The location was wonderful in the museum district. The room was quite large with table and 2 chairs available. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed the snacks from 4-7. We also enjoyed access to drinks , wine and beer which included. Since we stayed 5 nights we had a bag of laundry done no charge. We also made use of complimentary bikes. Sitting outside on the patio was great. The wifi was very good.
The hotel was also close to Vondelpark that is a beautiful green space with paths to walk on and bike
Nothing for us, but there were a number of stairs on our floor (2nd ) that people with mobility issues may find difficult . There was an elevator but still some stairs to navigate
This hotel is a little gem! We loved everything bout our stay and definitely recommend it. We traveled with another couple and the gathering space was ideal for conversation and for a card game. Refreshments including wine, beer, liquor was always available and it was delightful to return from a day of sightseeing to continue enjoying Amsterdam at the property.
Location in Museum district was great and still super close to get to Canal district; free bikes to use was added benefit , room was small but still comfortable, nice sized bathroom - wine and afternoon snacks were a nice bonus - but don’t be be fooled you are paying for those (itemized on your invoice )

Bardzo fajny klimat, dobra lokalizacja blisko kilku muzeów. Miły personel i fajne patio. Dodatkowo zaskakujący był stały dostęp do napojów alkoholowych i bezalkoholowych. Przekąski popołudniu również w cenie. Polecam!
Great staff, friendly people always kind and ready to help.
The breakfast moment was chaotic. There were no plates or cutlery available, and the food selection was very limited. The coffee machine was not working, and the replacement—a basic machine—was clearly insufficient for the number of guests.
The hotel also offers afternoon snacks, but the quality and quantity provided was very poor considering the number of guests, even though it wasn’t particularly busy at the time.
We stayed at this hotel two years ago, and at that time the breakfast and snacks were excellent. That made this visit especially disappointing. Unfortunately, this is not the level of service you would expect for a stay costing over €500 per night.
Great location near the museums and inviting neighborhoods. The bed was very comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff had excellent attitude. Free bar was especially useful, although it was disappointing that the ice machine was broken and apparently unrepairable during our stay (!)
Our room didn't have enough closet space. The staff as noted had excellent attitudes, but unfortunately they were not that helpful in terms of concierge activities. And the price, but in all fairness we chose to visit in the bullseye of tulip season.
Such a charming boutique hotel in a great neighborhood(museum quarter)
and close to a major tram station!
The staff is super nice and friendly! Walking distance to Vondel park and all the designer stores!!! This is really a home away from home. The breakfast was good. The afternoon snacks and the free bar were nice added touches.
We really enjoyed our 5 night stay.
Nothing
Amazing hotel, staff were very helpful, excellent location, and the free drinks and snacks were the icing on the cake!
Nothing
The quiet and central location
Our room was dark and with no adequate shower enclosure. The breakfast offering was limited and access to food and drinks was chaotic at busy times. The staff were hard to identify and there was no duty manager in overall control.
Excellent selection of all you could want in a breakfast buffet.
Small stair steps leading to the upstairs room.
Alles was top.
Niets.
2nd time and still love the boutique vibe and community and location!
Great location close to the museums, shopping area and rail stops.
Wonderful staff and large room and bathroom. Offered snacks and unlimited wine, beer, and cocktails in the afternoon. Delightful breakfast served in the morning
