουγόταν λες και ήσουν στο δρόμο...

Cons:

δωμάτια..αλλά και το πρωινό...θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο πλούσιο και αγνό...

Frustratiing experience that did not deliver on expectations
Pros:

The valet team and the restaurant upstairs was excellent The hostess was absolutely lovely

Cons:

I spent one night at the hotel and when we went to shower for dinner the shower gel was empty
The we go upstairs and someone canceled the reservation that was made upstairs
Not sure what was above 520 but heard heals all night on the ceiling plus the room was listed as a view of the acropolis but the only view was when you leaned over the balcony and looked to your right

Pros:

I loved everything - but I would let clients know you have to let the desk know that you want to be able to regulate the AC from your room - the first night we got very hot - but once we talked to the desk, that was resolved .
Also the desk manger when we checked in was very nice and got us into our room sooner which we greatly appreciated.

Lovely place and great hotel staff and management.
Pros:

The staff and facilities were great. Breakfast was very good. We had a problem with our suite and the management was fantastic in fixing it quickly. Everyone was very helpful and nice.

Cons:

The breakfast room management was very good but the staff seemed more interested in talking with each other. Also the €15 for delivery of a bucket of ice was a little outrageous. I have not seen that before elsewhere in EU countries.

Our room was above the front hotel entry doors and it was too noisy in the middle of the night for us to sleep without disturbance.
