Pros:

Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit, top Lage

Cons:

Einmal wurde beim Frühstück nicht gut aufgefüllt, so dass manche Gäste kaum Auswahl hatten.
Es wurde bei der Zimmerreinigung nicht bemerkt, dass die Handseife leer war.

Struttura consigliata a 2 passi dal centro di Vienna
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla metro e comunque abbastanza vicina al centro. Staff cortese, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in struttura anche dopo il check-out. Camera e struttura pulite.

Cons:

Camera pulita però datata, da rimuovere la moquette! La mia stanza si affacciava sul cortile interno anche se comunque per me non era un grosso problema.

Posizione, gentilezza dello staff, camera grande.

Cons:

La colazione quando c'è tanta gente non riescono a gestirla bene ma soprattutto per chi ama la colazione dolce c'è poco assortimento e non ci sono le brioches.

Zentral gelegen in einem schönen Stadtteil mit treffendem Motto
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt zentral mit gute Anbindung an Straßenbahn und U-Bahn. Schöne Zimmer mit hoher Zimmerhöhe und umgesetzten Motto des Hotels „Theater“.

Cons:

Ich habe keine negativen Punkte anzubringen.

Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gute, verkehrsgünstige Lage. Schöne(s) Zimmer, gut ausgestattet. Schönes Frühstück.

Esperienza di soggiorno in generale positiva, consigliato
Pros:

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, vicina la fermata della metro Rathaus. Di fronte sono presenti le fermate dei bus. Nei dintorni tanti locali dove poter consumare pasti e di fronte un despar per acquisti veloci, a poca distanza anche un Billa. Si trovano anche panetterie ben fornite. Il tavolo da biliardo a disposizione offre un piacevo svago.

Cons:

La camera è accogliente ma il bagno è datato. E’ presente la vasca da bagno, piuttosto scomoda se si viaggia con una persona anziana per il rischio di scivolamento. Nella sala colazione, vicino la zona finestrata per ben due giorni sul nostro tavolo erano presenti tante formiche che assaltavano il cibo. Abbiamo avvisato con discrezione il personale e subito hanno pulito facendo presente che entravano dal cortile interno.

Solo la posizione è vantaggiosa. Nei pressi della metro rathaus

Cons:

Nulla mi è piaciuto dell'hotel. Accoglienza inesistente. Nessuno quando rientri ti saluta. Avrei potuto prenotare da solo e gli altri tre della mia famiglia potevano tranquillamente imbucarsi e nessuno se ne sarebbe accorto. La moquette delle stanze è lì dai tempi di Napoleone. Sporca, logora e vecchia. Colazione terribile. Penso che Dante ne avrebbe fatto un girone dell'inferno. Non c'era nulla di buono. Ogni giorno una torta che puzzava di vecchio oltre a salsicciotti maleodoranti e formaggi di colori mai visti. Una ...dico una bottiglia di acqua e poco altro. Servizio ai tavoli indecente e camerieri maleducati. Il giorno di Pasqua nessun dolce particolare. Il solito cibo stagionato. Per il resto si vantano di un tavolo di biliardo che ha piu bozzi delle strade di Roma.
Spendete 50 euro in piu ma evitate questo posto orrendo.

Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Vienna.
Pros:

Un angolo di pace e comfort a Vienna, centralissimo, il Theaterhotel & Suites è una scelta che non delude. La prima cosa che colpisce entrando in camera è la splendida luminosità, le finestre lasciano entrare una luce naturale che rende l'ambiente accogliente e vitale, l'ideale per iniziare la giornata con il piede giusto. La posizione centrale, è raro trovare una struttura capace di isolarti così bene dal trambusto cittadino, permettendoti un riposo totale. A proposito di riposo, i letti sono comodi.
​Un altro punto di forza è la pulizia, che trasmette sicurezza e igiene. In sintesi: una camera luminosa, silenziosa e curata, la prima colazione è varia e con discreta scelta e quantità. Il personale è stato impeccabile e veramente professionale, sono arrivato in ritardo e mi hanno fatto trovare la chiave magnetica, sul self check in. Una gentilezza che fa la differenza. Un'esperienza da ripetere sicuramente!
