Pros:

Wonderful place! I have been already there for work in May 2025, as well as my partner a few months before me, and the experience was already very positive to me. I am sure I will come back again for leisure or work.

Wonderful!
Pros:

The managers were very helpful. The laundry staff did their job well. The room, though small, was very effective given its beauty, attritribute to music/theater-related person (my room was dedicated to Fritz Wunderlich!) and image, high celing, good facilities (good sink, toilet bowl, etc.), and perfect location in the 8th district. Easy access to S-bahn and U2, but was also walking distance to the palace and central ditrsict.

Cons:

I don't think there were drawbacks... hmm...

L'atmosfera nobile e familiare di una location curata e ricercata in cui niente è fuori posto.

alles prima.
Pros:

alles serh sauber und segr gut gepflegt. Nettes Personal und ein sehr gute zentral Lage, in einem sehr schönen Umfeld.

Cons:

Alles, bis auf die Tatsache, dass ds Zimmer Teppich hatte.

Disappointing experience with Theaterhotel
Pros:

Well located. Inside of the hotel (corridors etc) is relatively newly decorated and clean

Cons:

The room was not clean in the sense that it had dirt needing a deep clean and a redecoration. There was food and loads of hair between the mattresses (two singles pushed together to make a double). The bed frame was tattered and many bathroom tiles were cracked. The iron (one available via reception) had something melted onto it which left a stain on my shirt.

The hotel overall should not be described as being a four star hotel.

Responsiveness of the stuff, it turned out when we arrived the weather was very cold and windy. Hotel's stuff have proposed, and then prepared sauna in very well and convenient manner. They were so attentive to the room temperature, any other needs. We felt like home. 🙂🥰😎
The room was spacious, warm, and comfortable. 👍
