wonderful staff and nice well located hotel
Pros:

first the incredible Vassia at the lobby who helped us in many matters she's teally a five star level
second we've been upgraded and it was very very nice from the hotel so thank you
the hotel is really nice and great location
breakfast good but not 5 stars level
rooms are very clean but would gain to be renovated
for old fashion palace lovers that's the place!

Top Lage, große Suiten, tolle Kissen und Betten.
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Jedes Anliegen wurde prompt und professionell erledigt.

Cons:

Es gab im 4. Stock ein wenig Probleme mit der Warmwasser Versorgung.

Cons:

Schade ist das Frühstückbüffet im Keller... schöner wäre es ganz oben. Dies ist ein negativer Punkt, den man beheben könnte. Auch der Apéro Spitz für einen Preis von 25 EURO in der Rooftop Bar ist übertrieben. So kann man keine Gäste locken... Zimmer waren sehr dunkel.

Freundliches Personal und geräumiges Zimmer, alles war sehr sauber. Die Lage war wirklich sehr gut, sehr zentral und nahe der Acropolis

Mom’s last vacation
Pros:

We stayed at the Divani Palace as one of our hotels during a multi country trip. My husband and I love Greece and were looking forward to showing my 93 year old mother-in-law around Athens. We booked our hotel and a one day trip, but, not anything else. Our hope was to grab taxis and get around. Unfortunately the taxi drivers were on strike. My mother-in-law had her heart set on seeing the Acropolis and was heartbroken. My husband was determined to make this happen for his mother and was going to push her all the way there in a wheelchair. On the way out Mike stopped to say good morning as usual and asked about our plans. My husband told him and Mike made a call. The next thing we knew a gentleman pulled up and said he would be happy to drive us up, no charge. I don’t know if Mike will ever know how happy he made my mother-in-law’s last vacation. We will forever be grateful.

Pros:

Nice property , good breakfast with lots of options. Staff very helpful and speak fluent English. Bellman Micheal was very helpful finding us transportation to the airport during the taxi strike. Easy walking distance to the Acropolis and to local buses. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel
Pros:

The hotel is gorgeous, location is great. It’s around a 15 minutes walk to all the main areas. The restaurants around the restaurant are amazing. The staff are very helpful. The only negative is the Wi-Fi - but this wasn’t a major issue for us.

Υπότιθεται είχε γίνει ανακαίνιση αλλά δυστυχώς τα κουφώματα ήταν άθλια όπως και το μπάνιο...Ο θόρυβος αν και ήμουν στον 6ο, λόγω παλιών κουφωμάτων ακουγόταν λες και ήσουν στο δρόμο...

Cons:

δωμάτια..αλλά και το πρωινό...θα μπορούσε να είναι πιο πλούσιο και αγνό...

Friendly staff, superb view
Pros:

First and foremost, staff was amazing. Front desk, service at the restaurant, and everyone. If you want some help, Michael knows how to guide you around the city and make sure you get the experience you want.

Location is perfectly situated near the Acropolis and serves as a home base for getting around the older parts of the city. The atmosphere is elegant and Greek (of course), with a down stairs mini museum, gift shop, and a restaurant. The roof top bar is top notch for view, drinks are a bit pricey, but you’re not getting this view anywhere else. If you just want to get sloshed, great bars are nearby too.

The rooms vary from updated to dated, but everything is clean and worth the price you pay for the value you get. I will absolutely be returning some time after this work trip with my family.
